I really have nothing to say....its ok living here....not the best of places but it's got a good school district. It noise and some of the neighbors do not respect the speed limit around here...its a little dirty...stairs cases need to be clean...but I do have good neighbors in my building and a few in others.

The apt complex is well maintained, excellent customer service, repairs handled promptly, they are always in the office and available, pool kept sparkling clean, large dog park, ample parking, quiet, never hear your neighbors, great access to freeways,always feel safe.

Staff is always helpful at this apartment community. Grounds are clean. Parking can be a little rough at times but other than than it's a good place to live. Neighbors for the most part are respectful.

The experience was good. People were respectful and courteous. We were shown a model apartment. We liked the design and architecture of the apartment. Spacious and with a washing machine. As a result, we decided to move here.

in general it has been good, only now that I have problems with the maintenance of the air conditioning is when they have been delayed. The attention in the office by Jennifer has been very good and in general living in Haven at Blanco has been a good experience

It's been less than a month but I'm very pleased so far. The office personnel are all very helpful and the complex is in good condition. I would most certainly recommend it to others. I particularly love the option for a small yard which is incredible for my dog!

Overall my initial experience was that the front office staff was friendly and attentive to our living needs. They didn't alway call us back all of the time but in the end when Jr. Was time to pick up our keys everything went smoothly. I would recommend this property to people especially if they have pets.

New resident...positive impression so far. Several minor problems with non-working items at move-in, but all were handled quickly. Management staff has been very helpful and the grounds are kept clean. Covered parking is at a premium. Any possibility of adding more car ports?

Just moved in...love it!! The appearance makes me smile just driving in. Very clean quiet outside...our apartment is amazing inside as well, the extra painted walls have really made us feel like we have our own home, not just an apartment. we love the floors, the stand up shower, and jetted tub!! Our dogs love it too!!!

Management is very unfair to my roommate and I we were given verbal warnings for things we see other residents do everyday and still do everyday. When we try to make complaints about the same thing multiple times no actions or penalties were done against the other residents. Very frustrating.

It is okay. Within the time frame of living there the quality has gone down. But it is okay. Since we have been there for years the interior has not held up as well. It would be nice to get touch ups like paint, new carpet to keep it fresh. We have very loud tenants under us which makes things unpleasant at times.

Great staff! Friendly community. Only problem - the pool needs to be kept clean!!! The staff is always helpful. Nice job on community events. Amazing kitchens and bathrooms. Neighbors are mostly thoughtful and kind to each other. Overall, nice place to live!!

Great staff in the office - everyone is very nice and professional. The complex is beautiful - always very clean and kept up. When you request service, they come usually within the first day and are always very courteous. The apartments are very clean and kept up nicely. Love it!

The community is nice. The trash pick up is little strict bags can't be left on the ground or could be find, boxes will only be taken if broken down or fit in trash. There is only one dumpster recycle bin on property so it is difficult to take if not picked up

Wonderful and spacious apartments. Great washer and dryer that's included with the unit. All appliances work perfectly. Granite countertops and walk-in closets are a plus. Parking is ridiculous and the only negative thing living here.

Awesome job! Don't know the tech's name but he deserves a bonus!!!! He did four service requests in one visit! Love, love LOVEd the service experience! The maintainance guy was AWESOME. He fixed four service requests in one visit! He KNOWS everything!!!! I would have paid $$$$ for the same service in my old house! Thanks!!!!!

I have read the recent reviews of this property and I agree that the grounds are well kept & the office staff are professional & friendly. One major negative (since I work-out at night) for me to move here is what one potential resident stated: the doors between the gym & cardio area are only open during business hours. Why not have some sort of entry system installed?

We just moved in on Jan 5th 2016 so haven't had any issues so far, I do have a problem with the lightning outside in the parking lot, it seems very dark and I worry because my children are staying there due to college. Also, I;m not to fond of the tolilets, the seats are way too small.

I love everything about my apartment. They do provide social events however Im an introvert and keep to myself. I love how I can go home and feel safe , none or my neighbors are rude. It really feels like home. so happy I choose this apt to live in .

I have been here less than a month but si far the staff and residents are very friend and I feel very safe coming to and from my apartment. The complex is very well kept and service requests for maintenance are completed within 1-2 days. I highly recommend this complex.

Extremely pleased with the service we received. We moved from out of town and Jennifer made our transition very smooth. We really enjoy the area and the easy access to plenty of major highways. There is also a great park close by, which make getting our dog some exercise easy.

Overall great place to live. If you work late on week days parking can be an issue. Haven't had any issues with neighbors, everyone seems respectful and friendly. Staff has always responded to issues at a timely rate.

I truly enjoy it! The staff is very professional and always ready to help when it's needed. The maintenance as well does a great job doing jobs very quickly.It has a great work out room, great pool area, and in a great area to go shopping or simply just go running around the neighborhood. I feel safe and love it! Good place to call home right now! Only negatives is people not picking up after their dogs, parking far if you get home too late (however good big parking lot).
