Great office staff, quick to answer messages and calls. Maintenance crew is reliable and timely when I needed something fixed. The dog park is nice and the dog wash station makes it convenient. Pool area is really nice and well kept

Office and maintenance staff are outstanding. They have a tough job, but they do it with a smile and professionalism. I could not rate them higher. The complaint I have is about other tenants. Two things specifically. Number one: The trash (regular and recycle) is constantly being filled with things that are clearly not meant to be there. I know because I live within sight of it. It is not unusual to see entire sets of kitchen cabinets (someone remodels a property and dumps them here), tires left on the curb (that is today in fact. Not even in the immediate trash area but 15-20 feet away.) Someone even dumped a car transmission there recently. It is obvious these are local contractors avoiding fees at city dumps that are doing this. Number Two: Pet waste. It has recently become a big problem with people not picking up after their pets. And I mean BIG pets. I am even seeing dog waste on the sidewalks. And I routinely see it within five feet of a pet waste station. Yes! They will let their dog go next to the waste bin and still not pick it up. And these are not poodle or chihuahua size dogs. It is clearly 100 pound plus dogs. I am a pet owner myself and I spend more time avoiding dog feces than anything else when we are out. I would love to see something done about this, but I realize the staff can't patrol 24 hours per day. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF STAFF. What corporate headquarters could do is provide funding for security cameras and also list penalties for non-compliance in lease agreements. Catch you the first time it's a fine. Catch you again, lease is revoked. Again, the staff here at Haven At Blanco are fantastic. We just need better tenants. I know that is almost impossible to solve, but something needs to be done.

Mgmt. needs to do better!
I just helped my girlfriend move out and the complex overall is not bad, however the mgmt. team does not enforce the terms of the lease agreements. The hallways smell like garbage ALL THE TIME! The lease indicates the valet trash cans need to be brought in daily. Residents leave their trash cans out even with trash inside for days at a time. The hallway floors are sticky from leaking garbage; it is an eyesore. Residents are supposed to take their trash to the large dispensary on weekends but they don’t. It would be so much better if the mgmt. would enforce these simple things.

Renting at this apartment complex has been very satisfying. A place like home. The in-office and maintenance staff is friendly. Issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting here.

At the beginning it was hard but now we are adjusting it's been a nice change even tho there can be improvement for the little things that we don't like but had to live with for the time being. We do like the environment they take care of the complex it's well kept. The pool is my favorite and the resident events they have also. The staff is very nice and professional very welcoming. They have 3 bedrooms which we love cause it took us time to find a reasonable place and we found it so overall we are happy.

Nothing has been as represented prior to my signing the lease. I will not renew my lease. If I had not spent several thousand dollars moving into the apartment, I would move out immediately. There is no rating low enough to describe this complex

The experience has been great so far. The office staff have been very helpful from when I was moving in from out of state to move in and general inquiries since then. I went into this apartment sight unseen and have been enjoying it so far.

Great experience. I was called back promptly to schedule a walk through. Process to submit application all the way to move-in was almost effortless. I would refer anyone else to this complex now or in the future.

Lived here for 4 years sure had great experiences Amazing team at Haven, especially Ms Jeniffer! if something breaks love how efficient they get the problems resolved quickly, location pretty convenient to go anywhere, Great pool and Gym

The gym is nice but there is always people blasting music at the pool or kids being rowdy and aggressive at the pool. I like the dog areas and use them often. More accessibility to the garage or covered parking would be nice. I wish there were more sidewalks around the buildings though. My neighbors are all relatively friendly and I feel safe in the community until the recent vandalism, stealing and bullying at the pool. I enjoy living in this community but do get frustrated with things like the lack of parking or when things break in the apartment. My washer machine was violently shaking and it took multiple visits from maintenance before it was replaced. The staff is always very friendly but the thing that keeps me here is the location not the apartment complex itself. Overall, parking and security could be better but you can't beat the location.

Overall pretty bad, the first month I was here my catalytic converter got stolen. For as much as we pay you think you'd get a parking spot, trying to find a spot during the hours of 9pm-2am is nearly impossible. The gate never works correctly and neither does the key fob (takes multiple clicks to open and sometimes it wont and for the gate, one side will open while the other doesn't) the apartments are built very cheap and overall not worth the price. People blast music pretty late at the pool. However the staff is nice and helpful, the only reason I haven't left is because everywhere else is too expensive

Holding monthly events which shows appreciation of tenants. When entering office always welcomed. Grounds well maintained. Community feels safe. Great lighting at night. On schedule with valet trash pick up.

Amazing apartments but keep an eye on your energy bill. Had way too much trouble with the AC not working and dealing with an insanely high bill despite the fact that it didn't work right. Other than that, great place.

There's always trash/litter laying around the complex. People are moving in who don't care what anything looks like. There was a full trash bag left in the grass by building 11 for more than two weeks before someone picked it up. the front office looks great, but that money should have been spent on fixing the ant problem as they are coming in through the walls NONSTOP and pest control doesn't stop them. The toilets are small and easily clog. This morning the toilet completely overflowed and there is water everywhere. The staff is great and friendly. I requested a specific parking spot after someone moved out and they give it someone else, I hope it was just a miscommunication. Just feel like there are bigger problems to address than the front office looking "nice" - because it was already nicer than the apartments. Maintenance comes in to fix something and I'm met with judgements about the way to place looks after reviewing cameras I have. Complaining about the ants does nothing as pest control has been in our place three times and the ants don't stop even after they are in. I also thought they were supposed to be here often, but not too sure what I'm paying for when the problem is daily.

Haven is like home ! Comfortable , great staff, accommodating & beautiful! Neighbors are friendly. There are always events happening . The pool is always clean and maintained . I cannot praise Haven enough !

The Haven at Blanco is by far my favorite apts that I've lived in. The front office staff are all so nice and helpful especially Chris. He is very knowledgeable and always has a solution to everything. Jen is also always so helpful and sweet. I've been here almost 2 yrs and have had little to no issues being here. The maintenance staff is also very fast with any work orders and gets the job done the first time.

It has been the worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex, it suck's from the parking to the cleaning crew it is awful I don't recommend this complex to anyone the office staff is rude and not very helpful

We love it here however the rent each year always keeps increasing even though we have always paid on time. We are worried this year that they are going to price us out of this home. In the four years that we have been here, the rent has drastically increased every single year. It will soon be unsustainable. We would really like to stay but we feel like we're getting shoved out financially. It appears that they don't care and only concerned about the money. You cannot fight the rent increase. They shut you down right away.

Very nice staff & responsive to needs. Good response to maintenance concerns. A more through vetting on large dogs would be beneficial. There are large dogs that aren't apartment appropriate that live here

The community is generally quiet and the complex is great about keeping up with the maintenance around the complex. However, the gate is broken half the time and crime has really increased in the past few years. The apartment tries to do right by their residents when unfortunate circumstances happen such as our tires being stolen off our car back in 2021 but we'd rather them not have to make the effort to do right. Its also a bit frustrating how expensive the apartments are running now considering how much our exact unit cost when we first moved into the complex back in 2019. The management is great and the amenities are nice though

We have just moved in and so have not been here long enough to have experienced a lot, but so far the staff has been incredibly helpful and have been patient with all my questions. I look forward to seeing more of what this community has to offer!

The community is kept up very well. There are nice amenities and lots of options to choose from when looking for an apartment here. The staff member Cody is over the top amazing and he very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about the apartment community.
