It has been a fantastic experience and this complex handled COVID very well. Maintenance is the big pro in my opinion for this community. They are the most responsive of all the teams I've had in other apartments. Parking is my biggest complaint as it is not reserved unless you pay extra fees, as well as, the apartments are a little expensive. Overall this place is great.

Good had some stolen property and vehicle damage and gate don't always work. Also would be good if had recycled trash container for individual to place outside the door for pick as trash pick up. But there trying to make place better

So far not very pleasant. A lot of beating around the bush to make sure individuals get their commission. Also, ended up paying for a lease term I didn't want and after only received a sorry. Highly unprofessional!

Pretty good. Only complete is lack of parking for residents and people parking in handicap when they have to signage to be able to park there. I've had friends who need to park there and haven't been able to because the same few cars park there with no handicap sticker or license plate and the office won't do anything about it

They have a wonderful staff, the complex is very clean, weight room and separate cardio room. Work orders done same day or within 24 hours. I would recommend the Haven at Blanco to family and friends.

Everything has been taken care of in a timely manner and very professional. Through Covid-19, communication and property sanitation standards have been great in areas of gatherings. Only issue is the dumpster area. It is treated by tenants as a dump area. This needs major attention and improvement.

It's amazing. I love that I'm about to add colors to the interior of my apartment walls and I love how spacious the rooms are. Truly comfortable to reside in. Plus the gym is a great added benefit. Also, the team is very quick to respond to maintenance requests.

I have been here for 8 years. It is a very nice community and has spacious apartments for a fair market price. I feel safe and have had no issues with my neighbors or management. The location is close enough to major highways to get places easily, but not so close that traffic is congested.

The staff is nice. The maintence team is nice but on some of their jobs here in the apartment they leave a mess. Like when we moved in the guy was changing the handing on the refrigerator door and left a grease stain on out carpet.

Management is not around the grounds a lot, which is a double edge sword. The recycle bin is used as an overflow trash bin, there are never any dog waste bags at the most popular area for people to walk thier dogs in the courtyard area, that dog waste bin is overflowing every other day, people park in handicap spaces without proper documentation, people park in the handicap ramp spaces, trash remains outside of apartments at all times despite no pick up on Friday and Saturday. I mean, everyone is an adult, but some of the adults are -------s.

Until about a year ago, I really liked living here. Since then, crime has increased with a lot of vehicle break ins and a couple of apartment break ins. It doesn't make me feel very safe living there being a single woman.

Process was fast and smooth, Michael and his team were welcoming and helpful. I relocated from California so communication was key during this whole process. At every step of the way there was solid communication which made this move super easy. If Michael was not helping Jennifer was and she was kind and clear on the phone as well. Overall great experience made moving to Texas super easy.

Jennifer and Brittany made moving in easy for me. When my garbage disposal and garage remote stopped working Maintenance was quick to fix the same day I reported the issues. I've been here about 2 months and so far it's been a great decision. It's pretty quiet in my building and the neighbors are friendly.

The city as a whole is a disgusting place to live and the residents here treat this palace like their own personal trash can. Dogs pee all over the breezways there is garabge everywhere and maggots crawling arouns all over the place. The main office stafferas are not well trained and some of them are extremely lazy.

Recently my family and I just moved to Haven at Blanco a little over a week ago. We were searching for months to find a very nice apartment that was clean, safe, and kid friendly. Haven was the perfect place and had everything we needed especially with having a 4 year old daughter. I love that the apartment already equipped with washer & dryer. Also my daughter loves the big tub she can have bubble baths in lol. During the process of moving Brittany was extremely helpful we spoke for months and she lead me the right direction keeping us informed the whole way. We are excited with our new home highly recommend Haven!

I absolutely love living here. My apartment floor plan is perfect. I am on the third floor and overlook the green belt. It's always so quiet and peaceful. Office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and maintenance work orders are always completed quickly and correctly. Location is perfect.

I love this community. Any maintenance issues are quickly resolved. The property is we'll kept and I feel safe with the property being a gated community. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to be in a good school district with close access to schools and shops.
