Everyone has been very helpful and responsive. The apartment complex has good 'curb appeal.' The apartment looked clean but on closer inspection was quite dirty and in need of several minor repairs. I'm appalled that apparently someone was paid to clean after the prior tenants moved out. FYI: for some of the ratings I have no way to judge so I chose 3 stars as a way to say "I don't know."

These apartments are the best! I love the look and all the amenities . They even have a park that me and the kids go to all the time ! Pool, amazing gym with a stair stepper (my favorite) and more! Along with that the office staff is fantastic . They are kind , knowledgeable and helpful. I can never get my packages because I'm always working during office hours . And if I call they are nice enough to put them on my door for me. I really appreciate that. Over all I'm extremely happy her it's safe and quiet for apartment living and plan on being here for a while.

The plave is nice. The aminities are nice. The parking is horrible at night. Obviously not enough spots or there are residents abusing the amount of vehicles they can have and there is no enforcement. People park in handicap spots and in fire zones every night. I dread the night i come home late and have to resort to something like that or parking my car somewhere else over night and risk being towed. I try to buy a reserved spot but the availability for reasonably price covered spots is non existent. And garages are way over priced and scares too.

Ive enjoyed living at Haven at Blanco so far. Relatively quiet complex with friendly people. Apartments are well taken care of and service requests are quickly completed. The only inconvenience to living here is that it's difficult to find nearby parking at late hours of the day. However, this is the same anywhere you go. I would definitely recommend this place for reasonably priced nice apartments.

The maintenance guys are excellent. They come the same day I put my work order in and do a great job. The office staff is amazing at taking care of the property and it's residents. They always host fun activities and holiday themed brunches. I love it here.

Great staff. Very friendly and responsive. One of the best apartments I have lived in. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. I don't really like having rugs in the bedrooms but still a great apartment for a reasonable cost.

The community is clean and quite. The parking situation kind of sucks. Lots of cars, not enough spaces. Staff is friendly and the onsite dog park is clean. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants a calm quite place to live.

Badass place i will Probably renew contract....i like that they pick up trash amd they no noise from neighbors... some dog crap in my way once in a while but i can live with that i love animals dont have one myself but they crap from time to Time Around My apt and im good...just try to put more doggie bags if possible but if the peta want to poop im good

Only lived here 3 weeks and everything seems great! The grounds are well kept and the staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Complex is quiet and we've had no issues with parking at all.

Very safe and quiet. Except for the mess created by the dog owners living in my section of the bldg I have no complaints The manager is prompt in addressing the issues except the last complaint. The tenantwith dog ( apt 12207, 12310) don't seem to pay attention to the rules concerning pets

Just moved in but so far I like the community and the staff. The fitness areas are great and the pool is awesome. The community is well kept and I have not had any problems. The location is close to my family and church and shopping areas are close by.

My experience overall has been great. I was able to explore and utilize the fitness center, which in my opinion is very nice. The only thing concerning there is that it does not feel super secure. I would not feel comfortable working out in there if the office was not open. Anyone can jump the fence and gain entry into the rooms. As a woman, this is scary. I was going to discontinue my gym membership and work out here, but after seeing how easily someone could gain entry...It left me scared. Think there should be some way to record/track entry by use of a fob, etc.

Good only bad thing is parking. After 8-9pm there's no parking. Very frustrating at times because I was looking for a bartending job for extra money and i can't even do that because there is no parking when i get home at night.

Overall positive experience with friendly staff. However the amount of open parking spaces is very limited leading to people parking illegally in fire zones. It is rare that the policy of dogs being on a leash is enforced and has lead to incidences on site.

The staff are Great and the units are nice and quiet! Close to many shopping options. Not impressed with the laziness and disrespect, to the community, by some of the residents here. Garbage and not cleaning up after their pets.

The maintenance team does a half---- job. They are obviously not experts and do not leave the area looking like original condition. I have had 3 separate work orders done and in all 3 instances you can tell where the work was done.

The community at Haven at Blanco is beautiful. The leasing agents are so friendly and very communicative. They treat their residents well, and do their best to get to know the residents on a familiar level. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and timely with their completion of work orders.
