I love these apartments. I wish the grounds were kept up nicer and the valet trash is a pain seeing all the trash in hallways. But it is quiet in my building, front office is very responsive to any issues and the inside of my apartment is very nice.

I love it here. Staff is amazing and maintenance is quick! I plan on renewing my lease. So far this is the best apartment complex I've lived in. The only issue that occasionally occurs is the trash issue but that's not a huge one.

No fue lo que me ofrecieron el apartamento estaba muy sucio sus exteriores mucha basura en los pasillos, pisos manchados, escaleras sucias , me ofrecieron un apartamento y cuando me mud? me entregaron otro , mi apartamento no cuenta con servicio de lavander?a, mi apartamento me lo entregaron con un olor muy fuerte internamente, antes de rentar le ofrecen a uno un para?so y cuando uno se muda es otra cosa, le ped? a la administraci?n de ac? de los apartamentos si me lo pod?an cambiar y me dijeron que no , yo les escribo para que por favor tomen cartas en el asunto y me resuelvan y cambien la unidad de apartamento ya que el que me dieron no estoy a gusto porque no fui el que escog? antes de rentar gracias

The community is a very conducive place to live. The most important of all I enjoy here is their quick response to any complaint concerning any repairs in the apartment. The swimming pool is also an amazing place to be and also the gym. I am glad I chose this apartment.

I have loved living at Advenir. The office and maintenance staff are super helpful and fast. They're always approachable and nice. The apartments are very nice and roomy with several great options to choose from. One of the best in Midland according to me and other previous apartment leasers!

Lived here for almost 3 years and it's been quiet haven't had any issues. neighbors are decent for the most part and there's not a lot that goes on. Only down fall is there isn't a park for the kids to play at. ?

Nice office staff. Nice quiet apartments. Great service from all staff. Just wish the grass would grow more in some areas. Grace and Morgan are so nice in the office. And the Maintenance team is so helpful.

If you're just looking for a place to stay this is a good choice. The unit itself is very nice and I've had very minor issues that were fixed quickly. However, the pool was only open 2 days out of the 2 months I have lived here. And this isn't necessarily managements fault, but no one picks up after their dog.

Since moving in nothing but problems with apartment. Main issue now is air conditioning unit does not work. Temperature reaches over 80 degrees inside apartment day and night. problem can't be fixed..

Property managers are very nice. The apartment complex is very quiet. The apartment complex have enough parking available for residents ( no problem with finding a parking spot) regardless of what time you make it home. Property is clean. ????

It has been quite and pleasing. Have not had any issues with any neighbors and the parking has not been an issue either. Great pool for the children and plenty of grills to cookout. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

So far the apartment has been everything we were hoping for, it's in a great location, great neighbors, and we haven't had any issues with it so far. The move in experience was fantastic, and the staff were more than helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. 10/10 would rent again.

I like it because of how the sample apartment look, but I am a bit disappointed with some of the things that haven't been fixed or replaced and with the cleanliness of the whole place. I hope those pending issues can be solved soon.

The apartment is nice it's comfortable living no issues with anything, just gotta keep up with my air filter and get a new one because of the midland dust, neighbors make noise sometimes but not all the time parking lot could be a little bigger and the spaces could be a little bigger as well but they do the job for now

I've enjoyed living at this property, I would like the grounds cleaned and the stickers removed. I've noticed trash around the property. I think having a plan to daily walk the property and help maintain the grounds would be beneficial

The maintenance is horrible and unsatisfactory. I requested maintenance for urgent things and nobody came and just updated it to complete. I visited the leasing office twice as well but they were of no help. It has been 2 weeks and I am having multiple issues but the maintenance request was not followed through

When we first moved in we have to wait all day to move in because they were "cleaning" the apartment was a complete mess. Our patio had silly string all over the ceiling and walls. Mold and grease in places around our apartment. Good locations and safe but not the best quality. The front gate has also been broken and said it would be fixed when you moved in but still has not been fixed.

If you have kids dont recommend no kids park just dog park. Also when requesting service for apartment they either tell you part is discontinued or they put used parts. Parking spaces are always full not enough parking spots would be nice if they assigned parking spots for apartment since their is a lot of people that have a lot of cars taking many parking spots
