The apartments are nice, but our specific apartment was not given To us cleaned. The previous renters did not take care of the apartment and it looked it wasn't even cleaned when we moved in. Hhhhhhhh

My experience touring legacy brooks with Kaleb was amazing. I could not have been more sold during the tour he gave me. Showed me the amazing pool, the grill areas, dog parks. I also loved how he showed us every upgrade that came with the apartment, i would've never known these apartments came with so many. Definitely will be ready to sign my lease soon.

There have been many changes in management every year. Whenever we have had serious problems, management has always been inept in efficiently resolving them. Pest control requests have not been honored this entire year. The apartment itself is nice and the maintenance staff is very nice.

Very nice apartments and clean community neighbor's are quite and friendly. Dog park is amazing very pet friendly! Office staff is super nice and helpful!! Would highly recommend this apartments .

Easy move in and management fixed any issues we found on move in day. Staff were helpful on giving keys and paperwork. Great community for families and your pets. Their are great playgrounds for the kids and several dog parks as well. Very friendly community.

Just renewed my lease for another year, maintenance staff is quick and efficient and management takes care of issues seamlessly. The amenities are really nice and the pool is kept clean throughout the entire summertime.

I have been very happy with the move in process . The entire staff is always on top of things. Beautiful grounds. Always maintained. Close to shopping and restaurants. Regardless of pandemic it feels like home and safe. Taking precautions for all residents. Very pleased with my new move.

we just moved in last week and I already love the community because the environment has been quiet. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. Office staff is very professional in addressing all issues of concern. Maintenance staff address issues and complete in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I love these apartments, only thing is the pool is out of control at nights. Everyone is drinking and have music playing late. I've even seen people doing PDA in the pool in front of children. I pay a lot of money to stay here and it's not fair that people who aren't even part of the community come swimming for free and management say there's nothing they can do about it.

I love the apartments but management is horrible. I lived at my old unit for two years and there were issues that never got resolved. Moved into new unit about a month a ago and dryer didn't work, paint splattered all over floors, front door not sealed right and broken cabinet in master bedroom. I reported a week ago and still no work has been completed.

Legacy brooks are nice apartments. They are fit more for singles/couples. It can get a bit loud being near the highway but other than that they are nice. Short drive to downtown district/ entertainment.

the only complaint I have is that the pool here is out of control. The entire neighborhood uses the pool as there own. When the office closes, car loads of people show up and take over the pool that we pay for. Its ridiculous. The office says there is nothing they can do after hours. Meanwhile people who actually live here must exit to pool because the unauthorized people take over. I wish they hired security or paid someone to monitor this. I will honestly reconsider staying here come Oct when my leave is up.

I've been here 5 years and I feel safe over on this side of town. The old staff and the new property owners for the most part so far are helpful and respectable. I may stay most likely another year or more.

LB has been a great community. We are very happy, with only a few issues that can be fixed. It has been save and peacefully. Naturally, with COVID 19 children are at home more and there is a bit of noise, but this is the new normal we are getting use too. LB is a great place to live.

While looking for an apartment, I was very impressed with the manager. He was very knowledgeable. He gave a lot of kudos to his office staff and his outside workers too. I am looking too far in advance but I do like to waive my options. I did like the area and location. It appeared to be a lot of Places for shopping and eating . This one is so far top of my list

I love how attentive the staff has been especially during this time and trying to find a new home. They have accommodated my crazy schedule and helped so much. The community looks clean and quiet and the manager was super helpful taking me around the community to find the best view of the pool !

I've lived here for two years. We went through an ownership change a little over a year ago and things have gone downhill ever since. The office staff that replaced the first was inattentive and occasionally down right rude. I will say about a month ago we got a new manager that seems to be very active. In the two years I've lived here the security gates have been fully operational less than 10% of the time. There are two dog parks and stations with bags but no one picks up after their dogs. A resident dropped a large bottle of spaghetti sauce which broke on the sidewalk. The mess with broken glass stayed on the sidewalk for three days. No one on staff noticed (or acted on it) all that time. Since the new company took over we have not had a courtesy patrol. The buildings look good but are mediocre in quality. The pool is beautiful but none of the gas grill amenities work. This property has promise but is in desperate need of an infusion of money from the parent company to fix some significant problems.

I moved in 3 months ago best apartments in San Antonio! The staff is grate and professional apartments and nice and clean they allow you to mount your tv with no issues . I wish I would have found these apartments sooner.

Honest opinion apartment living is apartment living. But I recently moved here and it has been one of the best experience in apartment hunting, the apartment was cleans and smelled great, the staff was very attentive and were able to answer all my questions, one of the things that stood out was that the manager personally moved me in.Just want to take the time to let you the staff and maintenance know they are great

I came "home" to a a unit full of dead roaches, live roaches and live spiders. The cabinetry, drawers, corners of the apartment, fridge and microwave were full of this. This is unacceptable and disgusting.

Very nice staff. Maintenance is very good. Apartment overall is great. I have been making many good conversations to my friend about my stay here. I will renew my lease when it's up.. it really feels like he here.
