Employees are really nice the area looks super clean and apparently they're improving parking passes and making things virtual here in the future the dog park looks clean and the pool is HUGE overall just really hope we're approved for this location

Absolutely love this community. The pool made it a huge plus for us to chose to live here for a year until we found a home. Some neighbors are very welcoming. Others ehhh. Lol. Other than that we haven't had any issues and love this area.

Our leasing lady Johanna was so helpful in our process of moving and getting information about our apartment. She was very informative and has a friendly personality. And the maintenance group are quick and efficient on doing the job right .

The office staff is horrible. There are constant towing issues,Trash pick up is a mess and never consistent. I have had bug/roach issues since the day I've moved in and still has not been fixed. It's horrible

Good living at legacy brooks!

I am a 5 years long resident time resident and my experience has been so great. From living close to my work and my home at legacy brooks being so spacious and comfortable I can’t imagine leaving. The staff is always attentive and helps me live a good life here.

Nice place to live but rent is a lityle pricey, great onsite maintenence team and office staff. Grounds could use more greenery and plants. Lawns need grass and sprinklers that work, breezeways are usually dirty, but management is doing its best to fix the issues.

Looks are very deceiving. Cleanses of the yards and around the buildings are not kept up with, too much furniture left behind. Trash is left outside the doors and it makes the halls smell horrible. That's it

At beginning it was great up until you need something fixed or answered, no communication what so ever. Don't think we should pay for services if they don't get resolved. We pay for pest control and I've seen roaches and spiders. Work orders that take more than a week to get fixed and not even that maybe longer. This place would be amazing if they were faster on completing work orders and have faster responses.

I honestly don't mind the place I live at. It's quiet, no one bothers me and I genuinely feel like it was a good place to lay my head at night. However, the courtesy officer wasn't helpful at all when it came to over the weekend issues, the office staff, one in particular had a bad attitude and acted like she didn't even want to be there and the gate keeps breaking which is an issue because there have been issues with people getting their tires stolen.

My experience here has been great. I have been here for 1 year 3 months. We need better security and more lighting by the pool and the parking area. Cameras for better security, I feel that some tenants need to be reminded to be more considerate for the tenants around them. I wish we had community activities with our tenants to be able to meet them . Maybe a community rummage sale. The staff has been great and they are always there to help you out for what you need. Maintenance is great always very helpful.

Living here is average at this point. I've been here since 2020, and have only see this community go down hill since. Unfortunately when the management change for the Community Director happened, I've seen less time and effort put into the amenities. Aside from the waste station. The Pool has been in rough shape spilling water from what looks to be a plumbing issue, for years. Both dog parks are in subpar shape, the grass is worn away in most spots. a long with the grounds keeping. Which from from what I've see with our maintenance staff for the property are running around doing bigger necessary projects, this could be 3rd partied to at least keep them clean once a week. To have a healthier area for all of the dogs in this community. The dog stations are in shambles. Even the ones that were replace a year ago. They recently installed the dog wash station, about a year ago as well. It's been damaged unfortunately by other residents, but has not been properly fixed for quite some time and a lot of residents have been upset over this. There is for sure a tick/flea infestation towards the back of the property I can't walk or sit down, with out getting bit. And the last thing I will say, the entirety of the ditch on the property side closest to Pickwell Park is over grown. Homeless people live in it or pass through it, it's s infested with bugs and the like. A severe eye sore on this property. I hope this experience and ideals of mine helps push the community in a positive direction, thank you.

Legacybrooks is an excellent community. Their office staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is always very friendly. They are knowledgeable and quick about fixing issues in the apartment. Legacybrooks is an excellent place to live.

The move in process was easy from the day we viewed the property. Katherine was very friendly and informative. Johanna responded timely to all communication and questions we had. The unit is beautiful, plenty of parking, quiet. We are very happy with our decision to move here

It was a horrible experience. The staff is very rude, the gates are always down the pool is only open for a couple months out of the year. They don't manage the pool so it's any1 can come in. It's a really poor place to live I have had some really good management and this place is not it.

Best Moving Experience

I could not thank Jessica enough for her attention to detail and genuine care for our moving experience. Moving is not easy and she provided reassurance and clear directions during the whole experience and even after our move in date. If you are considering an apartment complex I highly recommend this one. Ask for Jessica!

This place is complete trash, and the shady and worthless management does nothing to resolve issues. They advertise smart home features that the apartment isn't equipped with, the gym equipment has never been maintained. Vehicles get broken into and there are a lot of hit and runs. The gate regularly is broken, and the office is not open when they say it will be.

I recently moved out of of Legacy Brooks due to buying a house but I have to say I loved living there. The property was so nice and the amenities were top notch, from the pool to the gym. I had a great experience living there. The staff was so helpful from the moving in and moving out process. One front desk employee especially. That was Jessica. If I had a questions or concerns she was so courteous and super helpful. I would recommend this property to any one looking for an apartment.
