Neighbors are not very neighborly. Many times the pool is full and I know not all the people there are from the complex. I've seen them walk off the street straight to the pool. I've called security twice about issues with my upstairs neighbor and both times he wasn't even on site

I've had an incredible moving experience. Office staff made it very easy to move in. Apartment complex is beautiful inside and out. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and absolutely love the walk in closet.

Living at Legacy Brooks has been a great experience. The apartment staff is very helpful and friendly. Rent is affordable. The apartments are located very close to many upcoming businesses in the Brooks area of San Antonio, TX.

Great management everyone is nice, friendly and helpful.. The apartment and community is really nice, cleaned, and quiet. The pool and workout area is awesome! Beautiful patio views. Would definitely recommend living here to family and friends.

Great apartments manager Justin has helped me so much even when I lost my jobs he went out of his way to help me apply with the city for assistance rather than evicting me. Also has a beautiful pool and gym. Love this place!

I love the complex and the amenities. My biggest problem was recently when I had to wait 2 weeks to get my stove fixed. It took less than 30 minutes to fix my problem. A quick look could have solved a 2 week problem.

Best apparment complex I've ever lived in San Antonio. Great maintenance staff. The community staff is very helpful and professional. The pool is amazing and always clean. Common areas are always clean, as well.

It has always been a safe community, clean and maintained property. Maintenance has always been prompt when needed and fixes the problem in a timely manner. Parking situation has been attended to and the snack store in office was a good idea , never seen that at any other place I lived at.

I’m very upset with how I’ve recently been treated since I’ve been living here for quite a while. I called the office to put two carports on my lease and spoke with Jessica at-least a week ago. Just to have my car towed when i parked under them, i wasn’t expecting this since she told me she’d register My vehicles. Yet that’s the reason one of my cars was towed, I’m lucky to have gotten my car back with out paying. But sounds like there’s lack of communication going on in the office. I’m not sure if I’ll resign my lease here with legacy brooks after this incident. On the good side I’ve never had a problem with how friendly our maintenance men and the managers Katherine and kaleb are. Thanks to ------------, i always get a friendly wave an smile every morning an if i ever need anything they’re always there to lend a helping hand.

To start off... if you are looking for a great apartment complex, your search might have just come to an end. My girlfriend and I have been living here for about over 10 months and absolutely satisfied with what the apartment and area has to offer. 10 min from Southtown and 2 min from a large variety of food options and stores (HEB, Walmart, Target, etc.) ------ and administrative team are top tier. Compassionate and attentive :)... pet friendly and dog parks are a good size for our furry speed demons. 10/10

I moved in 2017 and management hasn’t always been to hot. But now 2021 I’m please to say that has changed ------ and ----- are fantastic! ----- has followed up with me on my work orders also by bringing me an A/C filter and ------ has taken care of me by waving my late fees. I guess the best way of showing my appreciation is writing this review. Thank you both for making this a better place of living.

Experience has been great and I would recommend friends and family. The location is in a prime with quick access to interstate 37, grocery stores and schools. The office personnel have also been quick to address all my needs.

Apartments are nice but maintenance needs to do a better job at preparing unit prior to moving in I felt like they moved us in and our unit wasn't even properly fixed when they moved us in there's sections on the wall of off paint colors cracks and markings on the wall in some areas. If they would do a better job the unit would look more appealing but unit is nice accept maintence things that could've been done better. Don't leave anything in your balcony even if your on the 2/3 flood because they will steal your items my bike got stolen from the 2nd floor and supposedly cameras didn't show anything but a ladder was left right beside my balcony where they climbed up. Residents were kind. Only thing is the precious resident from my unit kept knocking at my door to get her mail practically the whole year I was here.

Nice community. Quiet neighbors. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highway access nearby to commute to work. The requests for repairs or maintenance needs have been responded to next day. Access to mobile app to submit requests allot for you to view history. And you can pay rent in the same fashion.

It's a overall nice and good apartment. Maintenance is always on top of their stuff, and great with fixing stuff. But parking is always crowded, there's always cars that I've never seen parking here. Gates most of the time never work. Most of the neighbors all smoke marijuana. At that excessive smoking where you can smell it in your apartment some times. Besides that nice apartment, good office staff and maintenance.

I recently just moved in and if I say so myself it’s pretty quiet. The last complex I lived at in Austin was horrible the leasing agent that moved me acted as if she didn’t know when she would see me leaving for work. They would have the doors locked to the office for “lunch” but that was for almost half on the day. But Kaleb made me have a change of mind about apartment living he’s amazing I actually live in the same building as him and he never misses a “hello” when I see him he always is happy to stop and a have a conversation. But just to add he was in his comfy clothes yesterday and I stopped and ask for an A/C filter and to my surprise he went and got me one.

Apartment is very nice and comes with upgraded everything. Little on pricey side. The one bad thing I have to say is, there is an guy named Caleb in front office, do not use him for anything. Unreliable and does not follow through with anything! Almost decided on a different place because of him.

The apartment complex was amazing. It's very nice and well kept. Not use it living in a complex due to neighbors upstairs where you can hear noises. But other than that love it! Some residents seem friendly

The grounds are very clean and the tenants are quiet. The staff is friendly. My only complaint to date is that some people drive too fast. I suggest speed bumps in the parking areas to prevent an accident.
