I have lived here for 9 years and I love living here. Very beautiful property and it's a peaceful environment. The staff are always available for any assistance I may have. I feel safe living here, the property is very well kept.

The management team in place when I moved in was horrible! I was counting down the days to my lease ending. They recently hired a new team and things have been running a lot smoother! I am thankful for the new management and team in the leasing office!

They do not take care of their residents needs as they say they will. The trash outside the dumpsters is disgusting. Roaches and ants as soon as I moved in all over the place. My apartment was dirty soon move in. I have had AC issues from the beginning and nothing has actually been resolved

My experience has been good in the fact that the pricing was fair to me but the experience with my apartment not being ready and having to change unit on my move in day was really hectic and frustrating but it worked out. The staff is nice and helpful but should be better prepared.

It's a nice apartment. The maitnance team are prompt and proffessional. I do have a problem with the dog poop everywhere. Dog owners out here do not pick up their dog poop and they are not held responsible. When I reported someone they told me I had to have camera proof of then doing it...which is fair I guess.

Have enjoyed location. Convenient anemities such as private backyard, washer and dryer and trash valet. Location convenient to many stores and restaurants. Easy access to highway both north and south.

The community is nice, and the area is very well kept. Very pet friendly from what I've seen. The maintenance staff do their best to upkeep everything. The real complaint would be the staff in the office. Friendly up til you have a issue with a work order. Luckily those are few and far between at least.

Not very good management. They are not very helpful in most situations although that has improved as of late. They are not very accommodating to veterans either. The pool is either closed or they just let anyone from the surrounding areas croud the pool while destroying the accommodations and then blame the residents for the pool being closed. They should hire a pool attendant while the pool is opened, especially in the summer to verify if someone is authorized to use the facilities.

Love that's it's quite clean and BEAUTIFUL . Easy to live in nice surroundings and people . I admire the upkeep and facilities, updated and colorful . The pool feels like you're at a resort ! I recommend a place to be and live .

So far it's been a dream living here, most apartments now and days aren't what they advertise, not these! Legacy Brooks apartments have been great. I have relatives that live here in a different building and have had relatives that have lived here prior before, nothing but great things have been heard from this place. It's well kept up with. I love that I have a unit with a yard too! The appliances are really nice, not some cheap ones like other appliances at most apartments.

My experience at Legacy at Brooks has been nothing but spectacular. The staff has been great whenever I've had any issues. I like the fact everything is close by which saves time. Easy highway access to get where you are going. Overall it's a great place to live

Community is nice overall. Park next door very convenient. For the most part everyone stays to themselves but is freely through brief interaction. My pinky complaint is the gym. I wish the gym was active with new working equipment it would make my life more convenient and save me a trip traveling to the gym. But overall, this is a very nice place to live.

It's a quiet and decent community. I don't have to worry about porch pirates and whenever I have any maintenance concerns, it doesn't take more than 2 business days to get taken care of. Our pool is big and often open.

chill place. location is close to a lot of stores and food. neighbors are respectful. doesn't get loud. work remote and have ability to do so without much interruption. close to expressway to be able to go into town if needed

Location is very accessible to shopping, services and entertainment. Staff here (both office and maintenance) are professional, friendly and courteous. Amenities are well kept and a beautiful park with trails playgrounds and basketball courts just a short walk out the main entrance
