You obviousy have not lived here. We have lived here for a number of years now. There are a number of cats that people leave behind or drop off. My husband and I have taken classes for the farrow cats and also taken on the responsibility of taking care of these strays along with several others in the community. It is unfortunate that this goes on but if people would not drop them off here or leave them behind it would help. We have spent our own money spaying them and finding homes for them. It is unforunate that you hold Silver rock responsible for your decision not to stay here as we love it and really like the staff. I am not sure of the rules for your money being returned but I find it hard to believe they'd take your money without justifiable cause.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARMTENT AND DON'T EVEN GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION OF DOING A WALK AROUND. THE PRICES ARE CHEAP AND THE APARTMENTS ARE BIG BUT THE SPACE IS HORRIBLE. THE GROUNDS AREA MESS, THERE IS DOG POOP EVERYWHERE AND STRAY CATS. I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT SOME OF THESE CATS CARRY CAT AIDS AND ARE LIVING IN A EMPLOYEE OF THE APARTMENTS APARMENT...ALL 8 OF THEM! THEY WILL SWEET TALK YOU INTO MOVING IN AND THEN DISCARD YOU LIKE THE REST OF THE TENANTS. I WAS NAIVE AND WENT AHEAD AND GAVE THEM MY MONEY TO HOLD AN APARTMENT. JUST FOUND OUT I AM DEPLOYING AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE MY ORDERS YET. I WON'T BE GETTING ORDERS FOR MONTHS BECAUSE MY DEPLOYMENT ISN'T UNTIL MARCH. BUT PLEASE READ ALL OF THE COMMENTS BELOW BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT LYING WHEN THEY SAY SILVER ROCK IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.

My husband and I moved in to a one bedroom apartment in May of 2012. We thought it was going to be a nice place to live, the location is great, but that turned out to be the only good thing. We were overrun by fleas! We couldn't walk the dog without being bit and the dog coming in covered! After treatments with frontline and other flea control for the dog and constantly spraying and vacuuming the apartment we talked to the office and they said there wasn't a treatment for the outdoor area and would just keep happening if people didn't treat their animals for fleas. However if we wanted to pay to have our apartment treated for fleas they would get someone to spray it. The staff was always awful to deal with, with the exception of Dee, and would routinely make you wait to get your package or air filter until after they showed an apartment. They decided halfway through our lease to change their policies and wouldn't replace my gate key when the battery died. I had to pay $5 for a new battery from them or go to HEB and get a new one before I could get to my apartment. And when I complained about it to the apartment manager I was met with sarcasm! We put a maintenance request in for our toilet constantly running in July. We asked that they contact us before coming because we wanted to make sure our dog was crated. They would call us right before they closed to say that they were coming so they wouldn't have to do it. When they finally came to fix the toilet in OCTOBER, they didn't actually stop the toilet from running! Now almost a month after moving out, I received a call from a collections agency asking me to pay over $500 in cleaning fees!!! We never received a statement or bill at our new address. We cleaned and vacuumed after moving everything out, I don't understand how two people and a dog can rack up $500 in cleaning!!! We did leave two walls painted, however they're trying to charge us for carpet cleaning which is something they do each time someone moves out anyway! We left our old apartment with two walls painted and completely clean just the way we left this one and we still got money back from our deposit! It has to be be by far the most shady and terribly run apartment complex that I've ever lived at! Do NOT lease with Silver Rock they're just awful and try to get money from you any way they can!

WORST Place to live EVER. If you have a family and are looking for a decent, quiet, comfortable place to live, DO NOT move to Silver Rock. The apartments look nice from the street. Once you walk in the door or take a close look around you will notice the deterioration and the crumbling buildings. Maintenance is a JOKE, they may come and shop vac up toilet sewage off of your floor, but they will do it 12-24 hours later and say that there is no way mold can grow. I have pictures to prove all of this and they still told me I was lying. The Office staff is a JOKE!, RUDE, Backstabbing, Liars! Do not fall for their fake concern, do not chit chat with them as they will just gossip about you as soon as you walk out the door. The amenities (pool, gym, mailboxes, parking, dog park) are always broken, water pipes burst, gym has old broken equipment and most of the time your mailboxes will not get mail because they keep getting vandalized and the office/management is too cheap to put up a security camera. The On-site patrol officer, NEVER answers his phone and never shows up to noise and/or drug complaints. You have to call the cops that are actually on duty SAPD! Oh and if their rent payment website screws up you better go immediately because they still charge you late fees like come up with an extra $300 now or move out, then when they finally realize its their fault they wont give you your money back they will just credit it to you next month. Only if you have proof. Keep records and take pictures of everything! They will scam you and rip you off at every chance they get.

