Move in experience was not good because the first few weeks the apartment had fleas that were constantly biting my family until the apartment was sprayed by pest control. Afterwards things have been better but maintenance doesn't usually fix things and just closes the tickets.

parking is horrible at all times for some residents, I totally hear them complaining about it. I just say I totally understand when having company over! its sad i'm having to pay for parking but it saves me due to my work hours

The apartment community staff and maintenance have been great. My apartment was ready when I moved in. I moved here from another state and they were very accommodating to me. The whole staff is amazing including maintenance. I love it here.

i just moved in a week and my kiddos and i already love . neighbors are super friendly, property is super clean , maintenance response quickly. love that wal mart and heb are less than 5 minutes. nearby restaurants . also it's quiet and peaceful ????

The maintenance is phenomenal. The office manager hates people and degrades them, talks down to them, does not solve problems, reason enough to leave this apartment complex. The apartments themselves are nice, specifically, two bedroom, one bath, and the two bedroom two bath. The walls are very thin, you can always hear people on the stairwell or above you so if there are kids or jerks above you're basically screwed out of a good living experience. the gate was generally always working, but there were still some theft issues while I was there. The location is kind of nice away from loud road noise just close enough to 1604 and Wurzbach. I noticed that there is no traffic going east on 1604 in the mornings going west on 1604 at 5 PM and no traffic going west on 410 in the mornings and going east on 410 at 5 PM, so the central location is nice for me, my biggest problem was the manager and the pee smell in my home when I moved in. Also, when I moved in there was no hot water for weeks. The door to the laundry room didn't open the garbage disposal didn't work the second bathroom tub had water coming out of the shower and the tub faucet at the same time with very low water, pressure and you could not keep water in the tub, the vent in the bathroom didn't work, the bottom of the door to the master was eaten/scratched up so far you can hear conversations across the apt? think they gave me $300 off my next months rent and told me I was screwed in an ugly way. Because the maintenance was so amazing and the area is convenient for me for work it's almost enough to stay but the management, thin walls, and kids throwing basketballs at/near my walls, and trash goo on the ground in front of every apt door, it's enough for me to write this review. I know how reviews affect peoples' lives and businesses and I still wanted to get the word out. I'd stay away if I were new to the area

Complex is very nice in appearance. Chris and assistant manager Jennifer did a very good job showing the complex and making us feel welcome. We decided to rent here and will be moving in May 10, 2023.

The apartments are nice and big and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is the rental increases are really expensive when you go to renew your lease. The maintenance is awesome they always fix everything very fast.

It's a Beautiful community, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The grounds looked neat and well kept. I love that they have garages attached to the buildings, and having the option for detached is also there if wanted.

This has been by far my worst apartment (out of 7). My upstairs neighbors are constantly banging around and yelling late into the night and despite multiple complaints with recordings management did nothing except offer me a new apartment at a higher price with a new longer lease. My upstairs neighbors are so bad, they knocked down a light fixture from banging around on their floor/my ceiling. The office didn't even respond to that incident. After moving in, I noticed my apartment was disgusting. There was rust and mold in the shower along the caulking and door/door seal, food down the wall between the fridge and cabinets, and gunk built up in the corners of the bathroom and kitchen. In true apartment fashion, it looked as if they tried to paint over most problems. The office did send someone out to clean the apartment, but they didn't address the problem areas. Instead they vacuumed and organized my apartment. Since moving in, my bathroom sink has had to be fixed due to it making a very loud vibrating noise, the dishwasher has to be replaced for not draining properly, the A/C unit flooded, the ice maker flooded the fridge ruining food and personal (temporary) flooring I had put it, and my sink flooded the cabinet underneath, again, ruining personal items. After the fridge incident, the office told me that they would not be reimbursing me for damages and that I would have to make a claim on my renters insurance. Maintenance is usually pretty timely in their response to requests. Although my experience in that may be skewed due to the nature of the request being to fix items that are flooding. Last thing is that it can be difficult to find a decent parking spot if you get home after 7pm. It may just be my unit that has a ton of problems, but honestly, these apartments are long overdue for an update.

My leasing agent Michael was very kind and courteous, the property itself was less satisfactory. The interior of the apartment had visible grime and dust for being "ready to show" and the exterior entry wats were tracked with animal feces and mud.
