The staff have been extremely helpful with every step of the process. The move-in process itself was easy and convenient. The community where we are living has been helpful and caring. Our apartment was in great condition on move-in day. Living in this complex has been a blast so far!

The apartment complex seems great and the staff are very helpful. The shelving in the apt seems cheep. My apartment fronts a busy and loud road and the birds chirp until 5am! I hope this is temporary and they move on or get on a regular sleep schedule? : )

Very please with services. The office personnel are always eager to help out as you walk in. They greet you before ask anything. The maintenance people superb. I'm enjoy my stay here at the haven. Thank you so much on your professionalism it makes a lot of easier on tenants.

The Haven is a beautiful wonderful place to live. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Love the doggy parks and I love the 48 hour guarantee response from the maintenance team. The Haven is the perfect place to make your new home. I love it!?

Transferred to this apartment this may but lived here in a different apartment since 2014. I chose to stay because this is a very welcoming, friendly and clean place to live. The green belt add a beauty to this place with a country feeling. The community has a very nice gym and swimming pool area all included, so no need of gym membership somewhere else. The maintenance team is very attentive to request for service and the office staff is great. So far i have the good luck of having good neighbors, live in a second floor and yes you can heard when they walk or use the shower but nothing alarming. Overall I feel at home no plans to leave any time soon.

I had an issue with the smoke detectors and the response was immediate. I also had a minor issue with pests and the problem was fixed and everyone had a great attitude about helping. The staff at this complex is always friendly and very helpful! I have had other experiences with different communities and it always seem that the service request is difficult with a long lag time. The Haven at Blanco is a great community and I feel fortunate to have landed here. I will certainly recommend this community to my friends. Additionally, the grounds are well kept.

The community is well managed by the office staff and maintenance crew. Each make me feel welcomed and valued as a tenant; always friendly. Location is convenient to most anywhere in town. It's easy to live here especially with the amenities on site.

So far my service requests have been answered pretty quickly and have been done right. The service crew was very nice to me and answered all my question. I got some good suggestions from them also. The office staff have always been nice and helpful to me. My wife and I really enjoy living here.

I love this community. Very quiet and friendly tenants. Staff very helpful and maintenance is done very quickly and professionally. Only thing is the community gates keep malfunctioning, so worry about unwanted visitors. Important for someone living on their own.

Although these apartments appear to be very nice, parking is hell if you work later times. They keep up with the maintenance but for being a 3rd floor resident, they are overpriced. We feel like we have to be extremely quiet and can't be ourselves in our own home due to constant complaints. The pool area is great, the gym is ok, but we will not renew our lease. The staff is really friendly but don't seem to follow through with certain things.

Since I have moved into Haven at Blanco my car has been dented 3 times (moderate dents not small dents) and inappropriately towed and scratched in the process. I have had people with large dogs living above me 2 different times with very disruptive and loud noises at all hours of the day and night and nothing was done to stop this. I have witnessed people jumping the concrete walls and fences and casing cars and had to call security multiple times due to many incidents and questionable events that have occurred while I have been living here. Recently, Haven at Blanco has stopped taking packages in the office and my packages have been stolen on one occasion and never returned and a second (most recent) time stolen and returned because my neighbor happened to witness the actual theft so the tenant returned my package opened and re-taped. I have witnessed unattended teens smoking marijuana in the stairwell and had to call security and the same teens attempted to steal packages from my doorstep. Other neighbors that I have known are moving out because they feel unsafe and nothing is being done about their complaints/concerns either and they are scared of retaliation from the people that they would file a complaint against. This is no way to live! I pay a mortgage price tag to live here and this property is considered an "A" property with a "F" quality environment that is unsafe and unsecure. My experience has been terrible with little assistance from staff/managers who give attitude, poor customer service and little to no empathy expressed for all of these inconveniences for an "A" quality property.

Great place, good location and good amenities. The facility has a dog park and children playground. It is surrounded by woods, which makes it feel different. the GYM has new equipment and the pool is nice looking as well. It seems that you have everything you need to make a good living there.

I really enjoyed working with jennifer she was really helpful. I didn't expect to walk into a dirty apt the first time for a walk through so we changed apartments and that fridge didn't work so I was without a fridge for a weekend. But over all I love it.

People and staff are friendly . Matinence requests handle in a decent amount of time . Pools are well kept and the weight rooms are well equipped . Enjoy the outside fire place and grills . Noise would not be much of an issue if I was not located right next to blanco road.Apartments are well maintained .

Great! Other than the maintenance. Multiple maintenance requests and all of them were handled poorly and he to come back out at least once to repair what they didn't fix the first time. The actual apartment is fantastic and office staff is awesome. Love everything about this place other than the maintenance.

While I'm staying this community, there were nothing to complain. Apartment complex itself was great and appearance was also modern. The apartment manager was very kind. Location is great, too. If you are looking for the place around 1605 loop, this place might be a good option.

I only been here 2 months. So far, my experience has been favorable. The office and maintenance staffs are professional and attentive. The grounds are well-kept, with the exception of breezeway areas and stairs. Great attention to lighting and safety.

I have a good feeling about security. The staff and workers are good and friendly. However, I believe that the buildings may have been built cheaply in that it is not good when one can hear the upstairs neighbors use the toilet. This diminishes a sense of privacy.

I love the Haven at Blanco. The office staff in top notch and maintenance has always been prompt with completing service request. Aside from the great customer service the property is awesome!! The entire of the apartments are so homy and modern. Our pool area is amazing and it is so much fun to entertain there in the Spring and Summer.

The central location of this complex is the first reason we looked here. The maintenance is excellent and the staff is friendly and courteous. Parking is not normally an issue. The floor plan that we have has the HVAC unit's directly outside the master bedroom window. This is annoyingly noisy and the situation could possibly be remedied by sound barrier windows....
