The front office was very welcoming. The community was quiet and very very kept up. However, the screening process is taking a bit longer than expected. It's quite discouraging because I fell in love with this community. Really would love for my family to have the opportunity to be apart of the community.

I did not meet any of my neighbors as we are a very busy society.. However, words cannot express the excellent service from the staff. Kendra, Jennifer, and Chris provided outstanding service. So accommodating and going the extra mile with a smile on their faces. Maintenance did a good job as well. The staff always kept the community informed of all the things happening in the community.

Impressed by staff: Kendra's attention to detail and answering every question we asked. We are concerned the unit (2 bedroom 1 bath first floor) we are interested in may not be available in the time frame we need but we realize that is beyond control until current renters announce intentions.

Beautiful apartments. Very small gym for size of the complex. Big dog park. Parking can get a little tight at night. Seems secure and safe so far. Large dog park and no breed restrictions. Washer and dryer in each unit

We've only lived here for about a month but so far the community is wonderful. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and management so far has been extremely helpful with any issues we had regarding our move-in date. So far we love it.

WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! FIRST MY REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER DIDN'T WORK; THEY REPLACED IT. IT STILL DIDN'T WORK; THEN THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE FRIDGE. THEN MY AC FROZE UP AND DIDN'T WORK. THEN IT STILL DIDN'T WORK AND THEY ADDED FREON. THIS SUMMER IT DIDN'T WORK; THEY SAID THE FAN BROKE AND THEY REPLACED THAT. THEN IT DIDN'T WORK A WEEK LATER; THEY ADDED FREON. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK; THEY ADDED MORE FREON!! THE TECHNICIAN SAID THERE IS A LEAK AND THEY NEED TO REPLACE IT. OF COURSE ITS LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND I CAN'T TALK TO THE OFFICE. IT TOOK 16 HOURS OF CALLING OVER THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND TO GET SOMEONE OUT TO FILL IT WITH FREON AGAIN!!! UNRESPONSIVE AND THEY JUST PUT BAND AIDS ON THINGS THAT BREAK IN- STEAD OF REPLACING THEM TO BEGIN WITH. I'M IN A GOOD AREA YET WE ARE CONSTANTLY HAVING CARS BROKEN INTO AND THINGS STOLEN. THEY ALLOW DOGS AND THERE ISN'T EVEN ANY GRASS ANYMORE FOR THEM TO GO ON. BECAUSE OF DROUGHT AND FREEZES MOST OF THE LARGE BUSHES AND GRASS ARE DEAD AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR--THEY HAVEN'T REPLACED THE DEAD LANDSCAPING. I ALSO HAD A BUG ISSUE--ROLLY POLLY'S ALL OVER MY APARTMENT AND EVEN A SCORPION. THIS TOOK MONTHS OF COMPLAINING AND GATHERING UP THE DEAD BUGS AND TAKING THEM TO THE OFFICE BEFORE THEY DID ANYTHING!! MY FRONT DOOR IS IN A WIND TUNNEL AND I CAN'T EVEN USE IT BECAUSE THERE IS GARBAGE, DEAD BUGS AND BRUSH IN FRONT OF IT ALL OF THE TIME!

I LOVE IT HERE!
I absolutely love living here!! Resident events rock!!!! The staff are phenominal! Michael is an awesome gentleman who made his way back to our community. Toni kills it in the office Jen is the sweetest and so helpful. Kendra and Noel always are front and center ready to assist and make resident events phenominal. Lastly BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM EVER!!!! HARD WORKERS SKILLED AND ARE EVEN HAPPY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS WHEN THEY COME IN. I highly recommend living here.

Everything from the tour, to the move in has been a breeze, we toured, applied, and were able to move in within our timeframe. My husband and I love the security of the community and the location being closer to our jobs. We moved from the SouthEast side of town, and feel very comfortable where we are now.

I love my apartment and I feel very safe here. I have received excellent service (mostly same day) if I ever have a maintenance request. Haven at Blanco is located in a great location that is accessible to almost anywhere in San Antonio.

We have lived at the complex for about 3 months and had only a few minor issues which were resolved promptly. The office and maintenance teams are professional and extremely responsive to even the smallest issue. It's a pleasure to live here!

It's a good apartment complex very nice looking only downside is the rent. And security. The front gate is always open now, always seeing different cars parked at night around our building of people that don't live here. Dog poop everywhere. Neighbors have dogs that bark all day for hours too. Maintenance is great though. They always show up on the same day and don't make you wait long.

The process was easy. We found an apartment, loved it immediately and then signed right then and there. All of the amenities look extremely clean and well kept making it another reason why we wanted to come back to this community.

The apartments are well maintained with several different floorplans to choose from. The staff is professional and very helpful. The location of the community is accessible to restaurants, stores and major highways.

Very good community. Just some security issues which I think is cause by a few rowdy tenants. Overall, it is a safe and peaceful place. Close to a lot of shops. Accessible by bus. There is always community event like BBQ and free food.

Wonderful team staff. Maintenance requests are fullfilled within the same day or within 48 hours. The community does outreach with the residents on social events within the community and outside the community with San Antonio. Neighbors are very friendly and look out for any suspicious activity. Management and team keep the community well maintained with beautiful landscaping, powerwashing of common areas and breeze ways. Pet friendly with many pet stations for provided pet-bags for your pet.

Maintenance is responsive and quick when it comes to work orders. Management does not seem proactive, or reactive for that matter) when told there is an issue. Owners not picking up their dog's feces is an ongoing nuisance. I may have seen two emails about it since we moved in and it's an everyday issue. Noisy, abusive, downstairs neighbors are the reason for 3 stars on the first question, otherwise I don't have complaints about noise.

Wish rent was a little cheaper but it's ultimately worth it. The community is great and clean, maintenance has always been on top of fixing any issues and the office staff has always been extremely helpful.

I have been here for three years and I can say it has been a great experience. I loveeee the walk in shower and the spacious master bathroom. Also the staff has always professional and so nice to ky high functioning Autistic son. He is 14 and loves to use thw community computer room and drink coffee. They have never given him a problem. Overall the loctician is very central and allows me to get around very easy. The units come with a washer and dryer and I have never had to have them replaced. I highly recommend.

The office staff are amazing the maintenance is always on top of requests. The pool area is awesome. The only complaint I'd have is expect to pay more then your actual lease with my car port I should pay 1248 my rent is 1295 every month because of taxes and community extra water fees or whatever.

Current resident. I renewed my lease last year and If I could I would renew it again. The staff is amazing here! The manager Jennifer always goes above and beyond. There’s NEVER been a time where I’ve reached out to the office and never received a response. I always get a response the same day or if I put in a work order it’s always handled the same day. The maintenance crew is always on it! Parking is okay, can’t really complain. There’s probably only been 1 time where I had to park in front of the office but it was super late at that time, so no surprise. The amenities are great as well, I’ve enjoyed the gym and my 6 year old loves the pool! Highly recommend it here!!
