Good place to live with nice amenities. The staff is great and very helpful. A few concerns regarding vehicle safety and issues with vehicles being broken into. Location is great with easy access to major highways.

everything is fine, just because there are many people who do not clean their dogs and the fact that on some occasions catalysts have been stolen but the management treatment is very good, they always try to help you in the best way

I have been here for a year and let's just say I have been so satisfied until you cannot give me Free rent to move anywhere else. Everything here has been so satisfying From the friendly neighbors to the Maintenance service. I don't think there's a better apartment complex than Haven. From the time I had my first interview with William up until now I've had nothing but good vibes. I feel so secure living here I don't think I will ever leave. I've never been so happy and safe not even when I was in my own home. Thank you Haven.

The community has been clean and tidy and Jennifer has been super responsive and like the management at Haven at Blanco Kendra has been extremely helpful as well. The unit was kept ready on the date of move in and hassle free process

Quiet, but starting to be concerned about security. Recently there has been several car thief's. With the price we pay, there is a need to feel safe. Would also like if possible more covered parking. Am hopeful that the new rent will be acceptable.

So far, it has been a great transition. The leasing office staff has been attentive, thorough and professional. Most of all, they were very helpful. I am just a bit disappointed in the overall "move in" condition of the apartment, I understand shortages of supplies, longer waits for stock ups and high inflow of maintenance orders; but a sweep to deliver the apartment ready would be appreciated.

Inconsistent response to repairs but much improved recently. Office staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with. The hallway to my apartment frequently has a large amount of cigarette butts, however the staff have been pressure washing the hallway more often which has helped immensely

I have loved living here so far. The staff is amazing and always welcoming, the complex is clean and I feel safe, my neighbors are nice, and my dog loves playing in the dog park. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Worst apartment experience I've ever had. From two bikes being stolen while chained and locked to a shooting right outside my bedroom window less than 50 ft. away. Trash is thrown everywhere and the gates are always broken allowing anybody to come in. The front office is full of the same excuses. My family's safety and over all well-being has been completely disregarded. Their top priority is money. I do not recommend this complex to anyone.

Great apartments in a great area. Unfortunately, the management and maintenance are unresponsive. It has been 6 months but nobody fixed the dryer yet. Other than that, I still love my time here and will recommend it to others.

The Haven is a great community and the office staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Maintenance is always very good. No one place is perfect but they try their best to keep the grounds clean and safe. If you have a dog please try to keep it quiet that tends to be the most noise you hear is barking dogs all morning.

The staff at Haven at Blanco is very professional and helpful. Any questions or issues I have had have been dealt with very quickly and with ultimate professionalism. The apartment layouts are very nice and offer ample room for living. Very happy to be here.

Our experience has been great so far! The apartment was clean and well maintained at move in and any maintenance issues have been handled quickly. There is a playground and a dog park. The location is great and the elementary school is wonderful.

The staff is very friendly. The amenities are nice, and the area is pretty safe. I have not had any issues since living here, although I feel it takes longer than it should for maintenance requests to be taken care of if it isn't an emergency.

The team here are always smiling. If and when I need help they are right on it. The maintenance team is professional and polite, having all the amenities this complex has compared to others, I mean we have a huge dog park and there's a dog bath as well. This community meet my expectations, good place to live with my family, safe, clean, nice pool are, gym so nice I really love coming back from work and rest home sweet home. Friendly neighbors. Friendly and great service from all the staff.

I like the pet friendly aspect. The staff is quick to rectify any problems. I wish the apartment was in better condition when I moved in. The lack of security at night is concerning. The friendliness of community members makes this a fun place to live. The lack of supervision at the pool concerning kids is shocking!

Overall, I really enjoy it here. Aside from one crazy neighbor that was finally removed, I haven't had a whole lot of issues. As a single mom raising a young child being in a safe community is important to me. I feel like some things have been more worn own in the last couple of years like the obstacle course used to look much nicer now it's really rundown and has bee hives on a lot of the equipment. But I've never felt unsafe here so that outweighs any of the other issues

This is our third year living in Haven. It has been very pleasant, that's why we transfer to another apartment looking with a patio for our daughter. The office Team is the best, we want to thank Jennifer and Michael and all the team, they were always available to help. They make all the transfer process very easy. Jordan from maintenance is a gem, he is so humble and fast. He take care of small request that we had. I feel very secure with all the Covid measures that the complex had been taken. We love our new apartment with our comfy small patio!

I have enjoyed living here. Staff is friendly and they take care of any issues when needed. They put on fun events. It is quiet with no problems with neighbors. I like the gym and pool area. The grounds are kept nice.

It's been decent except for our maintenance request. The issues have not been fixed as they have been said that they have. Also, our neighbors are constantly yelling at inappropriate times of the night even when noise complaints have been filed.

So far it has been great. The atmosphere is very comfortable. The common areas are clean. Access to the area needs such as stores, automotive etc is very convenient. The is great access to the major streets and highways.

The front office staff has amazing customer service. Their maintenance staff is also great & they always complete work orders quickly. There isn't enough parking is one of my only complaints. They have such a spacious dog park & a nice pool.
