It is a safe community, near shopping center and park to go for walks, bicycling and running. Gym area is excellent to go for a quick workout. They have fun community activities during the month for kids and adults.

Overall, it's a very good community. The staff is great and courteous. The parking, late nights, can be rather difficult and you may have to park further away than ideal. Besides that, I would recommend renting here. Also, the rent is higher than I would prefer, but it's not out of the norm. ALL places are expensive nowadays.

Overall staff and neighbors are great. But the security is ----. My husband's vehicle has be vandalized twice and mine once in the 10 months we've lived here. It's great if you have dogs because there are no pet restrictions but not enough doggy poop stations.

My experience when moving has been pleasant, there are only details to be aware of, which are when delivering the apartment know if its ready for it entire use and use of the functions as well as the required maintenance problems.

It is a very quiet and safe place for families. Parking at night is sometimes difficult to find. The pool and gym area are very clean and freshly painted.I like to live in this place, the children feel safe.

Love it everything is great. The entretenimiento is fantastic and the managers office is wonderful customer service environment is great I will be happy to recommend it to my friends and family to live here as well

Good so far. Love the floor plan. Not too crazy about the trash outside the door for pickup. Neighbors leave trash out all weekend long. It would be nice to have an option to take trash to a dumpster far away.

My experience so far has overall been good. Some residents don't pick up after there dogs and the maintenance can be slow at times but besides that I've had a great time living here. Office staff are very nice and the property is generally well maintained.

The move in process is easy and office staff is friendly. I wish the apartment was actually cleaned properly upon move in. And I wish all fixtures were working upon move in but have some issues. The amenities are nice.

I just did a tour and experience while touring was met above my expectations! The leasing agents were amazing at explaining everything. The property was absolutely beautiful and maintained very well.

Management needs to monitor the entry of people using the swimming pool. During the weekend regardless of the time of day or evening, there aren't any parking spaces for residents. It seems like people who do not live here are coming to use the pool. We see people and vehicles that we don't recognize. The cleanliness of the trash and recycle area has improved.

Community is very clean, the office staff is always willing and ready to answer all your questions or concerns. Maintenance staff is on point , polite and fast. Having issues addressed accordingly makes everything and everyone at The Haven awesome. Love it!

The community has been great. We love the space the apartment provides. Our issue has been with our move-in. The apartment was bombed the day of our move in which has caused a swarm of roaches to come out. We have been here almost a week and it still hasn't stopped. We don't even feel comfortable putting out our plates and silverware yet with the amount of bugs that we see daily. Our move-in experience has been a nightmare.

Trashy stairways, makes no difference having a always fresh replanted flower beds, specially at front of leasing office, when no rules are enforced. People putting out trash Friday morning ,when the vale pick up on Sunday evening and 100+ degree ? People don't pick up after they dogs ? The appearance is nice, whit dog waste smell.

Everything was quite good at this community. The staff here was awesome. A lots of nice restaurants and shops around the apartment can be explored. Will definitely recommend this community to my friends in the future.

mediocre. (2 months just moved in from out of the city. once your money is hand, you are just a number. had 2 maintenance requests. Completed 2 days late on one of them with the A/c going out. limited parking is always a struggle. Loud neighbors finally are gone. water seems to constantly running, which you get charged for. My apartment itself is decent. I do like the lay out. It is finally set up and organized. work out equipment is decent (minor repairs still needed). I'm on the hook. So trying to keep it on the positive.

The complex is extremely nice, the units are in excellent condition and kept to the highest standards. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the maintenance staff is very helpful. They had a very prompt attention to our needs from day one. Thanks!

My experience before always was great I love this place!! It's perfect, nice and close to everything. But now I don't have peace and I can't rest and it's a stress to get to my home because of the neighbors below, Apt 7218 they are a nightmare!!

Very lovey property, lovely pool, clean area and nice staff. Very quiet, relax area and neighborhood. I always get compliments on how pretty the complex is here. The security/ patrol seems to be on guard at night driving around the parking lot. My daughters school is right down the street!

Everything was good up until this year constant issues w our AC and no resolution till 3weeks after it was reported. Sad to say but we won't be renewing our lease. Never apologized for our inconvenience no communication from office.

My boys and I stopped by to visit the Haven and we were immediately taken care of. Michael was very kind and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We decided we wanted to name the Haven our new home & are so excited!
