The people upstairs are noisey and the office just makes cortesy calls everyday instead of actually doing something about it. Its everyday I have to call and complain. Thank god they are moving out soon. Hopefully the next people aren't as loud.

Good community, not too much noise, nice area, for the most part quiet neighbors. Helpful, friendly staff, both in the office and the service staff. I have lived here for over 2 years, both in single and double room apartments, and in both cases I was satisfied with the living conditions to renew my leases.

Only just moved in but have been extremely happy. Friendly staff , clean and. Easily accessible to parking nice exercise area and pool good access to all shopping. Busy street and sometimes hard to exit onto blanco rd at certain times of day.

It was by far the best community I went too out of about 10 including sister properties in San Antonio. There was no one even close in comparison.I feel comfortable leaving the wife at home while I'm at work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved it A+

The stairways are uncovered and get wet and very dangerous when it rains,there are too many dogs and there is dog feces everywhere. Walls are thin and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you come home after 8:00 you will not find a place to park

Haven going down hill. Rent going up. Clean the refuse area. Replace dead bushes and grass. Clean hallways. Have residents be quiet in common areas. Have residents keep animals quiet and pick up after them. Lots of noise from ac units.

The apartment buildings are always clean and well kept. Repairs are done promptly and the staff is always cordial and efficient to any need related with the services that they are providing. The community is centrally located and close to shops.

The staff act as if you work for them and not the other way around. They do not enforce the standards set in the contracts. The common areas are unkempt and dirty. They also do not follow the recommended service timelines on their appliances for services.

Hate it. Won't renew. The staff and tenants are living an illusion that this place is Beverly hills and its mediocre at best. Severely over rated and parking is a nightmare. No picks up after their dogs and they leave the breezeways in disgusting conditions.

The apartments Haven at Blanco are a wonderful community. From the time that I've spent living in this complex I was very fortunate to not have any issues with my apartment. I really enjoyed having the amenities available to me 24/7.

So far so good, the pool is beautiful and office staff has been overall very kind and responsive. The apartment itself has been okay, only a few minor things that maintenance has had to come fix(they've been great) .. No parking!!!! It sucks so be prepare for that.

I have enjoyed living at the Haven given I miss having my own home and yard. recently moving into a 2 bed room with a small yard has simulated the homeowner experience somewhat. The staff is friendly and has been helpful in the move even offering a larger apartment at the same price because it became available.

Just moved in. Had difficulty getting return phone calls to arrange all move in details. Apartment and garage was not cleaned well prior to move in. NEighbors leave trash outside their door for days which gets scattered by animals and stinks, and attracts bugs.

It's a very nice neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. Maintenance and office staff are very professional and very friendly. The pool is very nice. What I like a lot is that they have events with all of the neighbors.

There are a lot of bugs: gnats, rollie pollies, pincher bugs, junebugs, and scorpions!! Otherwise, everything else is great so far. The community is very quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, they were slow to clean my apt before move in and I had to wait a few more days to move in. I have only been here for a few weeks.

Under the old management it was a beautiful and safe location to live, with nice neighbors and overall environment. However, nowadays one should consider the safety in this "gated" community, where the gates are open pretty often and slow strangers to get in and steal on site. The demographics has changed and no longer this community is as quiet and relaxing as it used to be. The pros are an onsite dog park (if open), and nice business office and fitness facility, and accessibility to major highways.

I moved in in 1014. It was a beautiful campus throughout but except for front and pool area it is very disappointing. Needs a major clean up and Many of the broken down hedges and shrubs need to be replaced. Breezeways are dirty. Of course COVID has altered some of the needs The maintenance seems short handed. However they do meet request in a very timely manner.

It is actually really good! We?ve had no problem during our first year in these apartments, we have a pool, a playground, a gym and a dog park! Plus, we don`t even need to take our garbage to the trash can throughout the week, the community picks it up at the door.

Request for repairs are given immediate attention and resolved with efficiency. Property is well maintained and maintenance techs are very nice to work with. Office staff is friendly. A very nice place to live. Very well located and close to grocery stores, drug stores and schools.
