It was smooth! Despite being in McAllen tx the leasing process was amazingly easy and FAST , fell in love with property's amazing views! Moving to a new city safety was key, and busy work schedule, a relaxing and quite area was a must, and I got both!

i love my apartment but lately it feels like there are maintenance issues like pest control and our tube getting clogged and the cocking of the bath tube coming undone, besides all of that the maintenance crew does a good job keeping up with the place.

The environment and community is anazing, everyone seems really friendly. The pool is always clean and chairs organized. The weight room is small bit has everything you need for a full workout. Staff is super friendly and will help any way.

This seems like a very nice place to live online and when you come and view the apartments it seems okay but not as nice as the pictures online. There are slim pickin's around this area of San Antonio so this is probably one of the nicer places. One of the biggest problems is that it is far away from everything, so you are going to spend some time driving if you want to go ANYWHERE. Secondly, this apartment complex is full of children. In fact, one child drove their scooter into the back of our car when we were parked. Another child ran out into the street in front of my car. They have a policy that children need to be watched by an adult...yeah that's not happening. Another big problem is the noise problems. People aren't considerate of each other and their children have tantrums and you have to hear them too, and not to mention the parents yelling at their kids. Note: the walls are very very thin!!!! Another problem is a Scorpio/bug problem. If you don't like any type of wild life animal or bugs, this won't be a very nice place for you to live since we are so far out from everything, you are going to see a lot of bugs in your home and some scorpions from time to time maybe a snake in the grass, but not a big one...and if you go outside at night, you might see a coyote too. It can sometimes be difficult for you to get into the gate because a lot of people are trying to come in and out and check the mail. It can be chaotic at times but not too bad. When it is hot, there are always a lot of people/children at the pool so it's hard to find a time to go there. There is a lot of dog poop around the complex so make sure you don't step in any.

The main office staff is friendly and always ready to help. The Maintenance staff are always friendly and stay busy maintaining the property and grounds of the apartment complex here at The Estates. My overall experience has been wonderful here!

While living here I have dealt with several noise complaints including having to hear my neighbors have sexual encounters with each other while sitting with my young daughter I've also dealt with massive amounts of dog poop outside that I've taken it upon myself on several occasions to clean up since it was there so long so we do not want to step in it and the one time I put in for maintenance request I was stood up 3 times and was never taken care of.

I had dishes to wash and went to grab the dish soap and as I was doing so the cabinet door comes off of the hinge. I put in a work order and with almost no time to waste the problem was resolved! Absolutely love the onsite staff! Definitely happy with the maintenance crew we've got!

The Estates at Briggs Ranch is a beautiful property, however, after living here for almost 2 years we have noticed how poorly the building was made. When there is heavy rain fall, our apartment leaks in the living room and bedroom through the Windows and outlets. If there is flooding and the water gets high enough, it also leaks from the foundation. We have reported this problem and patch work is done. Thus far we have gone though wet drywall and carpet padding removal and replacement 2 times. This process is not completed within a short period so, it causes a huge inconvenience. We have also had to have our apartment bombed for mold, which smells for several days. What's concerning is if it rains heavily again, the whole process will have to Be done again because the problem has never actually been properly repaired. Todate we have been told a construction team will be coming out to fix the problem but it's been over a month and there is still no scheduled repair.

My experience here has been excellent and you would not be able to motivate me to move for any reason. I love the 'country' feeling yet only a few miles from the heart of our beautiful city! I have nothing but nice, polite and quiet residents in my (#8) building which is imperative because I have to sleep during the day every other 2 week period. I was concerned when I read the reviews on Yelp but, as of this moment have not encountered any of the rudeness by any staff member that was alluded. Made me think that the residents themselves were the problem! My only concern is that someone drove into the main gate (how could they not see the damn thing?) and now it is not working and there is no timetable to have it repaired and I love the peace of mind that security device brought. I love it here and I would recommend any decent, law abiding citizen to consider living here when searching luxury apartment/condo living communities.

This place will not help with issues of any type. Estates at Briggs ranch employees do not take ownership or provide solutions to problems. If you need lease information filled out you have to physically go into the office because it doesn't get taken care of. They do not fix the gate or offer a solution or timeframe when it breaks. They charge you for light bulbs. They will not fix emergency ceiling leaks without an online maintenance request. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There are a lot of broken leases and people moving out.

The property management should give the same maintainable given to the club house to the apartment exterior. One is given a good first impression of the club house and expect the apartments exteriors to be the same but then only disappointment awaits, cos the exteriors are very very dirty!!! Dirty floors outside the apartments as well. I understand that the property is next to a golf course and open field, that should not be an excuse for keeping a dirty property. If the management sees keeping a clean property as a priority then it can be done. Don't just impress in the club house where the residents will not sleep in, put more care in the areas the residents see when they are back from work. Thanks.

I recently moved here from New York. Way cheaper rent amazing view and love that I can play golf for free. Office staff is courteous and informative. Maintenance came the same day I had an issue.

Wonderful place to live! Quiet surroundings! Great office and management staff! Only had 2 minor maintenance issues, filed request online and was fixed before I got home from work, same day!!! Great floor plan with lots of space. I have really enjoyed my stay here at The Estates!
