Management is horrible, noise is unbearable, at one point I was coming home & there were constantly cops outside of my building. Staff doesn't clean up the putter hall ways, outdoor tables have animal feces, and did I mention management if horrible? I had water flooding in my apartment for 24hrs! Apartment manager was rude and ignored me. When I moved in the apartment was dirty, there were bugs all over & even though this apartment has potential to be cute the incompetence of this staff & horrendous noise from the road make it not worth the money. There's better apartments in stone oak for less or equivalent costs.

Love the apartment layout and floor plan. Parking is never an issue for me, lots of places to park. Great location for me to everything I need including grocery store, restaurants, shopping, entertainment as well as local running and bike trail.

My overall move in experience has been excellent the apartment appearance is very nice and very modern.The granite counter give it and extra zest of style and the large bathroom mirrors are really nice

Now that Good. I would like for them to fix the grills and be in better conditions. Its just 2 for the whole complex. I used them only once and the conditions were old. I like they are following the control of maintenance orders through tickets we can place. I like this las apartment I choosed. I like i dont have issues with the parking and it looks pretty all the time

I just moved in last week and I have no complaints. Everybody is friendly and it is nice and quiet. I did not expect it to be this quiet but I'm very happy I chose to live here in this apartment complex.

The community is friendly, the property is well maintained, work orders are addressed in a timely manner, and the apartment design and appliances make for a beautiful living environment. My family and I feel at home.

I don't recommend this apartments . They're not luxury, you can get the same treatment at a regular complex . The gates never work , seems like anyone can live here. I don't think they do background checks . The staff is never on point with anything .

I just moved in so I really don't know the community just yet but the maintenance service is quick to respond since I been there. From what I can tell so far is that it is a quiet community and peaceful.

Apartment is nice and clean, tenants not held accountable for pet maintenance in nice designated pet area. Trash pick up is great but tenants need to comply with rules. Security gates are great when they work.

Move in was terrible Dirty, paint on floor, infested with bugs lot smaller then we expected. Staff was rude like we were a bother to them no smiles . I hope it improves. I been very nice so far but if this continues o may not be

Its was a friendly environment and easy going management before they were changed now it's all about them and not about the people who live here. The new management is rude and heartless. It became a business instead a family community

Have only been leaving there a week. Upon move in there was still tape on the floors from painters, it was supposed to have been removed prior to me moving in but still has not. I emailed but no response, finally called but still have not received a call back

I have had some good and bad experiences, but great things for the most part. I just really love how quiet this community is overall. I think everyone is pretty nice. I just think the community hall ways need a better clean up.

Legacy Brooks is only 5 to 6 years old. Summer of 2019 a new ownership took place. Prior owners did no maintenance or kept buildings and grounds in good shape. For example, our AC went out and it took 3 days and 2 trips to the office before someone maintenance came to look at it. We were told that the prior owners did no maintenance on ACs or anything that it's taking maintenance longer to go through all the service orders. We also pay for valet garbage, yet there are days that it doesn't get picked up. If you're looking for a quiet community, keep looking. Our lease is up in 3 months and we will not sign another lease here.

Was looking for a studio appartment and couldn't be more happier of the way they looked. Neighbors on my side are friendly and have no issues with anyone. I love to work out and run at the park next door as well. Overall love the time being here.

Work order request have not been completed and also always being referred to the website when a simple call can resolve issues. It's very frustrating when there's no solution, no communication with following up and no time on when things will be fixed.

I have never had any issues with the staff or anyone at the property. Everyone here is very respectful. The management team are very involved with the community and are always there to assist in any way possible.

I am so glad that Legacy Brooks hired a new manager. Justin is very professional and responds promptly to his residents. Also, he provides feedback with solutions to assist residents in preserving the life of your AC unit. I am happy with him.

I have enjoyed the tranquility living in this community. The grounds are maintained and the employees really seem to enjoy their job and providing the best service possible. The leasing staff are often in the office after hours assisting residents which shows their commitment to excellence.

Very nice location and the residents are so welcoming and nice. The location is perfect and there are plenty of shopping centers with in a mile of apartment. The pool is very clean and the dog park is amazing.

Nice newer apartment complex with great amenities but the management has changed as well as the office staff and things have gotten out of hand. No communication with residents. Security issues with gates open all the time.

it is frustrating that whenever we want any maintenance stuff done, we have to come and complain to the front office so many time, or else all the requests got ignored. we paid for the maintenance and we dont get the service we paid for

Legacy Brooks is a very nice apartment complex, when we call call for service they are answer quickly and handle the service call efficiently. The complex grounds are very nice and all the staff are professional and nice.
