I have lived here since 2018 and I have not had any issues. The staff is great and understanding to any issues I may have and offer to help in any possible way that they can. The view of the Golf Course is incredible as I am able to view the sunset and the sunrise everyday on the balcony. It is peaceful. I am happy to be living at "Park at Briggs Ranch."

It has been a good experience so far. Its conveniently located close to my place of employment. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall, the apartments are well kept and the views are nice. The amenities are excellent.

This is a terrible place to live!! Don’t move here.. the staff doesn’t care, neighbors leave there trash in the halls, dog poop all over grounds and dogs barking all the time. It’s not peaceful. Cheap materials used in these rat trap apartments. We’ll be moving out soon!!

Beauty, peaceful surroundings...no better way to wake up everyday in your home having a smile on your face. Love the community feel, watching the golfers behind us and the pure nature of the surroundings. Where else can you have a Cardinal sing to you or watch a turtle scamper across the field from pond to pond...

Overall pretty good... Although the community seems to have a huge struggle when it comes to resolving the overflowing of trash dumpsters... The trucks just doesn't run frequent enough to handle the trash load.

Fantastic apartment ! The views here are just another level, even if you buy a house is hard to find views like this. So far I havent had a bad experience and I like the fact that is further from the city mess. Is more quiet and we love our evening walks in the trail. The staff is fantastic, Ashley is super helpful, she was patient with us because we were not sure what apartment we wanted so she showed us over 4 apartments and took her time.

Cheap materials used in apartment, rent keeps being raised and the apartment doesn't get any nicer, apartment personnel don't particularly care about residents, other residents don't care about each other. Disconnected from everything (schools, stores, etc.), can be very noisy at times due to rude people in the parking lot revving their engines for hours at a time.

Do not recommend for anyone of color to be sincerely honest after they have not only allowed my ridicule and discrimination but asked me on numerous occasions to leave simply because they do not and have not acknowledged All the wrong doing they have instilled especially after the gun insident having kids in the house and them not informing me or even asking if we were alright rather sneak as never happened and still evict then the same neighbor that threw up all over my patio and want reprimanded.

I have lived at many apartment complexes over the years and I have to say Park at Briggs Ranch is by far the nicest apartments I have lived at. Between the amazing staff and the awesome maintenance team I am extremely happy and satisficed. My AC broke the other day and they came out immediately and replaced the unit same day and addressed several other work orders. The front office staff are always so friendly and extremely prompt on answering questions/concerns and following up. One of my favorite things about this complex is how extremely clean everything is, from the interior of the apartments to the outside buildings. I always see the maintenance team cleaning and touching up outside areas. I highly recommend viewing this property and renting.

Since the new management maintenance is extremely poor, are new building but looks like old, never clean the halls and elevator area like the past management that does every week, the trash dump is always full and now you can see people smoking everywhere and dog poop, I am desperate to end my contract and move.

I love my apt. The staff here is the best Ive we experienced. They are good at their jobs. The maintenance staff is still growing on me. I feel like they do their job but they dont. Pros: Great location. Nice view. Doable price. Beautiful layout. Cons: Noisy neighbors (occasionally) Im not used to that. People do know how to throw their trash in the trash and it makes a big mess. The gate breaks every other day. ( makes me feel unsafe.)

I love it here, my one bedroom is so spacious and the double balcony is great. I love the all wood floors, its super easy to clean and maintain rather than having carpet. Id recommend living here to anyone, its such a hidden gem.

It's a great value! The property is secure(safe), and the tenants are respectful of one another. There is assigned parking for tenants and elevators are provided for anyone not living on the first floor. My experience has been and continues to be pleasant, convenient, and affordable.

I have to move from Florida to San Antonio quickly and had a hard time locating apartment staffs that were willing to work with me many would tell me to just go to the website or wouldn't contact me back. But Park at Briggs Ranch and Jennifer were different and my experience has been phenomenal. She has been assisting me throughout the whole process! From the apartment tours (because I wasn't sure on if I wanted a one or two bedroom unit) to walking me through the application process. Thank you Jennifer for your assistance and I can't wait to call this place my new home!

It was safe and weve had issues with other kids calling my kids whores and ------- and they come to my door yelling and banging on it I have recordings it got so bad that I had to buy a door bell camera. Weve also had a case when the cop got called because a boy at the play ground --------------------------------------------------------------. I went and confronted the parents they were not home. And then the mom can trying to get in my door because her son told her I said he was stupid. And I did not say that she didnt care about what he did. Yall have never done anything at all but just called me nothing was done with the boys and then of course nothing was done with this last stuff that happened. I will never recommend this place at all. Everything is falling apart in our apartment. On top of having neighbors that do not have respect for there neighbors. Ive lived in apartments and this place hands down is the worst. When we moved in it was luxury and now we cant even have our trash picked up more often. Its disgusting to walk to my car and see the trash cans filled and trash in the streets.

Jen in the Office is the best and so welcoming she convinced me to move from Tennessee to San Antonio just by showing me the apartment unit and Jen assisted me with the entire process so welcoming and I’m so thankful.
