The walls are paper thin. I hear everything outside, above and beneath me. The location on hwy 90 is terrible. I had to lease without looking bc of my job so I didnt know how inconvenient the location is. Too far from everything. Neighbors steal your Amazon packages so I have to send my packages elsewhere. The apartments are nice on the inside and they keep the grounds up but with all of the construction and management changes its just too much to give this complex a great review.

Great quiet peaceful clean and orderly pretty buildings, awesome amenities great staff trash collected promptly, maintenance Is great. The grounds upkeep is good. Has bbq and picnic tables and playground for the kids

Jennifer Mendoza Agent was a pleasure and breath of fresh air to work with. She was extremely attentive through the process of getting the lease set up. I would recommend her with my eyes clothes to any coworker that is looking for an apartment. Jennifer has great enthusiasm and professionalism in her job.

The experience overall has been good for a first apartment. I would not recommend this place if you have dogs. People often blast music early in the morning on their way out the complex or late at night coming into the complex. Inside the apartments are very clean and homey.

Everything changed when property was purchased trash everywhere and unclean elevators and breezeways this is not how the property was from the beginning management said issues I. Just addressed would be complete two weeks ago

Weve only lived here for approximately 4 months. During that time, we had to get several gate remotes programmed and/or exchanged for other remotes which still were not programmed, our dishwasher was out of service for over a month because it was leaking and needed parts ordered, our A/C stopped working for a couple of days but we were provided a portable A/C unit, and it took nearly a month to get a new microwave door which was broken internally. Additionally, there is a constant fowl smell throughout our apartment building and the breezeways always seem to be filthy. While we understand the complex is under new management, based on our short time here, we would not recommend these apartments to others.

AVOID this place of you like PEACE & QUIET. The buildings must not be built very well because you can hear every step/noise the upstairs neighbors make. If you inform the office of the disturbance (even if its after 10pm) they won't do anything about it. They always have new people in the office and they usually give you the wrong information. I would suggest you record any interaction with them so you have proof when they lie or give you the wrong information. (Not that they would care anyways.)

Ms Kate showed me three different apartments that were in tune with what I was looking for, very up front with up front costs and the monthly rent, including the community paying for water and trash. She was professional, but friendly. I felt that she took her time and I wasn't just another customer. If I ever walk into the office, she and her other co workers are the first to ask how I am doing and what can be done for me. The rent is high for a studio apartment (I pay 850) but the on-par, high quality maintenance repairs and inspections, quality of life the residents receive, as well as the small things that really add up to a good living experience account for the price in my opinion. Because it is a pet friendly complex and it's near a lot of foliage (trees and woods), there is a small bug issue but pest control is part of rent and they'll come spray your apartment for free if you put in a request (they did mine within 72 hours). The staff here are friendly, personable, and they hold themselves to the highest degree of professionalism I've ever seen. They're also military friendly: if you get tasked to PCS or deploy, you just show them your orders and you're relinquished from the lease. I have a 16-month lease with them currently; I'll be renewing if I dont get orders myself. Highly recommend

Beautiful community, but not insulated properly for noise between your neighbors. It's close to shopping centers. It's close to my place of employment. Access in to the community and leaving needs to be upgraded.

Just walking into the main office is a joy. You are greeted and spoken to like a true member of the community. The move in was easy with the elevators and the neighbors are amazing. The apartment was very clean. Installing internet was even easier.

I just recently moved here but the location is great away from other houses and quiet. I have a pet so one of the main concerns i had was flooring. This apartment had zero carpet and its great! There is also a small dog park for him to meet other dogs!

I really love it here. The people are super friendly, place is really clean. The view is amazing. The bus picks and drops my kids off for school. Big plus there. I have nothing bad to say at all about this place. The office people are super friendly and really helpful.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the complex. It is located near highway 90, with easy access to San Antonio. Close to loops 1604 and 410. Not much traffic. The neighborhood is clean. Neighbors are friendly.

I love this community, it's so quiet and clean. The office staff is always available to answer any questions we may have. Also enjoy all the little things the office offers on "national" days. Just needs a little bit more lighting in the parking lot.

Love the service and the staff and the apartment is great only thing is that we can't sleep because of the constant noise from upstairs, Unable to sleep from 6am all the time to late after 11pm in the evenings. Entire family is affected.. staff is the best and so is the grounds. Thank you.

I have been here 2 weeks. Covered parking that's close to my apartment. Elevators made move-in easy. Dog park with some agility stuff and a doggie spa. Move-in process was super easy. Staff is always friendly & the neighbors are nice. People tend to drive kinda fast but that's not the complex's fault. They address issues quickly, from what I've noticed.

They have Gotten my apartment wrong on multiple accounts for several complaints. I have never dealt with a company that did not know the unit they had a complaint about and they just call to threaten a fine without checking to see if they have the correct one. There is always trash in my building breezeways, it smells of weed many nights and the lights have been out in the breezeways for several nights now which makes walking the dog dangerous. They also can't get my fianc?'s name right on the water bill after being asked multiple times to fix it. Very unprofessional staff.

I have really enjoyed living at Briggs Ranch Apartments. The location is good and I have a close commute to work. I love the golf course, my view is awesome! Plus free golf! I feel safe and comfortable in the community.
