Our stay at The Havens has been pleasurable and comfortable. Our apartment was very clean and nicely layed out, meeting our needs very well. The management and maintenance teams have always been proactive, professional and very friendly. We would highly recommended this living evperience to anyone who is looking for a quiet, friendly neighborhood to live in.

Besides these 3 things, I enjoy living here: 1.) There are way too many residents that don't speak English in this complex and some of the residents and I wonder if you guys are leasing to non-US citizens? 2.) The noise level from traffic is horrendous. I have always wondered why apt communities put apt units facing right on a busy street. 3.) People who don't pick up after their dog's poop. I don't know how to control this...have the dog's poop DNA tested upon leasing to a resident with a pet, then charge a hefty fine when poop is found and tested positive for their pet? I guess that's what it's come down to be there will always be irresponsible pet-owners.

The property is very clean and well maintained. It also has great amenities, such as a large swimming pool area with grills to cook-out and clean and maintained work out room. These apartments are also located in a very convenient area close to nearby restaurants and shopping.

The Haven is a wonderful community. I have had only pleasant experiences and have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe, convenient community in a beautiful areal. Super place to live!

I put a request in for maintenance the evening before for repairs in my bathroom and it was repaired by the time I got home from work the next day. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with any issue that I've had while living here.

Just moved in so far its been a great painless process. Love the size of garsge. Never had daily valet trash service wonderful amenity. Pool area is eonderful can't wait gor summrr. My Agent Toni Atwell was awesomr, shr msdr the whole process fast & easy. We are looking forward to our stay at Haven.

Good experience so far. Nice clean grounds. Great looking apartments. Very spacious. I look forward to the next year. The tub is amazing. My son loves taking baths now. Can't wait till it's warm so we can enjoy the pool. It looks beautiful. Haven't needed any maintenance yet.

Great location; close to 281 and 1604, but far enough to not be busy. Quiet even with a dog park, which is awesome. The staff have been very friendly. The pool and grill areas are very nice for get togethers. The grounds are well-kept. All my friends are amazed when they come over.

It's great! I feel safe here, pretty grounds are always kept up, friendly and helpful staff. Their are some residents who don't follow the rules in regards to the trash issue and some of the residents with their pets might be a little out of control.

The only negative rating I put down is due to the dog park and the amount of noise coming from it after the park is SUPPOSED to be closed. The complex needs to address these people aggressively and be diligent about making sure the security company is locking all the gates at night. If it continues, then there need to be fines just like with the trash, etc.

There are never parking spaces available, unsafe at night. The walls are to thin, you can hear everything from neighbors. The security police never answers, or when they do they take very long to get to the apartment. The stairways are often dirty.

The location of the community is great--can get to 1604, 281, Wurzbach Pkwy, and 410 easily. Really wonderful front office staff: friendly and helpful. Overall, the community is kept clean. Probably one of the best communities we've lived in.

I've been very comfortable living here.... Staff and especially maintenance have been great. Never really had any problems here. The walls are way too thin. Thankfully I have great neighbors and we all keep to ourselves. The only thing I really dislike is the people with pets who let their dogs poop everywhere.