I have nothing but great things to say about Silver Rock Apartments. I moved in August of 2011 and left in June 2013. The only reason I left was to be closer to my daughter. Staff was always friendly and helpful, and the few times I needed to contact them, they always responded quickly. Of the nearly two years I was there, I placed a few maintenance orders online, and they were responded to promptly. Neighbors were great, with the exception of a few college aged kids that were directly above me for a short period of time. They were dealt with immediately when complaints were brought. The only thing I did not care for was parking. I work irregular hours and there were times coming home late at night or after getting groceries where I had to park further away. This was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to anyone asking my opinion. Move out was simple, as I keep a clean place at all times. I did not need to pay for a cleaning, I was able to do it myself. What I did pay for was a carpet cleaning and I gave the front office a copy of the receipt. The only thing I had to pay for was a final water bill, electric bill, and $5 for battery replacement on gate entry key. There was no charge for any cleaning or damage. It was a painless transition.

I was very pleased with Silver Rock Apts. The office staff and maintenance crew were very professional and attentive to my needs. ANy concerns were dealt with in a courteous, prompt, and friednly manner. I was given sufficnet notice prior to any inspection of the security system or the pest control. I alsways felt very safe in my apartment. The staff also provides nice activities for the residents. The valet trash service is a nice bonus feature. There was plenty of storage in my apartment. The apartment was very clean upon my move-in. I was sorry to leave SIlver Rock. If I return to San Antonio, Silver Rock will be the first apartment complex I will contact.

I have been here just shy of 2 years and the only reason I am leaving is to be closer to work, but more importantly, closer to my daughter. I only had to contact mainenance on a few occasions, and when I did they were always quick to respond and took care of what was needed. The staff at the front office were always friendly and respectful. Parking was fine, however if I came home late from work (8-9pm) I'd have to park a little further away. Very quiet area, never heard my neighbors. Overall great place to live. If it weren't for my daughter moving, I'd have stayed here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Day of move in waited 45 minutes just to get keys, manager was rude, scolding employees in front of customers. After 3 days of cleaning the apartment to be able to even move in the place was still filthy not too mention they entered our apartment while we were out picking up some more cleaning supplies and we weren't even notified of this. Dog park is disgusting they rarely take the trash from there. Management/maitance has on several occasions entered into our apartment with no notification but yet, our alarm was turned off. Takes them over 2 weeks to fix anything. So unhappy with this place that we terminated our lease. Also they state there are several extra parking spaces...if you consider fire lane sidewalks as parking then ok

I sent a letter of Appreciation to Manager/Maintenance (Erin/Pete) of Silver Rock Apartments for the repair of AC in my unit; within 24 hours I had a new unit. Erin & Pete were aware I had Asthma and needed the AC working for health reasons. They provided a window unit until they could get a new AC Unit Installed (I was able to stay in my own unit that night). They procoured a new AC Unit that same day and Installed it the very next moring. I commend the management for their effort, commitment and action taken to get the problem resolved so quickly. The management is excellent and I'm glad to be a resident of Silver Rock Apartments.

We had never lived in an apartment until our house was struck by lightning and we had to find temporary quarters. We were in the Silver Rock complex for about three months. The staff acted like they were our friends until we moved out. As soon as we left we started getting letters from the manager Erin (she's the worst) saying that we owed them additional money for numerous things. They said that the carpet was so dirty that it had to be cleaned. The carpet was spotless when we left. They even tried to charge us for a "pet treatment" in other words they said our pet had soiled the carpet. We haven't had a pet for five years. They literally took the stove apart and found a little pile of carbon (that I think they planted)and tried to charge us for that. We ate out mostly and barely used the stove. The tubs in the unit we had were permanently stained, a fact which I neglected to put on the defect sheet they gave us when we moved in. They tried to charge us for cleaning both tubs. We only used one of the tubs the while time we were there. Finally, we were ready to move back to our house a few days before our leas was due to expire, so I thought I was doing them a favor by giving them the keys back early so they could re-rent the unit. I had the gas put back in their name the day we left. I didn't know that there is a "GOTCHA" clause in the lease that says they can charge you $50 if you put the gas back in their name even one day before the lease is up. TAKE DATED PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG OR DIRTY IN THE UNIT WHEN YOU MOVE IN, OR THEY WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU.

