I love having a private patio with a fence. I enjoy sitting outside to listen to music/nature. Most apartments do not offer this luxury. I would have preferred a gate with a code instead of an app because it takes me a while to get my phone out and pull it up.

    I requested pest control come spray due to noticing bugs after rain and new neighbors. I didn't want to assume it came from new neighbors. I got the notification that the ticket was completed and no one showed up. If that's something we can't request I would have like to know at least. Instead I don't know if anything was done.

        This is a nice area and the apartment complexes are good. The buildings due need some kinda of maintenance in some areas. Our apartment is great other than some issues that seem to bother us. But overall decent apartment to live in.

            Although I grew to loving the past office team, this whole new staff is a nice group. Maintenance seems to be completing orders in a timely manner and are very professional and super sweet and caring. The neighbors are nice and courteous as usual.

                terrible please do not live in these apartments. i have been living here for years and get treated like absolute garbage. they do not care about you. they only care about the money the tenants make. terrible

                      Great service and professional maintenance staff. The outside area need more top soil and grass as well as enforcement of no animals allowed to use the patio as a toilet! The trash areas are a mess. The pool is rarely open

                          I do have to share. I'm not going to mention any names, but there's a new staff member here at the Bandera Villa?. And she's amazing she's Native American but she's wonderful love everything about her. She gets the job done. She's already fix some of my problems and I feel very safe and comfortable here with her on our team I love having her here

                              Well, so far I've had issues with the kitchen sink pipe, garbage disposal, and ac unit in bathroom, but maintenance got on that very swiftly as soon as I requested the work order! Other than that, I do have a roach issue. I've used roach motel, roach gel, and home defense. But, seems not to work.

                                The Villas are the definition of "you get what you pay for," but that doesn't mean you should lower your expectations. They can be helpful, yes, but they've also dropped the ball in certain areas. With the right care and understanding, they generally get the job done.

                                  They only care about getting rent money. Your apartment falling apart you get told lies over and over. You catch them in a lie so they lie some more. Absolute no communication with tenants unless you're late on rent.

                                    This is the worse apartment I've lived at starting from the day I received my keys. It is infested with roaches and broken appliances. I have placed multiple maintenance request and still have issues. This is not luxury as advertised.

                                    For the amount of rent I pay, the condition of my unit is unacceptable. The carpet is worn and hasn't been replaced, the caulking around the toilet and bathtub is falling apart, and the vinyl flooring in the bathroom is damaged with visible wood rot underneath. These are basic maintenance issues that should be addressed promptly, yet they've been ignored despite requests. Tenants deserve better upkeep and care for the price we're paying.

                                      My first day here we came into a piss and ---- apartment with a carpet that was so soaked in dog urine our socks would get soaked and they left us in it for 4 days . It was obvious why they didn't want to show us the unit before we signed the lease

                                        Apartments are decent for price. Getting any work orders completed is a struggle. Takes weeks for them to come, and work order silver marked complete without the work being done. You have to keep calling the office to get anything done. Took them over 3 weeks to fix my AC when it went out last summer.

                                              The front desk staff is super nice and connects you with good deals- the community is in a nice area as well- but they need to take more time before flipping the apartments to new tenants. There's a lot to repair even though it was listed as move in ready. The floor plans are nice, it's a good price and spacious though.

                                                The staff was helpful available and friendly. The application was smooth and simple. I moved in and have had no issue. The buildings need some power washing as do some of the concrete areas other than that it is in a nice place not noisy.
