It's an okay property as long as you don't expect anything from the leasing office because they simply do not care. Appliances are a hit or miss so good luck. Other than that it's an okay place to live.

It's wonderful place, highly recommend for a peaceful environment. The pool area is beautiful, neighbors are very polite and kind. My son loves it here. Dog park for my husky to run free around, especially it's clean gated area. Thank you.

Move in process was easy. Getting my lease was easy. My specific apartment was not ready, but they moved me into another unit that was supposed to be more, but honored my original rent presented to me.

Amazing

Everything looked so nice and updated, the floors were the same though out the place and the amenities were to good to pass especially with the convenience store. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the tour in showing us the key points in looking for a place to call home.

Better help from the office. Only thing that is great is the maintenance. Neighbors are paranoid in my building. Feel they are criminals. The pest control is a joke and the mail issue still exists. This is why I won't renew my lease

The complex is cool but they need better communication. I have been waiting for over a week to get some cool air in here and the way they send those emails that the service is done is very dismissive. There should at least be an option to indicate it wasn't properly done

The community is fair. I have not had any big issues in my building. I do get upset when I take my dog for a walk and see other dogs feces all over. Apparently they are not responsible pet owners. I know they provide the doggie waste bags and a place to throw it.

Worst place I lived disrespectful staff and infested with roaches . Gates never work correctly. They ran out gym and gate assess . I had my mail box broken into . The staff didn't care at all for the needs of the residents

WONDERFUL APARTMENTS

I’m a current resident at Legacy Brooks Apartments, and I honestly love living here! The staff is absolutely wonderful—super friendly, responsive, and always going above and beyond to help. Legacy Brooks is a great apt location around great amenities needed for families. This is a good location, great amenities for the apt and pricing is great too! You're in saisd/east central school districts, so that's a plus.

Too costly for the facility . Security is almost non existent. The actual apartment is awesome. Built very well. But the staff has no clue or initiative to assist with smart home amenities. My system hasn't functioned in several years

It's been nice living here. Close to lots of conveniences and shopping. Relatively calm within the apartment community. No issues with other residents or staff members. Apartments are very nice and comfortable

This community is very quiet and near everything along a bus line. Near ample job opportunities and shopping the location is great and the community does look good. The only problem is the front gate is broken every weekend and the mail center criminals have a key to the mail center and steal the mail daily

It very peaceful and quiet. I lived in other apartments and its not as clean as this one. Everyone keeps to themselves and polite. The staff is very knowledgeable so when you have a question they will give you an honest answer.

Apartments are nice, property is quiet, amenities are great, perfect for first time renters such as my husband and myself. No complaints here, at all. Love the fact that it's gated and maintenance is 24/7 on site

Maintenance responds in timely manner to work orders. And they fix things right the first time. Really nice. I love that when I need things fixed, I don't have to worry for long because the staff know just what to do

Beautiful apartment complex. It is very quiet out there and everyone seems to get along very well and are very polite. The only thing is the trash seems to be always over flowing and there are homeless people who camp out by the back gate.

Very nice for value. Management changes and request are lost to clean up the breezeways and update the gym. Community isn't a big thing but has potential. Overall price it's good. Just beware of feces in breezeways

Never used it online but overall pretty fast and quick, I had gotten home the same day as the request and noticed it was fixed. It works perfect now and am happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.
