Quiet area. So far great! Above neighbor has a kid running around. Wish that would get stopped when I have work to do as a teacher every day. Why not take the child to playground area more often? Otherwise great area!

Wonderful. Staff is so efficient and professional. Love the dog park. Love how the children of other tenants behave and are not in trouble. So many other tenants, yet they stay to themselves and are not in other people's business.

I really enjoy living here and am glad that the management team takes pride in their work in regards to this complex. My view off the balcony has tons of rural appeal and the other view is of the golf course. I feel as if I have one of the best views in the complex and am glad that management helps to preserve it.

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The move in process was quick and easy, the whole management staff was very professional. The location is perfect for those wanting to live in a quiet neighborhood.

Found this apartment through realtor with great deal on apps and application fees. The office was great at keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. Only had a few bumps on my end but the office worked with me the whole way

Complex is top notch in all apartment issues. Never had the need to follow up on request. complex personnel always have an answer for problems that arise. personnel living in building seem to be friendly and always have a pleasant greeting.

I love it no complaints everyone is very nice and Any time I have questions they are very helpful. Marie is usually who I speak with and she is very professional. She never makes me feel like I'm bothering her work day even though I know sometimes my questions are common sense she is so helpful anyway.

I had a very small issue in my restroom with my towel rack. I mentioned it to the manager I just so happen to be inside the office, office stop what either way went above and beyond and got me to towel rack that I needed

Great office staff. Always answering questions and handling with patience. Great maintenance. Gets the job fixed the same day and provides you with feedback of what exactly they did. Quiet community. Overall no complaints.

I can say with full honesty best place I have lived in so far apartment wise, it doesn't even feel like an apartment in the inside, beautiful dog park and landscaping and very friendly staff members working! Overall beautiful place to live and all at a fair price

Very clean quiet and safe. I would recommend to anyone in the market to move to aa lovely neighborhood. Everything is prompt and the staff is wonderful. No bugs are anything have I ever found inside my residence. 5 stars

While I've only been here two days, I must say this is the most quiet/relaxing place I have ever lived. The staff is lightyears beyond great and the location is just perfect - close to everything, but tucked away so all you hear/feel is a great breeze and true sense of security. So far my neighbors have been friendly and the community is so neat and tidy. And I HAVE to mention how GREAT the rent special I caught was! I saved more money on this move than I anticipated and that's ALWAYS a plus. This is my first time living in Texas and I truly can't wait to make it my home.

Friendly staff made me feel like they had known me forever. The process was fast and simple. A carport is included in my rent. They have all the amenities I was looking for. And this complex is only 10 min from my work.

The EstatesatBriggsRanch is a beautiful property located adjacent to two well maintained and popular golf courses 2.5 miles East of 1604. It's not only peaceful and safe; but, the units are attractive and the management and maintenance staff are incredibly professional and friendly! Even though it's pet friendly, residents pitch in and keep the landscape clean, so walking around our 2 mile track is pleasant! If you're looking for a new place to live, this property is worth the visit!

Great experience so far, management has been very accommodating. The facilities are fantastic and kept in pristine shape. The view I have off my balcony makes me feel like I am on vacation every time I am out there. I have not heard my neighbors one time either.

Normally I have no problems. It is clean and secure . The staff is nice and professional. Neighbors are nice as well . The office throws gatherings for the residents at the golden course. This is appreciated.

Not a bad place to live at all. My only complaint would be I have had some issues with loud neighbors. Other than that, I have enjoyed my time living here. The view from my studio is lovely and the golf course is very nice.

Great apt for the price, with a great view of a golf course .... My only concern is the front staff -- they get pushy when they think you owe them money (including $12.00 for trash) and enjoy sending one-way Texts when your at work and leaving notes on your door when your not around. Even so I plan on renewing my lease if my work stays steady.

Ive had the best experience with this apartment complex. They have the best service, the best customer experience and customer service. I honestly have raised my standard for an apartment complex. Good job estates at briggs ranch! I feel like im at a resort.
