Okay, this is the last time I'll take the time to do these maintenance repair surveys, I mean how many times and in how many ways can I say the same thing, and in 200 words. I am very happy living in this community. The office and maintenance staff are pleasant, courteous, knowledgable and quick to respond to requests. The drinks and treats in the office are nice to partake of occasionally. I've seldom ever waited more than a day or two for requests to be addressed, and more urgent ones, like the burning smell when the stove was turned on were addressed immediately. Most of the residents around our unit are pleasant, friendly, and, importantly, responsible pet owners. And even though we are a small commute from town, the area is growing constantly. We ourselves are hoping for some type bus or taxi service in the next year or so.

THE STAFF AT THE ESTATES AT BRIGGS RANCH HAS BEEN SO PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. MY FEW WORK ORDERS HAVE BEEN HANDLED TO PERFECTION BY ONE OF THEIR MAINTENANCE MEN WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING. CONGRATS ON THIS TEAM YOU HAVE PUT TOGETHER !!! I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THE ESTATES AT BRIGGS RANCH TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SUPERB ALL AROUND PLACE TO LIVE ....

This is good for apartment living. I like it here and feel very comfortable. The staff at the front desk is fabulous in helping with anything you may need. The maintenance is also great. If something is broken they fix it correctly the first time.

The place is beautiful and courteous management team. Fitness facility is always nice and clean. They're always doing something for the residents, breakfast at the gate, small get togethers for residents. I really do enjoy living here and feel safe.

Just moved in and the staff was quite lovely. Just didn't like the attitude of one person in office but maybe she was having a bad day. Very peaceful here and quiet. Great view and easy access to work. So far so good in love it here! Def recommend!!

This is a wonderful place to live and the location and views are breathtaking! The property is very clean, professional and well kept! The management and maintenance staff have a spirit of excellence and they take care of their residents. I'm obliged to stay here!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location and golf course views are perfect. The apartments are spacious and were you to have any problems whatsoever, management always goes above and beyond to help resolve them. Very happy, just renewed my contract

After 4 months the noise from a neighboring apartment has finally been stopped. The management is very friendly and professional. Not everyone has equal knowledge but all make customer satisfaction their goal. Im Extending my apt lease.

Thus far, everything has been perfect. I'm not exactly sure why i have to type at least 200 characters for a survey given that I just moved into this place less than a week ago. Gosh, I had some of the best Mexican food for lunch today. It was amazing.

My experience as I continue to live here is great, I would say that some of the ladies could speak more to residents passing through the office to get to the business center or to the fitness center. The maintenance staff here is remarkable, I have lived in a few apartments and I must say maintenance staff is what gets residents to sign another lease and as of now they are a key factor to why The Estates are a great place to live. On another note, another pool would be awesome also :)

I have nothing but great things to say about The Estates at Briggs Ranch. Staff is friendly, the apartments are gorgeous and with the fitness center and pool, I am a happy tenant that would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the West SA region.

Worse community I've ever lived at the apartments are so cheap the cabinets are made with real cheap material the walls are paper thin that I can hear my neighbors talking and fighting I can hear my top neighbors waking up early in the morning to shower and singing the pool is always dirty I also have to be careful with my kids when going outside cause of the amounts of spiders on the stair ways halls in the car ports I just think that for the money that we pay for rent it should be worth it but no I'm very un happy with every aspect of this apartments.

This was a very smooth move,staff was very informative.Especially the fitness center.Covered parking,don't have to worry about someone being in our parking space.Having the gate,keeping others that don't live there from coming in.Feels like home.

I love it here! Nice staff, great amenities and great space in the apartment. Easy access to highways and in a great neighborhood. Pool is awesome and gym as well. Would recommend anyone here. Really quite, hardly any noise. The office staff is awesome, everyone there is very helpful, made it so easy to move in.

Not very good: They send eviction notices constantly, charge outrageous late fees, enter apartment without permission, threaten to evict, don't spray for pests, did not get move in cash back for move in special, said i could grill fined me

I can say that management do make sure that all request are handled in a timely manner.And management are nice as far as I can tell but they do change office workers a lot. But the con of staying in this apartment complex is that the rent is already high in price and it go up at renewal time.And how can charge people late fees the day before it's actually late.

I'm overall very satistfied with the cleanliness of the apartment complex, the overall helpful friendly staff, and the facilities. It is a bit of a distance from the city, but it is safe and the complex was prompt in solving my minor issues shortly after moving in.

Great location, nice amenities, courteous staff. Dog friendly, haven't lived here long but so far I am happy with most things offered. The serenity of the area is really nice and the walking path is an extra nice feature. Would recommend!!!

When we first moved in here, the lights did not work properly in the master bedroom. We had to fix it ourselves. We do enjoy the running trail that they have created for the tenants. The view is amazing in the morning, especially when there is a pond right by the pool side. It is a very peaceful and beautiful scenery. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Although, I do think they can do a better job with refilling the drinks/coffee for guests. I am sure they are busy, but with a good daily game plan, anything is possible.

i enjoyed living here however, there are so many issues here it is not even funny. it is too wishy washy when it comes to problems nothing ever follows suit. they may say they will fix the issue but don't. i am so glad my lease is up and we moved. yea

just moved in but so far we love the place people in the office are so helpful. the grounds are beautiful its peaceful. when we get off from work we love coming home it so quite. We love the views of the golf course. we sit out on the patio every night its so quite and the breeze you cant beat it. Thanks to the office staff for being so helpful.

Good apartments and good customer service and super friendly and I like the place to. And it close to Sea World and shopping area and food to look for your family and friends to. The area is 15 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Alamo and 25 minutes to six flags Fiesta Texas.

Great experience so far. I love everything about the apartment. The environment, the people. It feels like a mini resort. I have a 2 year old and he loves it as well. Gives him enough space to run around and be active. He loves the playground. :)
