Grounds are lovely, the neighborhood itself is quiet, there are more business and things moving out here so now things will be more accessible. They could do a better job of insulation.... if someone walks heavy or has heavy active dogs you will hear it. The view is gorgeous and relaxing.

Everything was going great until my neighbors above me moved in because I can hear everything including everything on the outside. It’s just the walls are to thin in my apartment and makes it harder for me and my wife to rest sometimes

Good size apartment. Management and maintains could be better. They do allow all different breeds of pets so it could be good for people. They have a god part and a a dog wash station that can be useful when it’s working.

Improve the quality of communication. The arrangement with the golf course is the primary reason for my living here and the deal has changed and become less convenient since I moved in. I had no idea until I went to the course, was told by their staff, then paid full price for my round because the complex didn't book it and I didn't know they had to. Sent an email for tee times over the weekend, got an email that they were going to call it in then nothing else. Call the course Saturday morning and find out I have nothing scheduled and nothing available. I am here because I enjoy golf and this experience has me feeling like its a second job.

Rent keeps getting raised. Loved it here but a 3rd house is cheaper to rent in this area. Maintenance is always great on taking care what needs to be fixed. Emails with staff is not so great. Area is great

I love this community!! Maintenance is awesome and everything is well kept up! The leasing office is real responsive and communicative!!! I can appreciate this place especially for the price!! Definitely worth it.

I’ve lived here for a while I love the design of the apartments, the area and that there’s non carpet apartments because most apartments have carpet and personally I don’t like that. The residents are nice and I’ve never had issues here. Management team is great!

I'm amazed at how much the management team cares about my well-being. I've never lived in an apartment with such attentive service. I love our floor plan, the 24/7 access to the gym, the available golf perks, the quality of the apartment, and the open playground area for my daughter. I finally feel at home after 3 apartment complexes that weren't and literally visiting over 100 complexes across northern San Antonio. This was the only one that made sense! Thank you for surpassing my expectations PBR! :)

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team do excellent work, its a very quiet place to live. The grounds here are very clean. I have never had any problems since I moved here, highly recommended

Its nice, pretty quiet most of the time, and we have family management. Maintenance is busy and it could take up to a week before they come and resolve your issues. Rent is a bit high, especially for the size that youre getting.

Have had a good experience for the most part but I do have issue with how I was being treated as far as my dog barking there was many other dogs barking in the complex and they kept reaching out to me saying it was my dog. Had to record for my records to show my dog was not barking 24/7

Everything is perfect. The people in the front office are so nice they helped us out and I hope this moved in as soon as we could and they gave us a little move-in gift which was cute. Neighborhood is very friendly everyone welcome bus with open arms.

It has been very quiet and the staff has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. The location allows for the traffic of I-90 to not be heard and the view of the golf course is beautiful. My only complaints are that the gate has not been fixed in the 2+ months I have lived here and the bugs (specifically wasps) are prominent on the 4th floor in comparison to the lower floors.

Moving to Park at Briggs Ranch has been one of the best decisions. The apartment was clean moving in, the availability was perfect. Ashley and Jennifer have always been able to help me and are always friendly.

The bugs are my issue it has been going on for awhile now I feel the staff is friendly and professional but my experience is bad due to the bugs and apt is very small for price so once my lease is up I am leaving for sure

Very pleasant, friendly knowledgeable staff. They are investing into the apartments. They have done a large investment into the roofs, drive and privacy fence at each building. Very good grounds and maintenance department.

I moved in this apartment October 2013 , it was beautiful the grounds were beautiful I was proud to call this place my home. The community was strong and we enjoyed groupings in the dog park , we had a name for ourselves we called ourselves the dog park Mafia jokingly of course. I had no reason to ever think of leaving here , the price was great the maintenance crew was exemplary. And when I signed my last contract I learned that the property had been sold , it was almost directly after that I had to acknowledge the drastic decline in the quality my home had taken. I've had a good time here but I realize it is time to go. Progress is not always an upward movement, sometimes it's lateral and sometimes it's actually backwards.

This complex has an incredibly helpful staff and management! I very much enjoy living here as response times for questions and work orders are always responded to in a timely manner. The neighborhood has a beautiful quiet view and the area feels safe.

I am overall very satisfied with my experience. My neighbors are friendly. The golf course is beautiful. I love the pool area. The sidewalks are great for walking on. My concern is pet owners not picking up pet feces.

When we 1st arrived and moved into the apartments our elevator in our building was in our building was broke it was offline 4 days However no manager no maintenance guy nobody asks us nothing never came by never apologized If I was a property manager I would wouldn't have been here 1st thing to make sure that everything was OK a but Insurance and money is the only thing it seems like the manager's cared about

I love the apartment itself, I just wish theyd take better care of the exterior of the buildings. So many wasp nests and the hallways are so dirty. Also would not recommend living near the golf course if you hate bugs like me lol the huge bugs are not worth the nice view

The Office Staff is always on point and always shows a genuine concern for their residents. The Maintenance guy Mundo is always so polite and courteous when he enters our apartment to complete work orders and treats my entire family with the upmost respect. We are set to buy a home at the end of the year so we will be relocating, but we highly recommend this as a good / safe place to live.
