I love my apt, love the wood floors, love the pet park, love the pool. Staff is very friendly. The online portal for residence is very user friendly. It's easy to request a quick maintenance issue and they are usually quick to fix it. Paying rent is easy

The request was completed and I had no idea they had been in my apartment. Speedy service!! They always get the job done in the within he same day or the next day if it is the weekend. I love my community! They are always pleasant and positive when I go to the office.

The buildings in general are very very dirty. Except the ones closer to the main office, which are the ones showed to the new residents. I've requested several times to send someone to powerwash the hallways outside the apartments. It's been almost a year and I'm still waiting. It's really embarrassing!!

Great apartment complex. Parking however terrible issue. Not enough available spaces. Assigned parking should exist. I had noise complaints at the beginning and not much was done regarding my downstairs neighbor. Overall was a good place.

We just moved here from Germany, I couldn't wait to be back in the states.. We looked at several apartments and I didn't like them, they were dirty and the out side was a mess. My husband was tired and we were getting frustrated. I ask around and was toldoing to come this way. This apartment was the first one we looked at and I said yes.

My experience has been very satisfying and convient for my lively hood. The employees are very capable and polite when I require assistance. Access is very good and needed services and closeness to stores and other required things that crop up at times.

It has been a great experience so far. Every time I have had an issue it has been taken care of in a timely manner. The staff is always in a good mood and always willing to help. The community is always being upgraded which is very nice to experience

The management is wonderful but the community is not always kept clean. Do not count on having any maintenance issues solved quickly. When I first moved in I would receive quick responses to any maintenance issues. The people who live in my building are quiet. Even though my apartment is close to the road the traffic noise is not bad.

We had a few hiccups with the apartment not being exactly what I requested but the staff found every way possible to make it up to me and made sure I was happy. I am very happy to have moved here. Totally worth it. The location is ideal. Safety was a big deal to me and I am fully satisfied with how safe I feel in this community.

Things have changed since moving in not as well kept new gentlemen in office very rude. What is left of old staff is great. Way to much trash and dog poop on the grounds need a small dog park to many big dogs that gang up on small dogs. For what you get I feel rent is to high

The haven at Blanco staff is awesome, they are very attentive .any repairs are done immediately ,I highly recommend , I feel veryvery safe and clean. The pool is huge and clean , very nice work out facilities, close to lots of restaurants even walking distance and shopping , five minutes from the Northstar mall.

Everyone in the office is awesome and helpful. I go to them with any concerns and they help me immediately. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice and feels like home. I enjoy living here and should have moved in a long time ago.

The staff is polite and does a good job maintaining the community. Maintenance staff responds quickly when needed. I've only had to call maintenance for normal/routine issues. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and affordable. The fact that the apartments include a washer and dryer is great, and the rent is still affordable even when matched against apartments in the area that don't provide them (at least at the time I was apartment hunting). Apartment is surprisingly quiet. I don't hear any noises from neighbors or pets. Even though the washer and dryer sound loud in my apartment, I never hear my neighbor's washer and dryer. Community happens to be located in a quiet area, but not far from any kind of shopping. Sometimes hard to find a parking space if you get in late at night.

Mostly good. Numbers of repairs needed with very good response and excellent workmanship. Neighbors above me are very noisy. Tenants are not good in keep community looking good. I do not like the rock landscaping.

The Haven at Blanco is a really great place to live. I chose these apartments mainly because of the elementary school it feeds into (Hidden Forest). After having been here for a while, I appreciate more than just it's location! It's clean, safe, affordable and the staff are the best compared to all of my previous apartment "dealings". Super professional, friendly and they have always treated me with respect!

I just recently moved in to The Haven and so far have found it to be a quiet, clean community. I already had visitors over and they were very impressed with the complex and the facilities that The Haven offers. I would highly suggest this complex.

This apartment community has been a real disappointment. For the amount of money we pay, we should have a higher quality living arrangement. The apartment was dingy upon move in, and it has an odor. We have had multiple incidences with appliances breaking and water leaks, including: bathroom sink leaking, kitchen disposal breaking and leaking water beneath sink, dishwasher being broken, and then flooding entire apartment about 2 months after first repair. Maintenance response to fix the issues has been fine, but there has been no concern after the after effects of water damaging carpet, flooring, baseboards, etc.

I have yet to come across anything negative about this community. Other than noisy dogs that is not The Havens fault, everything has been great. Awesome, friendly staff in the office, beautiful area, and very nice pool. I'd recommend this community to others.

We have enjoyed living at the Haven on Blanco apartments. Our leasing agent, Toni, was pleasant and helpful during the leasing process. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. we feel safe as we take our evening walks around the complex.

Overall, I enjoy my residence at the Haven at Blanco. MAA is generally different from other management companies in that they actually try to fix things or better the community. Most companies will brush you off or tell you "we're working on it" and never call you back. But MAA makes an actual effort to answer questions and get things done.

The rent is raised every single year, not just 5 or 10$ a month, 50$ a month or more. The property has a lot of dog feces and cigarette butts that people don't pick up, nor does maintenance. We get alot of tires stolen on trucks, even though we have cameras and a gate. Dog park is overrun with mosquitoes. My apt is well maintained, I haven't had any problems but I do know Alot of others that have a hard time getting the appliances fixed that break down.

So far, so good! We love the amenities offered by Haven at Blanco. From the pool to the obstacle course to the clubhouse, the little extras really make a difference in our lives here. The apartment itself is a great deal for what you get on a tight budget!

Excellent customer experience!! The management staff along with the maintenance personnel are very attentive and strive to provide excellent customer service Ina timely matter. General areas are kept up and cleanliness of all facilities in general I are clean as well.
