The apartment was not vacuumed or carpet washed at least. Paint splatter everywhere that was hard to get off cabinets and flooring, it seems maintenance or cleaning crew just came and painted over stained walls. Balcony needs pest control and removal of old wasp nests and swallow bird nest and droppings.

I thought I made a good decision choosing this apartment, but there are better apartments for a much better value. No matter how hard I try to keep my apartment clean, there is a constant cockroach issue. Good luck speaking to the staff, they are hard to get a hold of and if you do they give attitude as if helping you is such a problem. Half the staff act as if they don't even know what is going on. I made the mistake of renewing my lease, trying to avoid the issues of finding a new place and moving, but I would've been better off doing so.

When we first moved in it was great and even luxurious. Now it is in need of maintenance throughout the complex. Dog poop can be seen on the ground every 20-30ft. Bugs infest the units and management can be uncaring and rude at times. I think it can be salvaged as they are nice apartments. The complex just needs management that cares about communication and community.

The neighbour hood looks nice. But it's the regular low quality craftman ship inside the appartements. Bad paint job, paint drops all over the floor. My dryer vent was not connected to the drier. It's great when you have to repair and clean the first day.

My experience has been very good. Anything I have needed has been completed by the office staff and/or maintenance team. Office staff is very professional and always willing to work with me when times are needed.

I'm enjoying the community and the amenities included. I was very pleased with finding an apartment with washer and dryer with a decent price. The pool is very convenient and clean my kids enjoy the pool.

Some common facilities should be improved. Its probably tenants are not taking ownership of the property they should have been. Dog parks are very unpleasant and not cleaned up properly again by the dog owners. Office staff is doing their best.

Love the apt and where it's located. It's quiet and overall neighbors keep to themselves. I would highly recommend this apt complex to others. Pool is amazing. The upkeep of them apt complex is good. I have no complaints

I have lived in this apartment community for about five years. I have not had any problems. Maintenance do their job in a timely manner and office staff hold community gatherings so folks can know their neighbors.

I have been extremely unsatisfied with the condition of the complex, the noise from apt a live me, and the lack of service provided by the management. I've reached out to the corporate office and left a voicemail with my number. I was never contacted about my concerns by the Corp office. I did not renew my lease. I signed a lease agreement with The Abvry at Sonterra.

Moving in was a breeze with several moving in costs. After move in, leasing office was not great about responding to concerns. Rates also increased a lot since moving in without any updates or improvements to units

The apartment complex is very clean and neat and always looks very pretty. Everything is always kept up. The rules are a little strict. The only issue is that I don't agree with the parking fees for guests.

The community is starting to take shape. The office staff is really doing their best to make sure everyone follows compliance . For what we pay and the area it is looking better everyday and holding people accountable to do their part . Their communication as also gotten a lot better

Don't rent here!!

If I could give this complex no stars, I would. They have now implemented a new system that requires tenant visitors to PAY to park. If I visit my adult child, I need to pay 3.00 for 3 hours, minimum. If I visit every day of the month, for a minimum of 3 hours, the cost is $90.00. Not to mention, my grandson has special needs & has several different therapists that come on different days. This complex is ridiculous. Especially when you're spending 1600 a month on rent for a 2 bedroom. This place is in the SE Side of town infested with homeless people and their office staff straight up is whack. Please don't waste your money here.

This apartment complex is a big step up from our previous one and we love it! I personally love all the amenities, from the year round pool, the 24 hour gym and the awesome Dillo store that's located in the complex! The staff are so nice and very helpful I don't dread going to them if I have a problem. The apartments always look clean and well taken care of and my dogs love the dog park!

Nice place to live. Always well kept Maintenance are there always on time whatever your needs maybe front office young ladies are always there when you need help with any questions you may have regarding your apartment. They have a beautiful pool area and convenient exercise area. They have community gathering for special holidays, which makes it a lot of fun we get to know our tenants.

I was told I was unable to schedule pest control because the entire apartment complex is undergoing pest control treatment, and that I (my building) would have to wait my turn.....9 weeks later. (Oh...and I have to pay for pest-control services I can't receive.)

It's a better complex than places I've stayed in the past. Unfortunately in San Antonio that's not saying much. I think the cost of rent at this complex exceeds what newer complexes in the area are charging. I work 40 hours a week at 19 dollars an hour on Salary and can barely afford a 1 bedroom here. Stained concrete floors and a washer/dryer in the unit is nice?but for 1250 a month rent after leasing "fees" are added?.thats ridiculous. That's a mortgage payment on a home anywhere else. But since it's impossible to buy a home these days?the rent continues to increase.