Let me start by saying I am not a paid shill for Silver Rock..... Living here for over two years I find most of these reviews ludicrous. I've had no issues with maintenance (when one does what is requested when putting in a work ticket). Maintenance staff are courteous and clean up any mess they made. The longest I had to wait for someone to knock on my door was one day, had a major problem with the AC on a Saturday, it was fixed that night. Never had any problems with office staff, they are friendly and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Packages delivered to the office are never misplaced/lost. Rent can be paid online, they don't charge extra like some other complex's do for the convenience... Noisy neighbors? nope.... People who walk their dogs pick up after their dogs... IMHO a great place to live....

Well I currently live at Silver Rock. I have had no major issues with the complex. The gates are a problem since the only time they were closed was when we first moved in almost a year ago. Do have issues with the maintenance. Things are not fixed the first time. All in all living here has been good. Have not had any issues with the staff. As for unexplained charges I guess we will see when we move out.

So far, my family and I have lived here for a year and a half and just renewed our lease. My husband and I had only rented at townhomes/houses prior to moving in to this apartment complex. We've heard negative stories from friends and family about "apartment living", but decided to rent here anyway, because the price and location is right for us. Maybe we lucked out, because I don't find it terrible living here. New carpet was installed right before we moved in, and our unit was clean. The complex is (I believe) 15 years old, but still decent. We can slightly hear when other people turn on water full blast (I think in their tubs, not sure), but it's not overly annoying to us. Our apartment faces bandera, and you can hear cars, but again, we're not overly sensitive to it (but I'm sure it would probably bother others). The only problem we ever had was due to neighbors that moved in on our floor. They never had their pet on a leash and never picked up after it either. They would also occasionally be loud on the weekend. We complained to management (we weren't the first ones to do so) and they handled it. Since they moved out, we've had no big problems. Parking is fine, except on some weekends if we come home super late... It'll be harder to find parking, but not impossible. We've swam in the pool a few times in the summer, and have used the laundry facility when we first moved in- both were decent. There's a small playground with a small climbing structure, two slides, and a couple swings that is gated. Nothing uber fancy, but nice to have. I've never used the exercise facility so I can't attest whether it's good or not. The complex is conveniently off of bandera/Camino villa, and the latter is a nice, residential street to run/walk up and down. I'm one of many who do this or use the bicycle lanes up and down the street. You can view the street on google maps, and can also search the residential area surrounding the complex are all selling for 200k . There's a good rated elementary school right across the street which is one of the main reasons we moved here, because a good education for our kids is very important. There's a bunch of shopping right down the street about a mile away (target, lowes, new heb plus, barnes and noble, food places, etc) and even a second heb two miles in the other direction. UTSA is about 4 miles away, and northwest vista is right down 1604 (something important to me, because I'm a returning student). Anyway, I had been reading the reviews and would like to note that usually people who have bad experiences are the only ones to review, and would really hate to have these negative reviews turn good people/families away from here. I've spoken with a lot of neighbors/fellow parents who have been here for awhile and like it here too. IMO, it's not a super lux apartment, but doesn't feel extremely ------ like everyone is making it seem. We're not planning to move out for at least another year, and if we do, I'll be sure to come back and review whether or not we get bogus charges like others are saying (really hoping that doesn't happen).

