This is our first time living at a apartment complex and we absolutely love it!!! Staff is so friendly and property is really well maintained and the fact its pet friendly makes it even better. The price for rent and amenities is great.

The community is clean and very well kept. The residents that live here are nice and neighborly. The office staff is always nice and friendly. The amenities are great. The dog park is convenient. The pool is very clean.

This community is very well kept and comes with great ammenities and extras other properties do not offer. The office staff is amazing, especially Jennifer Brandt. I would highly recommend anyone looking to find a very nice, safe, and relatively quiet community to move into stop in and take a look for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

Great! I love the community. No issues. I rarely hear my neighbors. Most people stay to themselves but are willing to help if needed.I will be staying here until I am ready to buy a house. The pool is awesome!

The over experience was great. The office team was friendly and excited to have me. It was during the holidays so they informed me of all the great events they have. Felt like I could go to them if i needed.

The community is very clean and nice and safe . The neighbors are courteous and kind to one another. The location is centrally located . The grounds are nice. The management staff are consummate professionals .

I've already shared my multiple concerns with the apartment manager. It seems likely I'm spending all my time emailing her on a weekly. The apartment complex is not well maintained. It's dirty and smelly. I believe this is partial due yo the fact that SOME residents do not clean-up after their dogs.

The condition of the apartment are wonderful and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They fix things very quickly. I think the price are just beautifully. I have a good time with my short stay. I am satisfy for the stay.

I love The Haven at Blanco because the staff and management is great! I RARELY have any issues and if I do they are resolved quickly. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to make sure you feel at home and you get what you need! The service is always done in a timely manner and I never have any issues getting things fixed or replaced! My only complaint is the gym! Some equipment is broken and weights are missing. I think it just needs to be updated and maintained! And the parking .... the parking at night is not ideal and I already spend enough money a month I don't want to buy a garage or covered parking ... it is also a safety concern when coming home at night and having to park on the opposite side of the complex... very irritating!

Apartments are very nice and clean. Surrounding landscaping is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The best part is there are no breed restrictions, which is awesome and very hard to find. The move-in was pretty quick and easy.

I love the apartments. They are one of the nicer ones I have lived in. Most of staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is with loud neighbors. Also neighbors who leave their trash outside during non trash pick up days/times. This cause ants to be near the area.

The community is great - we really enjoy living here. Just need the sprinklers near our reserved spots removed, turned down, or something so we can avoid the hard water spots on our cars! But we really enjoy how quiet the community is and how quick to respond the maintenance guys are.

I have remained a tenant at The Haven because of relationship I have with office staff. They are very accommodating and pleasant. The maintenance staff is also gets kudos from me for also getting tenant requests done so quickly.

The team was professional kind and understanding regarding my business travel and facilitated my apartment transfer to a bigger unit and had it ready exceeding our expectations. We have a small gated backyard and the complex has made it possible to have a lovely sitting area enjoying our fountain and bird feeder.

I am very happy with the Customer Service at Blanco at Haven. When it comes to a service request they make sure to get it complete as soon as they can. The apartments are nice, l very well kept and the gym is great!

Parking is awful! If you do not pay extra for a parking spot most likely you will not find parking. A lot of people park in the fire lanes and sometimes block you in. The apartment we were supposed to move into was not move in ready and smelled horribly like smoke and pee. We complained and had the staff walk through with us and when they did, they moved us to a better apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful the maintenance people do the work but never tell you when they are coming into your apartment. The gym is super small. The pool is nice though. If there is ever a pest problem they come and spray every Wednesday.

Great so far. Maintenance is quick to address my issues. Valet trash service works as advertised. Grounds are kept, apartments are nice. The office staff is helpful. The walls are a little thin seeming but noise is generally low with the exception of bass that you can hear from time to time in next apartment.

It has been a pleasant experience thus far. Although, a week after moving in there was an isolated incident in the apartment next to mine and no information was provided regarding the incident when I asked. It was a concern to me when I walk out of my door and see several crime scene investigation units. Later that day, several news stations were knocking on my door wanting information regarding the incident which we knew nothing of. Hopefully, this was truly an isolated incident and nothing else comes from it.

I've only been here a couple of weeks. My leasing agent was terrific. She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Had some problems with the gate remote. Trash pick up was missed a couple of times. Still waiting on maintenance on a couple of items. Overall, I love the apartment!

For living alone, this complex makes me feel safe. Over the years it's been nice that the office staff hasn't changed much and now we all know each other. Sometimes there's trouble with the gate, but the staff is usually on top of things to fix it

The Haven is a very nice community with great residents who are extremely respectful. The staff is attentive and friendly and are more than willing to go above and beyond for its residents. I have recommended the Haven to all of my friends.

In a word. Awesome. Sure it's more pricey than other places but the staff is on-point 100% of the time. The grounds are well cared for and plenty of amenities, community activities and up-to-date communication. I sometimes consider moving, but then I'm reminded why I stay. Beautiful apt, great location and all my inquiries are taken care of.

I like it they are tidy and quiet Maintenance is pretty quick too. The price isn't that bad as far as getting what you paid get. It's close to a lot of places and is very close to a lot of shopping centers

I just moved in and have been here less then a month. I love my new apartment, the community is great. The gym is top notch, the pool is gorgeous, the valet trash is so nice. The best is that my apartment came with W/D. So far I love my decision in moving here. No complaints!
