I was really excited when I toured the complex, the staff was really nice and helpful and the amenities were lovely. Shortly after moving in, we realized there is a shortage of parking. This is partially due to the community not requiring parking passes or having specific visitor parking spots. You won't be able to find a spot if you're out past 10 PM any day of the week. We also have had quite a few issues with the apartment itself. A couple days after moving in, one of the smoke alarms expired, triggering all the other alarms to ring at midnight. It took maintenance an hour to come out and replace the alarms. The apartment is infested with roaches. We've had pest control out a couple times and they've told us there are most likely nests behind the appliances, but instead of moving the appliances and spraying behind them, they recommended we move them and purchase our own pesticide. Additionally, the apartment wasn't well cleaned before we moved in. The air filter was dirty, the hot water heater was leaking and surrounded by moldy water, there is mold covering the window sills in the second bedroom, and the first time the jets in the bathtub were run, dirty water and hair came pouring out. My husband and I are so frustrated with the dirt and grime, we won't be renewing our lease and will move out as soon as possible.

This is why i don't like taking these surveys. I am not writing an essay. My response may not require 200 hundred characters. I am fairly pleased with my apartment and community. The only complaints are that some of my neighbors are not cleaning up behind their pets. Some drive through the parking lot too fast and my upstairs neighbor is sometimes inconsiderate with noise past 3am.

It has been a very nice experience in this community, given that it offers utilities and services that are very useful. The only concern I would bring up would be the lack of responsibility of the other tenants of cleaning up after their dogs. Otherwise, this apartment complex hasn't offered up any other issues of concern to me.

The office staff are a good group of people. There should be foot patrol to control the parking antics that occur; pool should be heated since the hot tub was taken out. Would appreciate replacement of cracked tub and scratched kitchen cabinets.

Good hospitality but it lacks maintenance on the property. The parking is really limited and basically if any resident have have visits then you don't have a parking spot. Then you have to walk across the complex.

So far I have been living at the apartment complex for a month. I have had to place one minor request for maintenance which were blinds on the window. The request was put in around 7 am in the morning and completed the same day about 4-5 hours later. I have been extremely satisfied with my stay so far.

Grounds don't appear to be well maintained. Walkways and stairways need to be power washed. They are ver dirty in the building I'm at. Dumpster area could also be cleaned . AIr conditioner does not work too well.

My wife and I are enjoying the complex so far. We've only been here a few weeks, so we haven't been able to use the all the amenities available. My only complaint is residents leaving their trash cans out 24/7.

Management gives the tenant the run around. Also have to park several buildings away from my building is ridiculous. Also when replacing iteams inside the appartment with the cheapest quality 9f equipment just causes more problems. The dishwasher was replaced and I can't use it.

The Haven is a great place to live. The staff were amazing and helped answer all of my questions, and helped me get set up to move at the best time for me. The community is so welcoming and friendly. I am glad I chose these apartments to call home.

The community is nice and the staff have been helpful. Michael in particular has answered every question I've had and assisted with anything I've needed. Very thrilled with the service I've received, though this is after living here after a month. Maintenance team has also been responsive and efficient, and I greatly appreciate how they work. I live on the second floor, but unless someone intentionally bangs on a wall, roof, or floor, I can't hear any of my neighbors. That said, everyone keeps their areas clean, so I'm not stepping over others' messes to get to my apartment. The one thing I would bring up is that the parking situation isn't up to par. I work a late 2nd shift, and when I get home at around 2:30 AM, there is no parking in front of my building. I usually have to find a parking spot 5-7 apartments from where I live. It's not the worst, as I feel safe on the grounds even when walking at that late hour, but it is a bummer to come home after an exhausting day and experience that last bit of frustration. Despite that, I'm happy I chose to move here. I hope parking can be improved, and looking forward to seeing what this area has to offer.

These apartments are a bit older. The maintinance team is great and will fix or repair anything in a timely manner. My area is super quiet and I have a full size garage. I love the combination of engineered wood and carpet. The dual weight room equipment is a bit worn and rusty. The area is great as it is only a few miles to the HEB PLUS, target, whole foods and much more.

This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I've lived in many-- not only in TX but in other states as well. Everyone from the management office staff to the maintenance team, etc. is absolutely friendly, helpful and they go "above and beyond" many times to get things done and to resolve any issues very quickly. I have never waited more than one day for a maintenance request to be completed! I have been very fortunate to have quiet neighbors - I live on the first floor and RARELY do I ever hear anything from the apartment above me-- No voices, music,TV, etc. The units seem to be well insulated, not only for neighbor noise, but for heating and A/C as well. I can keep the temperature at 78 or 79 in the summer and be comfortable! My energy bill is very reasonable compared to other places I have lived. The Haven also does many things to "give back" to the community which is awesome! They have held several charity events to help with disaster relief for those affected by recent hurricanes in other parts of the State,as well as other good causes. The ONLY thing negative I have to say is: IF you happen to rent an apartment that faces Blanco Road, be prepared to hear traffic noise! It's not a big deal during the day as I barely notice it, but in the morning you feel as if you are in the middle of a car race, and the traffic noise does wake me up many times! I knew that may be an issue when renting my apartment, but chose it because it has an attached garage--VERY convenient! When I did mention the traffic noise to the management staff, they offered to move me to different apartment. Again, because of the garage, I chose to stay. I hear from other residents how dificult it is to find parking at night, but I believe that is true at ANY apartment complex. The rental is a bit on the pricey side and I hope that the yearly increases will not force me look for a different place. Sometimes you get what you pay for! Other than that, FIVE STARS!

I love living at the Haven. The location is perfect. Everything I need to close by. The staff has gone above and beyond for me. They always follow through with what they promised. The common areas are well-kept. There is usually ample parking. I've never had a problem with pests and the maintenance crew is prompt. They were even kind enough to assist me with moving a piece of furniture upstairs after hours. They schedule community events at the pool regularly. Overall, this is a great place to live.