I really didn't want to come on here and post my review on Silver Rock but, I have to because these people are total scum of the Earth. ---- -------- is the worst. She sent a wrongful charge to collections and didn't even bother to notify us. What's even more messed up is that she sent our names SEPARATELY. That means that for the ONE UNIT we had BOTH our names on now appears that my husband and I were renting out for TWO UNITS. Now my husband and I have two charges from the same collections agency. These charges that ---- is referring to are completely false and just a scam to get more money into Silver Rock because let's face it, it's a dump. Loud music at all hours, trash and feces everywhere, gangs, drugs and drug dealers coming in and out at all hours. Don't believe me? Check it online. This area has a high criminal activity rate/percent and you'll soon see that when cop cars are constantly in the complex arresting people at 3 am. As for the "charges" that ---- states, there are none. She said that we owed $___ for water and $____for carpet cleaning and $____ for misc. Luckily, I took pictures and got a copy of my conditions form in which I jotted every single thing down. I also recorded the unit when moving in and out of the conditions and we cleaned that place better than when we moved in. I also have the receipts for all the water charges (that were already paid for). By the way, ---- and --------- have a bad habit of charging people for something that doesn't even exist. These hags got furious over 10 cents- yes, 10 cents that they failed to notice and then wanted after three months of it going unnoticed, really? How is that my fault when I clearly wrote the amount down and you didn't file it correctly? Psycho much? I think so. Anyhow, I also have recordings of the office staff stating that ---- -------- will scam and rip Tenants off when moving out. Pretty messed up coming from an insider, don't you think, ----? By the way, the person that said that ---- and --------- frequents the boards is correct. I heard from a Leasing specialist that they do and get furious over "bad reviews". Well, little advice to the hags- 'THEN STOP WRONGFULLY CHARGING AND SCAMMING PEOPLE!' Simple as that and they fail to have enough brain cells to understand this concept. Also, the collections agency that these people use are sketchy and is rated an "F" by the BBB. IF ANYONE IS READING THIS THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO COLLECTIONS BY THESE HAGS- DO NOT PAY THEM! I REPEAT, DO NOT PAY THEM! This particular collections agency will just take your money and keep crippling your credit score and then sell it off again to another collections agency for mere pennies. What does that mean? Silver Rock gets paid and you'll keep having to suffer for many years. These people have no integrity what so ever. But main thing is that this place does not value their Tenants and it shows. People are constantly moving out and the crack heads are moving in. It's no place to be if you're a normal person and want to be around normal people. ---- and --------- gave out my information (where I live, phone number, full name) to this sketchy guy that was stalking me. I had no idea who this was and they violated the Lease by giving any type of information out. I had this disgusting man stalk me and follow me for months and then realized these hags had given him my information. I tried to be reasonable and they kept denying that they ever did. How can they call themselves a real business when they don't even uphold their own Lease terms and put their Tenants in danger? It's nothing but crap. I ended up taking their word for it at the time, sadly. Anyhow, turns out that this guy was a registered sex offender in the area and posed as a "Census worker". Beware to anyone that has someone knocking on their door asking for "sex advice" and is a "Census worker". I filed with SAPD and they caught him. THIS IS WHAT THE OFFICE SHOULD HAVE DONE! NOT HAPPILY GIVE OUT A TENANTS INFORMATION TO A COMPLETE SEX OFFENDER!

Evertime i told management, they said they couldnt do anything about it and we just have to be more careful with what we leave in the car EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOTHING OF VALUE!!!!. Nothing ever worked in the exercise room and the pool was always cloudy. Maintinance staff was great but managers were terrible.

We have lived here for almost 2 years, thankfully will be relocating soon. Highly recommend you take the time to drive into the complex in the evening and speak with the current renters, come on in the gates are usually open! I cannot think of anything positive to say about these apartments besides they are across the street from a city park. Check the San Antonio police reports and you will notice an increase in crime in the apartments including apartments and vehicle break ins, we have had graffiti. The grounds are a mess, thankfully the weeds are growing now so we do have green lawns, however some are just mud/dirt still. Several people I spoke with are having issues with mold in their apartments. We have been dealing with broken sprinkler heads for well over a year, there is always a fountain that shoots up over the buildings in several places when they are turned on, and yes you as the renters do pay for the water. Fees are ridiculous, in addition to your monthly lease payment you pay for trash pick, 25.00, however you also pay additional trash fees that are on your water bill for at least an additional total of over 30.00 monthly for trash pickup. If you are having issues with you apartment don't even think about speaking with the management when they decline your request or ignore you, unless you don't mind being yelled at (this will be deleted for sure, for some reason management can have things deleted from these reviews). The apartments are old and lacking in maintenance, no regular pest control, ohh...finally this year the pool has not been green which we saw frequently last summer so that is a plus! If you are looking for an apartment that has a "business center" avoid this place, we haven't had a working computer for a while now either, fitness center ...oh well what do you expect. I could go on and on however I really suggest you speak with the other people in the apartments to get the facts.

