Very clean apt complex, only issue that I have is the Apts have hard wood floors which are pretty and I love them but if u have neighbors below you they complain don't wear heels ??. But overall love the dog park the walking trail. Has dog poop stations around the complex. You get a carport parking with your apartment. The gates work!!!!

The Estates at Briggs Ranch is very professional and respectful. The location itself has a quietness to the complex that you cant find at other complexes. In my experience, crime rate is low and the neighbors are very friendly and reliable. If there are any issues with the complex that can be fixed, maintenance will fix it within 24 hours the request will be put in and they also leave you a note on the counter to let you know the issue was resolved. The staff is knowledgeable and answer any questions you might have. I've recommended this complex to many coworkers and friends.

I love the Apartments they are nice and very neat, when I first moved in I told my husband doesn't he think it's a bit small he gave me a yes but I ended up still loving the people at the front and loving the apartments.

Awesome staff. Very attentive and helpful. It was an easy transition with the move-in. And the apartment was much nicer than we expected. The clubhouse and fitness center look really nice as well. We are happy with this choice.

We moved I. In April and we are extremely pleased. Our experience with the office staff and maintenance have been great. The facilities are well maintained. We have no problem in recommending The Estates at Briggs Ranch.

So far so good! The area is clean and quiet, and the apartment staff are very helpful and approachable at the office. I find the walking trails to be one of the best perks of this community, along with the golf course and lake views!

my experiance has been great so far i just moved i going on a week, maintenance is awesome i put in a request for services they got to it quickly and left a note on what had been done, Thank You also the upkeep only thing i request is gates open at 7am or 8am for all of us leaving around that time to work

I love how clean the air ducts are in our apartment. I have lived in a lot of apartments around San Antonio and none come close to this community. It may be a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Also the management in the leasing office are awesome and very attentive. They hold parties and different events throughout the year to get the community involved. I love this complex for its amenities including a huge pool, gym, dog park with a dog spa, complimentary drinks and snacks in the office and the computer center

I moved to this community in February 2019. The entire staff has done an amazing job. When I submit a maintenance request it is completed the same day. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment very spacious and slit of storage space.

The pool is disgusting, filters don't work, like NEVER. You always have to swim in either cloudy water or full of bugs. I have several pictures of how nasty it is. Management doesn't do anything about people not picking up after their dog either, oh wait they do by sending an email saying you will get fined if you don't pick up after your dog but that's about it. This place is not worth the almost $1700 We pay a month

Friendly staff, very professional and helpful. Quiet area and very clean property. I moved into this area for peace of mind and I have found just that. Great schools for those who have children, which was very important to me. I especially love how the front office does things for the kids as they get home from school on Friday's. Family centered property, which makes my kids feel at home and not in a place where they're not to be seen or heard. I love this place.

From day one i felt welcome and it has not changed thus far in the seemingly short time i have been here.. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and i believe alot of this comes from the amazing manager Bree.. Non the less all are amazing..

Enjoy my apptartment. Love location of my apartment. Interior of apartment very nice. Friends say it looks like a showroom. My patio has wonderful view. Staff very helpful and friendly Ryan doing excellent job.

Always friendly service excellent staff. From office to maintenance. When ever there is an issue and it's been very few. It's done really quickly without any hassles or inconvenience on our part. Can't say enough about the staff.

It's be fine I have no complaints at this time. I do have certain issues such as the water for to dog park being off or out of service for a ridiculous amount of time meaning no drinking water for the dogs while playing and unable to bath my dog at the pet spa which is it's only purpose.

Wonderful community. Very clean and very professional staff. Friendly helpful staff. Especially Marie. Trash bins should be provided for valet pickup. Garbage can by our building is full and overflowing by sunday morning.

I've only been in my new apartment for about 3 weeks now, but I love it. I felt a little unsure after reading reviews, but It is exactly what I need for my first place. I submitted a work order and it was fulfilled in less than 24 hours. No complaints thus far
