I've moved or of your complex, but you keep sending me information as if I still live there. Please update your system. The rent is too expensive. There's a high crime rate. The highway is noisey and my apartments maintenance issues took almost a week to get repaired.

The team made the transition into our new home so easy for us. Maintenance was also very fast to take care of a couple hornets nests in our yard. Once we saw them we reported it to the team and maintenance had it taken care of the next day. The community is nice, quite and very pet friendly. We have yet to find any flaws!

The first three weeks have been interesting in that I'm still trying to move in. The move-inventory that needed in filled in 48 hours should be extended to a week. You will be amazed as to what I'm still finding.

Overall very positive. Staff was generally on hand and very helpful for any problems I had. Apartment was comfortable and fit my needs well. Minor issue with some bugs getting in but that is likely more of a first floor problem. Service was quick and generally took care of issues in the apartment the first time they came out. Noise from upstairs neighbor and street traffic were occasionally a small issue.

Unfortunatley I dislike everything about it here...the front office staff is the reason being so. They will never take control of the issues you complain about, unprofessional attitudes. No lie, its no joke. They could care less, pretty much oblivious.

When viewing this location, we were not shown around the full property. We only saw 2 apartment sizes. Some papers/$ amounts were incomplete or not added properly.The apt is a good size & was clean at move in.

building maintenance is not good at all, they take forever to clean the hallways and staircases. I believe that in the 2 years I have been living here only once have they come and clean the building and that is only because I kept calling to request the service to be done.

I have been living here for a few months and so far everything is pretty good. It is a little on the expensive side but it is worth it in my opinion. My only problem so far is the annoying little pill pugs that sometimes find their way under the front door.

I love the high ceilings , the apartment feels very spacious. Very quiet community. The pool is nice and the Staff very friendly. We're on the first floor and aren't bothered by noise upstairs . It's easy to get to Wurzbach and 1604 .

Nice secure community. Convenient to access of major freeways without the noise and traffic. Has recycling available. Trash pick up is nice but prefer it not be mandatory expense. Office staff readily available and friendly. If not on top floor can have noise from movement of upstairs neighbors.

Great staff. Beautiful grounds. Exceptional amenities. I moved into this apartment after 25 years in a house. I have really enjoyed the spacious floorplans and beautiful ground. I like having the opportunity to have covered parking as well.

The property is very clean, quiet and safe. For the price of rent I believe there is a strong opportunity to improve upon attention to detail within the units. When I moved in there was paint splatters all over the wood floors from no drop cloths being laid down as well as drips. The floors had been damaged from a previous water leak and were to be repaired and then after I moved in I was told that the flooring was discontinued and they were unable to fix the flooring unless I completely moved out. Several times I've had maintanance issues that took several phone calls to get someone to even come fix it. (Broken AC). Overall I love the property but wish it was managed with better communication and higher levels of quality. It's a great place for both families and young professionals and I've always felt safe and secure.

The location of the apartments is in a great part of town. While it can be more expensive than others in town the amenities that you get are worth it. Not many apartments come with a washer and dryer already in the apartments and these do.

I have had an overall great experience in this apartment complex. Honesoty the only thing id change is the carpet but i know that is depending on the size of my one bedroom. Everything else has been quiet lovely. I have not had any challenges with any of my neighbors, everything is quiet for the most part, and everything I need assistance in fixing or doing the office management is always there to attend.

The community and staff is really friendly/helpful. Maintenance works very promptly to handle request. Apartments are also really nice and spacious. I love that their no is breed restrictions for pets.

The community is well kept and in a nice area. The only issue is the parking situation. They do not offer enough free parking spaces to the amount of people who live there and residents have issues finding parking near their building. It is disappointing because I love absolutely everything else about my experience here, but when I asked about the parking situation I was disappointed with how it was handled.

Upon move in day, the state of my apartment was appalling. The apartment was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was the worst, with black hairs all over it. However, after cleaning the apartment, I do like the apartment and the complex itself. The other residents are super friendly and maintenance is pretty quick when it comes to work orders. I am very content with the apartment now.