All the recent reviews that give this place a good review are the office staff themselves and it's been confirmed. And if you noticed, the reviews that people have posted with the property manager's names are all blanked out. This means that the the office staff are coming on here asking for their names to be blanked out. They obviously have things to hide. Hope the property manager (er!n) knows that she can't write up these false reviews just to make the place "look good". I just moved out with my two kids and I'm so glad that I did. This place is run down and the hidden fees are ridiculous. ----------#------- will make it seem like they care when you first sign the lease but, beware they will immediately turn on you once it's signed. I have two young boys I need to care for and they both have asthma, I can't deal with mold and mildew, it will quickly make my boys sick so, I told the office this numerous times to come and clean up the mold and mildew (which was already there when we moved in) but, they wouldn't even respond back! This is a serious health issue (whether or not you have asthma, might I add!). I finally annoyed and spammed the office until the property manager picked up and started a scream fest on me saying things like she "had better things to do". Really? How can a property manager be like that? It's her job to serve the tenants needs, especially when it has to do with mold and mildew that she didn't even bother to clean up! Aside from the incompetent office staff, like many other reviews have said, this is no place to be. The noise is horrible with gang fights at 3 AM, teenagers outside your door smoking pot, young kids soliciting --- to each other to questionable people loitering around. I even had someone picking at my door lock and had to bang on my door to scare them away. My neighbors were robbed the very next day, how coincidental. All of these issues are not being dealt with and corporate really needs to look into this and find someone who is property manager material because ----------#------- are not. Don't move here, it's not worth it.

These reviews are ridiculous. I can't believe how many complaints there are. I lived here over the past year and here is an honest assessment: Pros- *The apartments are decent priced *Friendly management *Clean apartments *Clean complex.. They pick up trash from outside your door like 5 days a week *HEB, Petco, Target, Lowes, etc. are nearby Cons- *The location sucks if you enjoy going out at night. I would recommend living in Stone Oaks area if you can afford it and are young *The closest dog park is over 35 minutes away *Traffic is great until you get to Bandera Rd. That road is TERRIBLE. Drive it at 5:30PM during the week. You will see.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Our family moved out about three months ago and we never received any type of notice or mail from Silver Rock to get our deposit back and they didn't even both sending an itemized list of what they used our deposit on! I called the office numerous times and no one answered! I even left them messages about it and I still got no word. I finally got ------- the property manger on the phone and she sounded like ----------------- over nothing. I calmly asked her to send me the itemized list and she went into a frenzy screaming at me stating that she didn't have to do me "any favors". I then told her that Texas renters law requires that the landlord needs to provide this if we ask for it and then she went off saying some gibberish that she "knows everything..." and that she's "not threatened..." and could "take me down..." even if she's a woman. ------- clearly ------------------- and corporate really should look into this matter because I don't see how they could allow -------------------- run this circus! Not to mention, ----------------- (AKA: -------'s --------) does nothing ----------------------- in her office. Every time I come in, she's eating and rolling her eyes at tenant complaints and issues with the place. It's ridiculous! The only helpful person in that God forsaken place is -----. In the end, I still have no itemized list and now they've billed me $2,000 for "damages" (AKA: normal wear and tear) after ------- flipped out on me (how conveniently coincidental... I think not). My wife and I scrubbed that place down and made it look 10 times better than what it did when we first moved in. Thank God we have pictures of the place before move-in which will help up greatly if and when they decide not to drop these insane charges. Other than that, the reason we wanted to move our family was because the crime rate that has risen dramatically (to the point where you see cop cars constantly dropping by arresting people) to vandalism and theft. This place is going down like the Titanic- if not quicker. It's just not a good place to be and live, especially if you value your well-being and your family. Noise here is terrible. You can hear everything from music, toilets, sex noises and car stereos. Also, it didn't help that some people thought it was okay to blast music out in the parking lot while fixing their cars. It's getting run down by sketchy people and drug addicts- DO NOT MOVE HERE. Also, there are many hidden charges to this place. Valet trash is very expensive and I noticed that it goes way up every year. The water bill is split between you and the entire building so, that is unfair if you live alone and have to pay for a family of 5's water as well. The appliances are very old and broken, had to fix my AC five times while living here, the refrigerator broke down three times, and mold and mildew is a big problem since the materials that went into the place are cheap and old. I highly suggest you rent some place else where management cares and actually does their job.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! H A T E that place, please don t waste your money! Just moved out and you couldn t pay me enough to go back there! MANAGER is a pain, completely unprofessional, she takes complaints as a personal matter, and she ll try to make your life there as bad as she can if you allow her. If you give a deposit, forget you ll receive your money back, you must keep every paper or they ll keep it. Doesn t matter how clean you turn it in, they ll find a way to try to charge you. When me and my husband moved in, the apartment wasn t even cleaned for us, it had hair, trash, stains in carpets, mold and dust. I think during that year I saw 4 or 5 different maintenance managers, wonder why they didn t stay.... You are not paying for a gated community, since the gates are not working half of the times, and parking!!! Wow that s completely unacceptable, nobody respects the handicap place (at least outside the apartment we used to live at) and of course after you report it nothing has been done. If the manager doesn t care about that, then who s responsible for it? IF YOU LIKE: graffitti, trash in the parking lot, mold in your shower and apartment, kids running in the parking lot completely unsafe, big bad attitude form personel, tons of mosquitos, hear your neighbohrs EVERY time they flush the toilett, lots of noise from the AC units, dog poop that owners don t pick up, asking for a service you are entitled to and have no answer but after a month, and lot more things I could describe, THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE! SO GLAD WE RE OUT OF THAT PLACE!!! :)

