I looked at several different apartment complexes but when I came to the Haven at Blanco I knew that I was home. The property is well maintained and the office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They really helped to make the moving process easier.

It is actually really good! We?ve had no problem during our first year in these apartments, we have a pool, a playground, a gym and a dog park! Plus, we don`t even need to take our garbage to the trash can throughout the week, the community picks it up at the door.

I love living here! The staff is very professional and friendly and very responsive to tenant requests. The property is beautiful and both of my husband and I love it here! I can hardly wait for my family to come visit from Abu Dhabi! I think we'll spend all their time in the pool!

Request for repairs are given immediate attention and resolved with efficiency. Property is well maintained and maintenance techs are very nice to work with. Office staff is friendly. A very nice place to live. Very well located and close to grocery stores, drug stores and schools.

Good apartment community. Only issues are thin layers between levels that almost appear to amplify sound and the slow gates for entry and exit. All in all good place to live. Um. This field shouldn't require 200 characters. that's too much.

So far so good. The whole move-in process was very solid and easy to go, even though we changed a couple of things. All of the staff has been able to help with questions or concerns and all seem interested in helping. Clean, safe, and so far a great place to live.

I moved to the Haven at Blanco almost five years ago. What sold me was the fact that I was the first person to live in my unit and the attached garage. For the most part, I have loved living here. There are times when other residents aren't very courteous by tending to their dog or noise level, but for the most part, I'd recommend this complex to friends!

The staff is amazing and we look forward to using the amenities! The stairs stay a but dirty and parking can be challenging! Try to get an attached garage if possible. The neighbors all seem friendly and have been here for years. We look forward to the pool and fireplace.

This is a great apartment community. The office and maintenance professionals are exactly that. The grounds, pool area and exercise facilities are beautifully maintained. In my almost 4 years here I have met several very nice acquaintances and friends. the pool area is particularly attractive.

I have really enjoyed staying at The Haven. Everything my dog and I could want is here. It really is a Haven. The poolside activities and dog park really allow us to be ourselves and love where we live. The Haven is perfectly located in SA as well.

The Haven community is neat and clean and the ladies in the front, Jada, Toni, Jennifer, Karlin and the new Manager have always been extremely helpful and courteous. I know they are pulled in many directions and it has got to be hard to juggle everything. The maintenance staff, especially Scott, has been great. He takes pride and care of the property as if it were his own. He is very knowledgeable about what he does.

Staff was better at first, the new leasing staff is not as friendly. they have no social activities. The staff in the past have had pet food drives for local no kill shelters. They took the soda machine away. So now we have to leave the property if you get thirsty at the pool,

Neighbors kinda loud at times. not often.parking tight.supply trailer takes up space... Toni in the office is awesome and definitely a great asset! The staff has been very accommodating and has made living here pleasant. And did i mention Toni is great!

Very friendly staff and very speedy maintenance! A little concerned with the safety of my apartment and vehicles, considering the recent break ins and theft. The fact that the gates are always open makes me a little uncomfortable as well. The point of the gates being there are to keep the community safe. I am however, very impressed with how quick a courtesy officer was patrolling the complex.

All staff are welcoming and friendly! The pool and gym are amazing! I needed to move in quick and the staff worked with me to make it happen as quickly as possible with no stress. It's a very quiet community and a great location. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Haven @ Blanco is a great place to live the management is very quick to take care of any needs and very nice. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. The grounds could be better but that is a work in progess. Overall this is a wonderful apartment complex and that staff are the best.

I love living here but, I have two major concerns. The dog poop ruins my morning as soon as I step outside my apartment. The residents are not curteous about other people. They dont pick up after their pets! I have to endure the stinky smell every morning! I have to wait until I leave the complex to roll down my window and get some fresh air. They should place camera around the complex to caught the irresponsible pet owners. The second thing is the very thin walls that this building has. It's very poor, that you can hear evertything! Unfortunately, Imy neighbor upstairs cannot discipline their child and be reasonable to not run around until 1030 pm. Just ridiculous.. I am paying over 1200 to endure these things. The staffs are great, just hoping that they take care of the dog issues. If you want to have a quiet living and fresh air in the morning, dont choose this apartment.

The local management team appear to ignore your concerns. I have become so frustrated in trying to be cordial and patience with them. I have asked for contact information with MAAA Management and that request has been ignored. I chose the community because of its immediate attraction and appearance. I saw the concerns of the grease stains from trash, BUT was informed it would be corrected. There is a lot of deception between the leading process and the signing of the lease agreement and depending who you speak with policies are not transparent. nt

I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does, from coughing, closing the toilet bowl lid, arguing (loudly ALL the time) and fornicating! I don't think this would be a problem if the walls and floors weren't so poorly constructed (in terms of materials used). It doesn't seem like resident privacy was a priority when apartments were built. They also must have cinder blocks for feet, or are relatives of Frankenstein, because they walk VERY VERY HARD! I have called complaints on them to the office, security and SAPD, but nothing has changed. That alone makes me not want to live here. Parking is always atrocious. Residents should get a guaranteed car port or a decal. Everyone who doesn't have the decal should be towed. Also rent should be equal to the square footage. My apartment is too small to be paying over $900 a month.

Other than noisy neighbors who won't shut their window that leave beneath us and their dogs who bark (or yip) at all times of day, my wife and I love living here. Parking is never too crowded and the employees are friendly. I just wish the neighbors would be more courteous!

Jennifer at the leasing office is always so helpful and kind. Scott, in maintenance, is responsive and very knowledgeable. The garden crew just finished getting the lawn ready for Spring and it looks great! The grounds are always kept so nicely. This is such a beautiful place to live!

My representative was Jennifer and she was wonderfully patient as I looked for a perfect fit for my needs. I was also impressed about the recent parking lot improvements and the current painting that is going on. It must take a lot of organization to pull this off.

I love living here. It is convenient for going downtown, shopping and to work. A great place that I definitely can recommend. The only thing that is not so good, is my neighbor above who uses her apartment as a gym and exercises after 10 pm, sometimes until past midnight; she also has no rugs and pushes chairs across the floor and even wakes me up late at night.

This is a great community with great ideas. They are always improving. The staff are friendly and very responsive. Unfortunately, the complex does not always follow through with its own conduct. They are currently unorganized and unmethodical in their upkeep of the grounds and maintenance of the buildings.
