BEST APT STAFF IN SAN ANTONIO

I just recently moved into the haven about a month ago with my girlfriend, and we absolutely LOVE the apartment and the staff working here. Eventhough we have only lived here for a little over a month we have been dealing with the staff for about a year because we had to wait for our apt to become available( we have hardwood&granite):):) well worth the wait!! The staff has been very very curtious and professional ALWAYS greeting us with a smile and a hello. It is a great place to call home don't feel like apartments at all, if you are looking around stop here first and save yourself the time of driving around town just walk in and ask for Anthony or Elizabeth either one of them will take very good care of you.

----- IS THE ASST MANAGER AT THIS PROPERTY AND SHE JUST YELLED AT ME A FEW DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.I AM A TENANT AT THE HAVEN AND SHE IS WELL AWARE OF THIS. THEN WHILE SHE IS YELLING AT ME - SHE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY ," WE AT THE HAVEN THRIVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE !" REALLY ----- ? CALM DOWN, AND LEARN TO MULTI- TASK. --------IF YOU EVER HAVE A QUES. OR AN ISSUE IN YOUR APT. IT WOULD PROBABLY BE BEST TO AVOID ----- "THE ASST. MANAGER".

So it's been 1 year now

My husband & I have been living here for a year now & I have to say I still love this place. The staff is excellent! The leasing & the maintenance. Especially Elizabeth, she has always done a wonderful job for us. In fact since we have had such a great experience here we have extended our lease another year. We feel very at home here. While reading some of the reviews I've notice how some people are talking about the lack of safety on the property & how they don't feel safe. In my experience I've never felt that way at all. I mean I regularly walk to the gym, by myself, at night and not once have ever felt I was in any sort of danger. As for the vallet trash service it's been the best! As long as you follow the rules: put your trash in a trashbag in the trash can provided, place the trash can outside your door between 6 & 8 pm Sunday through Thursday then it is picked up. After it is picked take your trash can inside before 9 Am the next morning. I mean come on people it's not rocket science, just follow the rules. Although I do love living here there are somethings I wish the staff would improve on i.e. the phone answering in the office. IT IS VERY ANNOYING!Please do something about that, it's a problem that has to be fixed now. As far as the parking goes, it does suck once it gets past 5pm. A garage is available to rent however there aren't enough of them. For each building there are only 3 garages. That is no where near enough for as many tenants in each building. There should at least be more covered parking available to rent. Last but not least those damn annoying skateboarding kids that are ALWAYS in the road. PLEASE PLEASE do something about them! I have almost hit them with my car about 5 times now because they just won't get out of the way & sometimes purposly get in the way as soon as you drive by. If enough tenants are complaining about them & their parents kick their butts out! We aren't paying this much money to have punks bothering everyone.