This property needs serious review by their owners. I agree that Dee is the ONLY leasing agent who is personable while the manager, assistant manager and other leasing agents are rude, careless & fake. When i moved into my apartment it was barely cleaned and mainentance ALWAYS took 3-4 days. About 6 mos later almost all maintenance was rehired but for the better. Then there was the mosquito infestation from Spring/Summer they completely disregarded for four weeks because they felt they knew better than Pest Control even after several residents complained. After going into the office four times and each time showing pictures of my 4 & 2 year old with OVER 40 bites all over their bodies and explaining every night for hours killing them INSIDE my apt it took a call to the corporate office to get a response. The offices suggestion was purchasing a ceiling fan with my own money & they would install but I could not remove it when i moved out. They have absolutely no professionalism and for a lack of better words, "no heart". Good luck if you lease there.

I actually live here my age is from 20-25 and I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone around this age. To much has gone on during my entire stubthat it does not make me wanna re rent anymore with them. But im giving both postive and negative things from both points of view. The apartments are greats I can't complain about that its big and has alot of space. I love the pool here its always keep clean and never disgusting. But everyone in the front office is horrible expect for one person which their name will be kept a secret. Maintaence people are wonderful always on top of everything they need to do and doesn't take them longer then A day or two to finish anything. Having and animal here is horrific way to expensive and they keep your deposit. Work out area is awesome it's open 24/7 which is amazing. Also it all depends on who your living next to, to figure out if your stay will be pleasant or a complete disaster.

The officer managers are so rude and nasty. i would not live there again if you paid me. trust me i would think twice before living here. there too expensive for that apartments they offer.

                                                Nightmare Staff/Management

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've been here for almost a year and a half and will be moving out as soon as possible for multiple reasons. Terrible office staff (with the exception of ---) they do not care about the tenants or the problems that go on here. I've been having serious issues with the tenants above me since they moved in about 3 months ago that include marijuana smoke coming through my vents and into my home, and excessive noise almost every night of the week. Not only have I called the management about this over 10 times, the "on site" security officer (who never seems to be on site) and SAPD over 15 times. I've even expressed my not feeling safe living here anymore because these people have gone so far as to make verbal threats towards me because of my frequent complaints on them. The management makes me feel as though i'm a burden with all of my complaints and are aware that I have a toddler with asthma who is suffering from the illegal activity and the noise as well yet are unwilling to do anything and blow smoke at me about "contacting attorneys" and that it's a "long process" yet i'm also told they can only have 3 tenant violations before they are evicted. How they don't have that many is mind boggling and quite obvious that the management isn't doing their job. Every time I talk to the Manager, ---- she is obnoxious, rude, condescending, and impossible to talk to because her goal is to end the conversation as quickly as possible and not deal with an upset tenant. Also if you need anyone in the office (during business hours) you will almost NEVER get through and even if you leave a message it won't be returned until the next day if you're lucky. Aside from the atrocious staff/management there are kids running around everywhere and through the breezeways most of which are not even living in this apartment complex. When I've told the office staff they just tell me to call the police on them. They seem to want us to take care of our own problems so that it's less work for them. Also, the apartments are old with bad plumbing (everytime the water runs above me or in my own apartment you hear the plumbing banging around) the appliances are falling apart and my bathroom faucet always drips. The corners of the walls are cracking due to the foundation settling and it just seems to be falling apart. Yet I've been waiting for maintenance for almost a week to change a lightbulb in my kitchen. Unless you like to be treated badly by the staff when you need them and want to hear everything around you (dogs, parties, pet birds (someone has a Parakeet that they leave on their balcony all day/night)) DO NOT waste your hard earned money here, take your family somewhere else. Very disappointed.
