Don't move here. The complex management can't seem to handle the big community. Always an excuse about anything that needs to be addressed. The gates NEVER work. The parking is ridiculous. The leasing agents are only helpful to get you in, but after you sign the are lazy. I can't wait to leave this complex.

Great staff, great location, great features , and amenities! I love my apartment and I couldn't be happier. Pet friendly, amazing pool and cure designs. The only downside is that is eeally hard to find parking spaces if you do not pay for your own.

Very comfortable living and great office and maintenance team. Fit gym and swimming pool are kept beautifully maintained. Dog park accessibility is private on site and apartment grounds are securely gated.

Nice please to live. Convenient location. Prices are fair and the staff is professional and helpful when needed. I would recommend this complex to anyone. The complex is relatively quiet. It is a mix of families, young professionals and college students.

Wonderful! It's a beautiful community, and we love how quiet it is. We feel safe at all times, and have had no major issues with our specific apartment unit. We love the pool and it's surrounding area.

This apartment community and staff is wonderful. I've loved living there and I've only been there for a total of two weeks. The haven team is so helpful and attentive to any needs you may have on any day.

Move in went well. Was able to get my keys right away. Everything looked good when I moved in except that the apartment smelt like cigarettes and still does some when I walk inside. It doesn't bother me after the initial smell but I don't like it. I put a work order in for that but it has not been taken care of at this point yet.

Overall great community and good amenities. Nice pool area for all ages. Updated appliances inside. Washer and dryer provided. Very quiet community. Obstacle course is pretty neat, and workout gym is provided as well.

The property and management staff are amazing! My husband and I have had nothing but an amazing experience while living here and we just renewed our lease for a second year. Also love how pet friendly this complex is.

Living at Haven at Blanco is very comfortable and enjoyable. The office staff always treats me exceptionally well and any maintenance problems I have had which have been minimal have been addressed immediately.

So far, my experiences at this community have been wonderful. I have recommended it to all my friends to try and get in here because the amenities are wonderful and it is so clean here. My only concern is the pool hours and making it more adults only friendly so adults can enjoy it too in peace and quiet. I have enjoyed how welcomed my fiancee and I have felt here. Our dogs certainly love it here too!

An awesome apartment complex. Very clean and very quiet for a complex. The maintance staff is spot on in getting to work orders and getting them taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is awesome Esp Jennifer in leasing she knows you by name which is unbelievable with an apartment complex of this size and she's always very helpful in getting your request or problems taken care of..

Overall, our experience has been great. I wish there was a little better at clean up, for example around the pool...it can get pretty dirty, trash cans over flowing, cigarettes buts all over....broken glass not swept up outside the doors, outside lights not replaced.

It's great. Nice area. Quiet for the most part. Pool is amazing. Office staff always professional and courteous. So far a have very few complaints. Not happy that i moved in and had to deal with an ant problem.

Beautiful apartment and the location is perfect. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is here, they truly do care about the residents here because they go above and beyond. Living here at the Haven, I get my money's worth and then some. I've met some great neighbors as well.

Excellent amenities - pool is amazing with grills/ vending machines/ outside bathroom/ sink area for prepping/ outside lounge area with fireplace.. Inside- cardio room and weight room (sometimes resident trainers offer free or discounted services)/ office area with access to computers and internet/ and tanning bed. Apartments come with spacious living area, including very spacious bathrooms and includes washer/dryers. Maintenance crew are attentive. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, however there are many car ports and garages. Location is perfect. Easy access to 1604/ 410/ I-10/ 281. Hardberger Park is nearby.

I have no experience in this place but I love it and I recommended it to my friends I like the security the place is great and very central I really like the benefits it has. Park for dogs park for children I would love more if they had access to wifi

Helpful staff. Responds quickly to voicemails and work orders regarding appliances. Needs better control on grounds and pet owners being responsible for discarding pets waste. Maybe install cameras to keep tract of violators.

Love it pretty much. People that live here and the staff is so nice. Everything gets handled professionally yet very quick and simple. A friend of ours recommended and he still lives here and here we are. It was a good decision

The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complex puts on events for the residents a few times a year - which we love! It has great amenities, although the hot tub is often broken. The only thing that we really don't like is that the front gate is almost always broken and anyone can access the apartment. So far we have seen a few cars have their tires stolen so it makes us a little uneasy to see the gate STILL constantly not working. But overall, I would recommend this complex. Great location between 4 highways makes getting around SA pretty easy.

Complex is nice and has good community facilities for the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and has good features. The complex location is good with shopping, dining, and entertainment facilities nearby. More vehicle parking spots would help.
