People are nice. I have a noisy upstairs neighbor that listens to the tv way too loud. My dog and I love the dog park, and the people that have dogs. I love the gym its nice and quiet lets you,do your work out with out all the grunting. And Marie made my Move-in to the apartment amazing.

This is a Great place to live! Nice and welcoming staff and nice neighbors. I was referred here by a friend and couldn't be happier with my choice to move here. It is Pet friendly which is a huge plus for us.

Great office staff! Had a issue with nedding a upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and Marie ans Danica went a above and beyond to accommodate my neess. If you voice your concerns respectively they will help. Marie is the best, she will find answer if she dont know it already

So far it has been a good experience. Staff is friendly and courteous. We have not had any major issues but when something has come up it was taken care of right away. I would just suggest more attention be given to covered parkings where they are monitored more. People park in covered parkings that do not belong to them.

Amazing place to live at. The staff is very respectful and understanding. I've had life events and have been able to communicate with the staff without an issue. They really care about their tenets. For being a first time renter this has been the best experience.

Everyone is super nice. All the staff are helpful and willing to help. neighbors are friendly. Amenities are great. The staff is eager to work with you and are very understanding. Rent is great for the space and amenities!

The management staff are always very courteous and the staff of the maintenance crew are always on time and prompt at whatever problems that I have had with the apartment they're always there.They upkeep the grounds. I give a ?????

Pest Control has been to the residents that the problem of the little instincts still consists come up they state they have been to the apartment but it seems like there is more even at front door step

My experience has been good so far. I would like them to do my work order correctly. Living out here there are a lot of bugs which I didn't know before moving here so fixing the weather strip would help.

This has been the best apartment I have lived at. They get work orders done quickly, answer any questions you may have and they are always in the office. They worked with me when I moved in. If you need a place to live this is it!!

The community is a well kept area right outside of San Antonio. The grounds are always well kept, and the staff has always been friendly. The area is very pet friendly and includes a dog park which is nice for those that have dogs.

The staff has been wonderful. Application and move in were both a breeze. Had one small maintenance issue that was resolved. right away. The grounds are very well kept and amenities are always clean amd maintained.

This is an exceptional apartment complex! Marie is absolutely amazing very helpful and friendly. I was in awe when I opened the door to my new apartment, it was so beautiful and very clean. I am very picking when it comes to moving into a new place, but the Estates at Briggs Ranch did not disappoint at all! I will definitely recommend this complex to everyone I know looking for an apartment.

Quiet community. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They communicate well to allow residents to prep for work being done. And they respond quickly to requests. I love that they have community events several times throughout the year that are family oriented.

This place sucks so bad dont sign a lease stole my car from our assigned car space because there gate had been broken for over a month and they would not show us a video or let us post on their building link so we could get info about our vehicle .this place is a joke,they give you a huge handbook about safety blah blah blah and they never enforce anything.

This community is amazing, it's very family friendly and the staff is so helpful. When it comes to maintance issues the response time is quick and the staff is very kind and quick at their job. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family.

We love it here!! It's so quite..everyone is amenities are awesome! Pool is huge,bbq area is great and of course u got the cute dog park live living is great and it's so peaceful and wonderful is great also and get your maintenance request fixed quick

I've loved living here. I hope to come back some day. The staff takes the time to get to know their residents and that means a lot. When they found out how much trouble I was having finding a new place, they actually referred me to an apartment locator to help move me into another apartment, and she was amazing. They really do care about their residents here.

We've experienced prejudice at the pool, gym and our neighbors. Not all latino families are bad. Other than that im ok living here until my lease is up. People don't pick up after their dogs. There is poop everywhere

Love the location and the staff that work here. I only wish that some of the teenagers that live on the property were more closely supervised. I have had to correct three of them on language around my 6 year old and 3 year old

Unfortunately this place a bit of a scam. They will require you to put down a $500 "refundable deposit" when you move in. It is in fact NOT refundable. When you decide to move out, they will do general maintenance on the apartment, and charge it to you. They offer a "stress free clean" for $150, then they charge you for a "deep carpet clean", and then they decide to rip out the carpet anyway and charge $400 to you. Pretty sure I could've cleaned the carpet better than their "professionals". Also, if you live close to the front, you are not allowed to put anything on your patio, but other residents farther back can stack their patios from floor to ceiling, and not be penalized. I left my dog out on the patio with food, water, and shade, and I was threatened with eviction for this (my dog far prefers to be outside). The constant emails about other residents trying to sell stuff is extremely annoying, but you have to be logged on to the system to get any maintenance done if something breaks (and of course the apartments are built very cheap and everything breaks). They will try to get you to renew the lease, and will raise the rent every time. Do yourself a favor and buy a house. I just bought 5 acres and my payment on a 10 year loan is less than my rent was at Briggs Ranch. Marie and Alyssa in the front office are very helpful, but company policies are NOT customer friendly. I spoke to office manager Danika Barrientes, expressing my concern about being charged for the general maintenance of the apartment being charged to renters that are moving out, but apparently she isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. No one should be punished for making the decision to move out of the apartments.

Maintenance calls are answered rapidly in the you put a work order in, online, it is answered almost immediately. With the exception of things beyond their control, like the elevator, they are always prompt
