I love calling thr Park at Briggs Ranch Home. Its a little further to drove but thr Community is well maintained, the maintenance staff os very responsive, and the Leasing Staff (Alexis, Ashley, & Andrea) are amazing.

Quiet, clean and frienly, I would recommend this place to anyone that likes to be on a quiet area, the golf course views are always nice and well maintained, maintance staff is on top of every issue, overall I am very satisfied with the management.

nothing is worth spreading. overpriced, rude tenants, loud community, trash in walkways, animal excrement all over grounds, lame security, and so much more. so I would not recommend moving here so many other options.

Park at Briggs Ranch is my first apartment complex to live in, everything from the application process up to moving in was a breeze. The staff are great always there to help when you need them. On-site maintenance is fast and do it right.

I'm only upset about after hours maintenance. Why pay somebody if they tell me to call another service? That is ridiculous and I hope they are not paying the after hours maintenance man who didn't help. I had just got out of the hospital and had to sleep on my porch because I didn't have my keys. I would have gladly paid the $50 lockout fee to get to my bed because I was very weak. Staff and regular maintenance are wonderful.

I have a had excellent experience living in this community. The Leasing Staff and Maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The environment is nice and quiet, and is kept up well. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

We love living here. It's beautiful and we love all the things the office does for us including all the parties. They work hard to make sure we have alot of fun. The only thing we do not like is the amount of the rent!!!!

This is my first apartment and when I first moved in they were very quick in helping me, personally I've had by far the best experience. I love everything about my apartment! The view is amazing, its safe, clean, and the golf course is nice to look at often times and it's very peaceful.

The park at Briggs ranch is a great community. The people are nice and courteous. The grounds are well kept. The office personnel is helpful. The maintenance crew is great. The maintenance guys were very friendly and made sure to let me know what they were doing next and how long it should take to get fixed. The only issue i have had thurs far is we have no washer or dryer due to back order. Unfortunately there is also no laundry area on location so we don’t have anywhere to go. We now have to go and waste a day washing cloths at the laundry mat and pay for it.

Convenient for people who don’t like the city but are close by. Over all nice quiet place to live. Nice balance of families and young adults. Could do better with their gym and stricter rules of cleaning up after dogs.

A lot of dog owners here do not clean up after their pets. There are a lot of poops in the parking lot and on the sides of the apartments. Other than that these apartments have been amazing with every inquire we have made.

When signing my lease I was told there would be a washer and drier and was given the keys to my apt. I was given the wrong keys and had to wait 30 mins for management to arrive only for them to tell me it was a bigger problem and I’d have to wait two hours, then when I was finally able to enter, there was no washer or drier. The office gave me a run around for 4 weeks telling me that the “washer and driers had arrived” and they only had one maintenance person per 100 apt and that I’d have my washer and drier the next day, this was a process of 4 weeks.. I spoke to other people in my building who complained of the same and they said they had to purchase their own washer and drier. Then, my dishwasher leaked after the first time I used it! Maintenance said he would take care of it; I put in a request and 3 weeks later it has still not been taken care of. When I call the office there is one lady who always answers and for any question I have, she puts me on hold, asks someone else, and then gets back to me. If I have a question to her answer she repeats the same process again, I’ll be on the phone with her for 20 minutes for a simple question because she has no knowledge and consistently has to ask someone else. It’s a huge hassle living here and it is so far away from everything and you’ll get a notice that the pool is closed for maintenance almost daily.

I love this place. Hands down my favorite apartment complex. The staff are friendly and professional. I understand that the summer is the busy season so there are some things that have been down for about a week or longer. I don't know what happens on the other side of the portal so I'm not upset and not complaining. I just hope the issues are resolved sooner than later: Main gate, elevator, busted pipe in park. I do feel that there should be a bit more enforcement of picking up after one's pet. I notice a lot of feces around the community.

Overall, a good experience from the initial tour, to signing the lease to move-in. Very minimal issues along the way. The staff is very nice and responsive in a timely matter. I have had a noise complaint because of my toddler jumping around (sorry downstairs neighbor) but the staff was very understanding and sensitive to my current situation.

Staff has always been friendly and willing to help. Maintenance request was prompt and work was completed in same day. Apartment grounds are very well maintained. I have been very happy living in the community, everyone keeps to themselves. I only have one request and that would be for reminders to residents of dog owners to pick up their dogs poop. I love and feel very comfortable in my home.

The Management staff operate at an Olympic level, apartment layout is fantastic and the view of the golf course is beautiful, pet friendly and great community! I moved here for work for a year, left to go on another job and when I returned for addition work nearby it was a no-brainer to come right back to this establishment! Thanks for making my stay enjoyable!

I enjoy the peaceful and beautiful view of the golf course. I have a nice balcony that overlooks the golf course and I love the layout of my apartment. The ceilings in my apartment are high and it makes a small apartment look spacious. I also love the fact that I have an assigned covered parking spot next to my building. Living on the 4th floor, it is nice having an elevator, especially when moving in with furniture. I enjoy the walking track around the property and overall, I like the location of the property.

There was one agent that didn't return phone calls or would act like I was imposing when I needed some paperwork. I haven't seen her recently. Everyone else has always been great. Since I have been here, the class of people has changed. This is nothing racial, I am just saying that people are loud, screaming at all hours, trashy etc. The first thing I felt when I came to check out the apt. was safe. Now I don't feel safe.

As long as you communicate with the front staff, all is well. For the most part, I love the area it's located (rather hidden). I love trail that surround it. The maintenence staff is absolutely excellent, and super friendly!

Very new to the complex but so far so good. Can be a bit loud when neighbors are outside talking on the paths and cars playing their music but you can't really avoid that anywhere you go. It's nice and clean and has elevator access.

Ive been on property going on 5 years but have no complaints for Park having done maintenance in the past for a few years I understand staff and work orders can some time be overwhelming but other than not so frequent filter changes we have absolutely no complaints we have enjoyed every bit of our home here neighbors and all have experienced absolutely no crime or unfriendliness we do hope the speaker box gets updated for it hasn't been working properly other than that we have enjoyed our stay!
