At first the service was horrible but with the new management team and new maintenance crews, things have definitely turned around for the better. The problems with my apartment have existed since I first moved in and it has been over a year now and they just got fixed.

Overall we really like the community. Our neighbors are not loud, the community is very well kept and clean. I love that they are dog friendly by having two dog parks. Considering that we are right next to a major highway and street, the road noise is very minimal.

Beautiful community with respectful residents. The amenities are a dream and very well kept. Apartment is well kept and easy to make home with some exceptions. Management team is a hassel to get ahold of unless you walk in the front door. A couple of times I have asked about the same subject and been given different answers. One gal said it was her first day then said "usually" two sentences later. Very unorganized and needs better staffing. One gate has been broken and I have been told that they are trying to fix it but always push the dates back. (People are coming from a few blocks away after office hours to use the pool) Pest control is respectful and responsive(come on wednesdays). My apartment was obviously not cleaned before I moved in as I had vacuumed myself and the floors were horrible. Stuff was left in drawers in the bathroom (ie. Razor, wipes, hairties). Ceiling fans were covered in dust and cobwebs. The community has been wonderful I just wish the staff would be more forthcoming with information and not so overworked. Also, don't expect to be able to read over your lease before you are moving in!!

Love the look of the apartments, but I believe they could do a better job of implementing rules for the pool, the dog park and better gym equipment. The staff now are good, but I feel they need to do something about the rules, enforce them.

Good community, nice an quiet, very nice apartments. The amenities are great. The staff is very nice when you go in to speak with them, they followup on any concerns you may have within a reasonable amount of time.

WE are currently under new management, so its too early to say. Current management seems to be making slow moving improvements, and I am optimistic. Only time will tell if they improve the previous fails...

A lot of rules. Kind of starting to feel like a high priced dorms. They do not attend to the grounds. Lots of trash on the ground. Stuff dripping from trash onto the ground and smell. Lights out in the hallway and they never clean light fixures.

Aside from the noisy neighbors above me, my experience here has been a good one. From time I moved in until now, we've gone through three management teams. All were friendly and most of them were prompt in getting me any answers I needed. The first offered discounts for renewing your lease however the current management team does not. I've renewed my lease twice so that was a tad disappointing. There have been some changes to the way parking and rates are handled but it takes time getting used to. Overall, the apartments, groundskeeping, pool and other amenities makes it worth what you pay for. Thank you.

I recently moved at this apartment community and i must say i had a wonderful experience! My leasing agent was christine and she was very thorough thru out the entire process of leasing and she found the perfect floor plan for my husband and i, it was exactly what we were looking for and then some. The community is beautiful and very well maintained. I leased sight unseen so i was a little nervous about signing my lease before seeing the actual unit. However, the apartment was great and looks just like the pictures on the website. The community is gated but crime has no zipcode , super annoying to see people say things about break ins (can happen anywhere people!) . i havent experienced anything like that just yet and if i do i mean contact the authorities not the leasing agents , the rent apartments for crying out loud not fight crime. Overall i love my new home and recommend anyone looking for a nice luxurious apartment,, you get what you pay for so expect to pay a pretty penny if you want something nice
