Since I have moved here the staff has been gracious and kind. The community events have been fun and I have had the opportunity to meet several of the people that live here and they are true to the Texan tradition of friendliness and concern for my well-being. I am happy I live here to say the least.

extremely loud neighbors, front office employees blame us for neighbors claims, neighbors harass us, other than that maintenance 10/10 trash gets done on trash day and community is kept up with pretty well the elevators could use a little work a bit dirty slow and some buttons are missing and or loose also get charged for a bunch of random things on my rent and have had my apartment inspected at least 6 times since i've lived here which definitely hasn't been over a year

APPEARS fabulous. NOT! Cleaning is inadequate: interior hallways, TRASH Dumpster area, Dog Park. Dead tress & bushes, neglected dead lawns & green areas. TRAFFIC NOISE from Hwy 90, Emergency sirens EMS/Fire, loud vehicles of residents. Very DANGEROUS access & departures to complex - Hwy. 90 > only access. No security on-site, UNRELIABLE security gate. Plumbing/pipe disrepair for grounds > Dangerous holes dug & not secured or finished. Office staff disrespectful & sassy.

My experience at Park at Briggs Ranch has been wonderful. The environment is quiet and welcoming. The ladies in the office are compassionate and caring. My only complaints would be; The approval process took close to 2 weeks and since I have moved in, the gate to enter the property has been broken.

Recent changes in the front office staff have improved the overall level of customer support. All of the leasing agents make a concerted effort now to take care of their tenants that follow the rules while trying to enforce policies to bring the rest into compliance. It is a difficult job with an apartment complex as large as Park at Briggs Ranch.

The maintenance team works fast and efficient while also being polite and respectful. was so pleased with the service I received from Mundo. He always does A great job. I can’t forget about the staff. 10000 STARS ??! They are all very friendly, helpful and professional ! By far the best customer service I've received from apartments! Great Community!

I’ve had mostly positive experiences at this community. I think they do a great job choosing tenants who will maintain the community. They are always available to listen and have really improved on their maintenance. I would recommend improvements on the first floor landscaping. Some are lacking in that area. Other than that, I have had nothing but good experiences with this community.

All staff are very responsive work to resolve issues timely. They communicate with others to accomplish tasks quickly. During hours, they are always available and willing to help, even with tasks that aren’t their responsibility. They are always polite and well mannered.

A family friendly environment with a great office staff and maintenance team. I would recommend this living environment to anyone that wishes to be on the outside of the city limits and still get to downtown areas and all shopping areas in a timely manner.

I love how the staff is approachable and supportive. They make me feel my needs matter and at home. Alexis has gone out of her way to make my move in go smoothly. I so happy to move back into this area where the town is not yet too crowded. Nice views and the people here are friendly. Thanks for providing a warm environment.

So far all my issues have been resolved Alexis at the front office is amazing. The maintenance staff has been great and prompt. They fixed everything I need so far. this community has a great pool, and great people very quiet and safe as far as I could see. The gym has everything you need to work out.

Everyone in the staff here are all awesome in their own way, from Management, Leasing Agents, as well as Maintenace. I have lived here since October 22, 2019 and in January I plan on signing my next 15 month lease.

I love where I live! It has been a great experience overall. However, I think the prices should come down a little bit. This would make living at these apartments a bit easier. Also, there is still a big bug problem all over the complex. Please continue to spray, or spray more. Bugs get into the apartments very easily.

Overall, very happy with the community. The staff is amazing. I actually received notification that I did not qualify. However, Andrea and Alexis were able to help me get the apartment, giving me instructions of what I needed to clear up. This place is amazing so happy being here.
