This is truly home. I recommend this property to anyone who wishes to live in a nice clean community. Everything you need is within reach i.e. public transportation that can take you to a near by transit center for connecting routes or the route that run directly in front of the community that goes into downtown. There's a shopping, H-E-B and Walmart across the highway. Both of which are a part of two large shopping areas that include Target and Best Buy and Restaurants. There's a hospital/ER plus ER clinics in those shopping centers. Honestly, anything and everything you need with easy access to the rest of the city and downtown San Antonio.

The apartment community is nice and close to the most essential stores. My apartment is a good size with plenty of storage space. My neighbors are quiet for the most park and parking is relatively easy to get, near your building. Love the valet trash. I do wish they would update the mailroom. I've lived in nicer apartments for the same price that offer a better gym facility. The gates rarely work and we need security which I think they are finally adding. So that's a plus. Overall I have enjoyed my stay.

The apartments are nice and a good value but growing homeless people in the shopping areas and crime is increasing. Complex is also right off the freeway and the traffic noise can be heard. Staff need to be more customer friendly.

It's clean, mostly quiet. Work orders are attended to the next day if not the same day. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. The asst manager answers emails very quickly and always addresses concerns.

Poor management- I have asked many times to fix the roach problem . All I get is to use there bug terminator and wait two weeks and then I do that and still have bugs and they tell me to try the bug treatment again . We just keep going in circles with no actual resolution

Overall, I am happy living here. I have nice neighbors. I love my apartment and the surroundings. This is a quite place to live. Maintenance staff is great. Front desk staff needs improvement. I miss the former manager.

I have never had any issues with the staff nor the residents in this community. It is a quiet neighborhood, residents are very nice and courteous. Every shopping location is right around the corner. Public transportation is available as are the schools

This community is Beautiful on the outside and over priced units inside.Needs an update overall. From the unit it's self to all appliances. The office staff is nice an helpful. The pool is nice but closed on Sundays.

It is nice and feels good to live here except for a few noise disturbances that go on. It seems that there are selfish tenants that think its ok to slam their entry doors every time they go in or out, carelessly leave dog feces on lawn, stomp and run around their units, play their boom boxes in car and drive around the complex or just sit in parking space with boom box pounding like they're the only person on earth, needlessly rev their want-to-be pro stock engines around the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Other than that, if it was quieter, I would lease another year.

Very nice, welcoming and friendly staff! Perfect location as all grocery stores/restaurants are just within minutes from the property. Love the amenities that come with living here! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been a resident here for a few months now and I’ve been hesitant to leave a review but recently I’ve noticed a change in the interactions with the staff at Legacy Brooks. I didn’t have a good experience with the gentleman that moved me in and didn’t get that warm welcoming I expected. I came in to the office a couple of weeks ago to get a new gate remote and the 2 ladies in the front greeted me and assisted me so professionally. Jessica went out of her way to answer so many questions I had and continues to follow up with me and always asks if I ever need anything to reach out to her. I have completely changed my views and I feel more at home here. I wasn’t expecting landscaping for my backyard so I was pleasantly surprised and felt special. The grounds are well kept and my neighbors who have lived here for years always have great things to say. I definitely plan on being here for the long haul!

I have resided at Legacy Brooks for 2yrs and have noticed and recent change in management and office staff. The property manager is always ready to step in and assist with resolving any issue or concern I may have. As well the lady’s in the front are so welcoming and I really enjoy the atmosphere they have created for us residents.

Since I lived here at legacy going on 4 years I have noticed the recent changes. The staff is amazing always very tentative to customer service and the maintenance guys are always courteous and prompt on work orders that I have issued. The inside staff has tremendously improved in customer service and their smiles in the past few months it was a pleasure to meet the new manager Elsa as I have always dealt with Katherine as I thought she was the manager this whole time. I’m looking forward to up coming events that they have brought to our attention. I highly recommend Legacy Brooks!!!

Don’t tour!!! If you dare to lease here your money will be waisted the leasing agents can care less that you’re sitting waiting for them and when they want to acknowledge that you’re there they will rudely call you to come front and center in front of the desk. How much did the people get paid to even give this place 3-5 stars.

My move in experience was very easy and painless. The office staff was friendly and made everything quick and effortless. I was so excited to have a unit with a private fenced yard for my fur babies. Maintenance staff was also wonderful and fixed any issues I had right away. But shortly after moving in I started to experience a massive roach problem. Roaches living inside my appliances, roaches in my cabinets, and soon roaches infested my furniture. I tried to use the apartments pest control to handle the problem but it was never fully handled.. I started to experience extremely obnoxious and loud neighbors who did not respect quiet hours, did not respect my area and constantly threw trash and lit cigarettes down into my yard. I typically don't complain about things but after 7 months of it enough was enough, so I contacted the office about these issues. they never attempted to respond or resolve the issue, which was very disappointing. Parking is very difficult, there is nowhere for guests to park without getting towed and you're only allowed one guest pass per unit.

When I first moved in, I was super excited about living here. Everything was great but that declined quickly. I'm still happy to be here but resort living? I don't see it. The community needs a lot of updating to make to be considered resort, in my opinion and especially for the amount of rent we pay. Lastly, yes it is apartment living but when an noise issue that is a constant issue at early times has been brought up multiple times? don't expect anything to do be done about it. More like you'll need to take care of it yourself. Other than that, residents are friendly, community grounds are clean. Management just needs to step up their game for the community and their residents.

New tenant to Legacy Brooks from the start Katherine assistant manager and Kaleb Leasing agent were very helpful, friendly, understanding the application process was quickly and done in a timely matter. Next thing I knew I was moved in to my new apartment which I love , very quiet , pet friendly . If your looking for an apartment look at legacy Brooks first the staff is excellent :).

Great and clean community. Great and helpful staff. The dog parks they have are really nice and great for my dog. They are close to great amenities and shopping. I really enjoy the location of the complex.
