The apartment is great overall for it being my first place I've lived on my own. The community is very to themselves, and I haven't had any issues with my neighbors. My dog enjoys the dog park very much, and he's made so many "dog friends"!!

Everything about our experience has been great. From the first time we came to see the unit all the way until our move in day. The entire staff has been super supportive and transparent with us and has really made us feel comfortable. The community so far is very quiet and clean. We are so happy with our decision to move to Legacy Brooks. And look forward to being here.

I have lived in this complex since 2016 and have always loved it. Management has changed a few times and while there were a few problems, everything was taken care of. I moved into a bigger unit and the staff was very helpful with the transition.

Honestly it's a really good apartment, the office is friendly and if you show any interest they text or call your way into helping you out. Though my experience they rushed an apartment cleaning to make sure we got a place to live and I love them for that

Community is small and quiet. It is very well maintained. Community is perfectly located by numerous stores and restaurants. Though community has no play area for Children, there is a city park next door to enjoy.

While the staff is courteous... little follow up on the quality of apartment upkeep and maintenance. My only compliment is on the apartment landscape. Maintenance of pest and bug control is not acceptable. Pest and bug control should be done for entire buildings periodically especially when you pay a monthly fee for the service.

Great location for me for work and plenty of stores for my needs. Nice and clean inside just needing sound proof windows and better parking. Love that they accept dogs and have a dog park in the community. The place is secured and gated. Very friendly neighbors and staff members.

The transition was smooth we enjoy our new home and location . We like the floor plans of our home the spacious bathrooms and kitchen. And we enjoy having the washer and dryers. The big glass shower and just overall the size and spaciousness of our new home.

Neighbors are friendly and very considerate. Security at the apt is a minimum though. Gates are never closed and you can clearly see homeless walking around the perimeter of the complex. Just wish that gated actually meant gates would be closed

I am very satisfied with the service and community. My apartment was made ready on time. Landscape is beautiful and well kept . The application fee is reasonable as is the deposit. Easy access to freeway and stores.

M.R Five stars are not enough to show how happy I am with Legacy Brooks Apartments, especially in regards to the leasing consultant Jessica, and the property manager Justin. The entire staff makes me feel at home, and they are the main reason I chose to live here. The apartments are clean, well maintained, great layouts to choose from, and have quality appliances. Overall I am very happy with my apartment and the people here at legacy Brooks apartments. Thank you, LB team, for making my stay here stress free!

I don't like my down-the-hall neighbors, and the constant parade of people coming and going from their apartment and the clientele loitering on the steps when they're not home. I suspect they've tried to break into my vehicles. I found their car keys in between my 2 cars. They don't have any reason to be there. I know it's them because the key fob unlocks their car.

I have always wanted to live at Legacy Brooks so when I finally got in, I was absolutely excited! I've only been here a short period of time but I have had nothing but the greatest experience. Legacy Brooks is always clean, quiet, and peaceful. Justin, the on site manager is just fantastic. He and the staff made my move so smooth and easy. The location of Legacy Brooks is just perfect with easy access to the highway, shopping, and lots of great restaurants. I would recommend Legacy Brooks to anyone. Definitely a five star in my book!

I love this community because of how quite and clean the grounds are. I've lived her for 2 years and never had any real issues. When I do have any maintenance issues the property manager (Justin) always makes sure his staff fixes the problems in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this property if your looking for a well kept, quiet, and safe place to call home.

I've lived in Legacy Brooks Apartments since 2017 and it has been a very nice place to stay. When I 1st moved in 5 of my coworkers called Legacy Brooks home. A lot of the tenets are military and law enforcement and I know of one tenant that works for the San Antonio Fire Department. I had a one bedroom apartment for three years until this year I found myself in the need of more space. I now have a special person in my life and one bedroom is NOT enough. My previous apartment was a one bedroom on the 1st floor and I fell in love with the highly polished cement flooring throughout! Even in the bedroom. I dreaded the move because I knew I would have to go into the leasing office. I hate going into offices because it reminds me of sitting in the principal's office as a kid and I now avoid it at all costs. Well when I went in, I spoke to the apartment manager Justin and leasing agent Kaleb and they changed my impression of going into offices for the better. I told them that there was a recently vacated apartment that I would like and Justin listened to my concerns like they were the most important issues he heard that day...impeccable. He has this way of speaking to the residents that's so cool and it's genuinely honest feeling, not fake or overly friendly. Justin told me that the apartment I inquired on was being looked at but that if the person that was eyeing it didn't want it or if anything didn't work out, that I could get the apartment. I got up from the desk and thanked them and Justin told me he'd keep me posted. I knew I would see Justin very soon (more on that later) so I headed off to work. Literally two days later as I was driving out of the gate while on my way to work, I saw Justin flailing his arms at me. I stopped and that super contagious smile of his lit up my day while he said "The apartment's yours". The next day I went to the office and talked to Leasing Agent Kaleb (sorry I don't remember his last name) and told him about the apartment I wanted. Justin told him to make sure all my leasing papers were sent to me for my signature. I was able to complete the required papers and get keys to my new apartment in 2 days including complete move-in! Kaleb was very respectful and helpful while making sure all my documents including renters insurance was up to par. A big thank you to you Kaleb for making the process a breeze! Remember when I said I knew I would see Apartment Manager Justin soon? Well that's because Justin is ALWAYS around. I see him literally EVERYDAY! He's always on a golf cart cruising the property with the maintenance staff (which is amazing) or walking the property and talking to residents again with a very approachable demeanor and that electric smile. I've spoken to several residents who said Justin really seems to love Legacy Brooks Apartments and the residents as a whole. Apartment Manager Justin has even taken steps to make the residents feel more secure by adding new security cameras at the gates and even hiring a Courtesy Patrol Officer. I returned my old apartment key to assistant manager Xiomara who was in the office while Justin was out. She was very kind and I believe she is a key piece to the leasing office staff. In conclusion, Legacy Brooks is an awesome place to live. It's very quiet besides the random bass of a car every now and then or the constant rumble of vehicles traveling on IH-37 South, which to me is more of a convenience than a problem because the property line of the apartments is less than 1 minute from the freeway and I can be in downtown San Antonio in 7 mins! Legacy Brooks is VERY pet friendly with two dog parks! The pool is phenomenal and the residents are very respectful of each other (at least that's been my experience). Kudos to the owners and staff of Legacy Brooks Apartments. You've created something special and given new life and a beautiful community to Southeast San Antonio!

At the beginning it was good but with every change in management it seems to be getting worse. The amenities we pay for are constantly being taken away if we dont act right. Pool hours have been cut to match employees hours, fitness center was closed for over 4 months and maintenance is not timely.

Office staff has a very high turnover. There are always new people working in the office. Many inconsistencies with communication. The gates are always open. The night courtesy officer us never around and people are very noisy.
