I put a request in for maintenance the evening before for repairs in my bathroom and it was repaired by the time I got home from work the next day. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with any issue that I've had while living here.

Great community. Quiet, great front office staff. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly community. There is not much more I can say about The Haven at Blanco except to use the words great and fantastic.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.

Just moved in so far its been a great painless process. Love the size of garsge. Never had daily valet trash service wonderful amenity. Pool area is eonderful can't wait gor summrr. My Agent Toni Atwell was awesomr, shr msdr the whole process fast & easy. We are looking forward to our stay at Haven.

Good experience so far. Nice clean grounds. Great looking apartments. Very spacious. I look forward to the next year. The tub is amazing. My son loves taking baths now. Can't wait till it's warm so we can enjoy the pool. It looks beautiful. Haven't needed any maintenance yet.

The management is great and very efficient with residents' needs. Staff is really friendly and they make a big effort to provider community events where residents can interact. Maintenance staff in particular is highly efficient, friendly, and professional.

Great location; close to 281 and 1604, but far enough to not be busy. Quiet even with a dog park, which is awesome. The staff have been very friendly. The pool and grill areas are very nice for get togethers. The grounds are well-kept. All my friends are amazed when they come over.

This is a very pleasant community. I have a great feeling of safety and am never worried about break-ins or car thefts. The property looks clean and most of the residents are quiet and very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. I love living here!

Although I've only been here a week, I would like to say that my experience has been very pleasurable. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our apartment was super clean and the layout is great! The apartment looked just like the photos on the internet.

We are very happy to stay in this Apt.This is a convenient access to Airport,shoppings,school,etc,etc.Staff members are very nice to move.Good responsibility from the office people.Definitely we will suggest our friends to take a apt here.KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent grounds, staff, facilities. It is safe and secure. I am most grateful for the fantastic staff. There is so much to do here. Gym, training center, doggie park. Every employee really cares about the people here. Thank you very much!

It's great! I feel safe here, pretty grounds are always kept up, friendly and helpful staff. Their are some residents who don't follow the rules in regards to the trash issue and some of the residents with their pets might be a little out of control.

The only negative rating I put down is due to the dog park and the amount of noise coming from it after the park is SUPPOSED to be closed. The complex needs to address these people aggressively and be diligent about making sure the security company is locking all the gates at night. If it continues, then there need to be fines just like with the trash, etc.

Very professional staff, quick responsive maintenance staff. Overall extremely happy with my choice. I have no complaints and I love the dog friendly atmosphere. My puppy is extremely happy too with the apartment complex. Thank you for all the amenities.

There are never parking spaces available, unsafe at night. The walls are to thin, you can hear everything from neighbors. The security police never answers, or when they do they take very long to get to the apartment. The stairways are often dirty.

My family has been extremely happy living at the Haven @ Blanco. Customer Service is wonderful and the amenities are outstanding. The only complaint that I have is the limited parking and the entrance/exit across Blanco road. V/r Smith Family

The location of the community is great--can get to 1604, 281, Wurzbach Pkwy, and 410 easily. Really wonderful front office staff: friendly and helpful. Overall, the community is kept clean. Probably one of the best communities we've lived in.

I have an awesome experience with the community. It is safe and the neighborhood/neighbors are very respective with others.. friendly environment, kid friendly and animal friendly. I have no problem or any negative comments regarding my stay here at Haven at Blanco.

I've been very comfortable living here.... Staff and especially maintenance have been great. Never really had any problems here. The walls are way too thin. Thankfully I have great neighbors and we all keep to ourselves. The only thing I really dislike is the people with pets who let their dogs poop everywhere.

My husband and I made a decision to down-size our living quarters so we chose to move into an apartment. After looking at several apartment communities, we chose The Haven at Blanco in San Antonio. The apartment is comfortable and the landscaping and buildings are regularly maintained. The staff responds to work requests in a timely manner. I can recommend The Haven at Blanco to anyone searching for an apartment home here in San Antonio, Texas.

Efficient and effective local management and rental staff. Excellent service when any issues need to be fixed in the apartment. And, they fix it the first time! Parking is not a significant issue especially compared to other complexes. Feel secure.

I had no issues with the service request. The mx staff came pretty quickly to take care of the issue. I am just not sure that the issue was resolved. The responsiveness of the mx staff has improved greatly now online request make putting them in easy.

We really enjoy the beautiful grounds and apartments. A big plus is the friendly and yet very professional on site staff. The apartment complex has a great location. People seem to really enjoy working here and this atmosphere generates a sense of community.
