Love that you allow bully breeds. Rent is a tad too high. Parking is awful. Should have a parking permit for residents to get first dibs on spaces. Gates and key fobs could get updated. I always have a hard time with them. More fab one person has issues.

Don't live on the third floor and have a leak in the ceiling you'll have damaged furniture and wet carpet/floors when it rains. It's been that way over a month now. There will be claims filed and completed status but not work done.

We love the complex an our apartment. We love the layout, the hard floor and ghe kitchen. We love the location and the staff is always helpful,kind and knowledgeable . We liked the amenities, the gym, the coffee area.

Apartments are nice but everything outside the apartment is terrible. Gates never work and cars and apartments are being broken into as a result. Trash and dog feces scattered around the entire complex. The breezeways are dirty and have spilled trash in them. Loud neighbors that have no respect for other residents. Many instances of residents smoking weed at the pool, outside on their patio or even just in the public grass area. Not a great place to live if you are just looking for a quite apartment complex.

It's a good community. Just minimum parking after a certain time of the day. Very quiet area. The pool is amazing, along side with the residents very friendly. Built very nice inside and out. The office workers are gorgeous (females).

When I first moved into the apt I loved it. The community and neighbors are wonderful but in the last six months or so, they've stopped maintaining the landscape/buildings/outside lights. I pay $1500 for my 2/2 apt with most of the outside night lights are burned out, no doggy bags in any of the waste containers, trash left outside in walkways. It is becoming quite disgusting now. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up. If you are looking to rent an apt on this side of town, don't bother to stop at this one. Not worth it at all.

The community is really nice and the apartment team her is very sweet and helpful. The complex is always clean. I have yet to have a problem with any of my neighbors. They have fun social events through out the year to get the community to come together.

The office staff is great and always very friendly. The maintenance workers are very prompt and do a great job. I really like the two ladies that they have throughout the year for the residents. Location is very convenient.

We enjoy our apartment at The Haven at Blanco. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to fix issues. The surrounding neighborhood is outstanding and is in a very nice part of town. The apartment complex is very pet friendly and they have a great dog park. I highly recommend the complex if you have pets. They also have a nice pool and a pretty decent gym. The apartments themselves are very nice. Crown molding, hardwood floors, and tile back splashes. All very nice stuff. The appliances aren't anything to get excited about. You're not going to find stainless steal appliances or anything like that but what they have does the job. Our only real complaint is that the apartment grounds aren't as clean as they could be. Lots of trash can be seen scattered around and not everyone picks up after their pets. Also the hallways leading to the apartments are dirty due to leaky trash bags and stuff falling out of trash bags. Overall we do enjoy and recommend the apartment complex and hope that the level of quality stays as high as it is.

Very professional staff, I'm overall satisfied, only a few minor things that I feel need consistent attention to on the exterior of the buildings, i.e. pressure washing the stairs and walkways, removing debris and trash such as leaves, cigarette butts, etc.

I have had a good experience at the Haven since I've lived here. I moved in November 2016 and renewed/transferred into another unit for another 12 months. My dog loves all the places we have to walk and the dog park is a pretty good size!

Friendly informative staff. Quick professional response from maintenance staff. Great experience. Upstairs neighbor allows their dog to relieve itself in back area, but does not pick up droppings. They are also very loud and disrespectful of the neighbors and community.

Parking is one of the issues that are troublesome. Handicap access is non existent in our building. There are cars that park near the curb behind the garages that make it impossible to maneuver a walker or wheelchair. The only ramp that exists is near the office. So as far as accessibility it is non existent. I have approached office staff on two occasions, was told that they would get back with me but to this date that has not occurred. Very frustrating maneuvering through vehicles and not causing damage to the vehicles parked in the area.

The move-in was seamless, quick, and easy. The team was friendly and helpful. The amenities, like the pool, grill areas, workout room, and weight room are top of the line. The food trucks that are brought in from time to time is also a nice touch.

Overall it is a nice apartment complex to live in. The few issues I have had are a dirty breezeway, broken gate pretty often, and it took a long time to get my AC fixed. The staff is friendly and amenities are great. Very quiet place to live as well.

I enjoy living here I honestly have no complaints about these apartments. The staff are very sweet and helpful. They have worked with my family and myself. I couldn't be more thankful I went from a 3 bedroom to a 2 and both units are so spacious. The matinence have always been helpful and so sweet they always respond right away to our request. I moved into the Haven at Blanco about 2 years ago. We love the location and the amenities the community offers. The pool is beautiful. There is a dog park and obstacle course that my family enjoys using. The staff is very nice .
