      The apartments are ok the office staff isn't great and the maintenance issues never get fixed properly over all the apartments are ok. The are on the expensive side but not really worth the money the parking is a hassle.

        Lovely community and receptionist, gym and overall great customer service. Great community involvement and overall super lenient and amazing staff. Only problem I have is the maintainence crew. They never fixed or communicated once with any problem or concern I had

          I looked up at-least 10+ apartments in Midland as well as in Odessa. I don't why I chose advenir at mayfield but it was all about my heart feelings. They have one property in Odessa also that has newer construction and much more amenities. But, what I said earlier it's all about my heart feelings.

              There is trash everywhere, community parking is so little, the downstairs neighbors smoke weed and let their dog pee and poop on their balcony, my appliances are outdated, my closet racks fell out of the wall just from weight of my clothes. When it rains our windows leak. They never clean the pavement from all the leaking trash people put outside their doors. The only redeeming quality is the nice desk lady and the old man maintenance guy.

                  Still waiting to see when the security gates will ever work, there have been a lot of break-ins to vehicles in the parking lot. Lots of big dogs and nobody ever picks up the poop after them. Other than that this property is great.

                      Our experience at this community has been good and we don't have any significant issues or complaints. It's a relatively quiet area and all our neighbors have been kind and courteous. Everyone in the office is great too.

                        I like my unit except for the fact that when I moved in there was water damage in the bathroom and cabinet doors were falling off in the kitchen. My particular unit experiences a lot of noise from traffic. For some reason, a lot of people at this apartment like to do donuts in their mustangs and blast their loud music and exhaust when leaving and arriving. Lots of loud motorcyclists doing the same. Trash valet is messy and often leave trash if bags rip. Trash stays there until it decomposes. The only thing keeping me here is the affordable rent and lack of pests (surprising considering the amount of trash). Most bang for your buck in Midland. The pool and front office is nice. Apartment is dog-friendly yet I see a lot of aggressive breeds despite them being disallowed.

                          I have enjoyed my time at Advenir at Mayfield since I moved in in January. The area is quiet and just down the street from the mall, restaurants and entertainment. The only thing I would pick on is the gate not working and an issue I had in my specific unit, but other than that I have zero complaints.

                            Love the location of this complex in Midland, TX. Convenient to get around town and in a great location! Happy with the layout/amenities of my 1 BR apt, as well as the spacious balcony. As visual appeal ranks high with me, I've been able to decorate my apt to my liking!!

                                  Kaden, at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly even before we moved in. Everyone I've met from the staff is fantastic. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the appearance, space, and amenities are definitely worth the rent. The location is nice and quiet. My only issue is that WiFi isn't included, but internet generally isn't too expensive anyways.

                                    Nothing gets fixed here, rent is sky high and if anything is broken or doesn't work you have to constantly call for 6 months straight to get any type of maintenance visit. And when they do show up it's another 3 weeks of checks as if your lying about the issue

                                      Staff is beyond super friendly and go above and beyond. I had so many questions but they were so beyond helpful. This community is tucked away so wonderfully and pretty soon a new shopping area will open across the street - restaurants and boutiques will be super close!

                                        The experience here hasn't been bad. It's relatively quiet and I have rarely had problems with the apartment or the staff but when there is a maintenance issue they seem to only half way get the job done. I had a leak in my bathroom and there was mildew/ mold growing in the the wall and they decided to cover it up and not remove it

                                          It's a very beautiful community. All the amenities that come included with the property are great & everything else that isn't are set a very decent price. The leasing consultants are PHENOMENAL! I also very much love & appreciate that they are a pet-friendly community & actually welcome any breed of pet into the community. It's a happy/welcoming place for you & your pet! I love this property and honestly am so ready to be apart of the community soon!

                                              I have had a very good experience with this community. My neighbors are quiet. I don't have any problems with anyone around me. I love the quietness of the apartments. I love living in this community, close to shopping and eating out. I just like the neighborhood.
