I've had an overall good experience here. Property well maintained, apartments are nice, steps taken to improve apts., grounds kept clean, safe neighborhood that's accessible to parks and businesses. Management is friendly and responsive. Community events offered to make it feel like home.

The apartment was supposed to be ready one day and it wasn't. Then staff was slow trying to verify info. When my fiance got there to pick up the keys they couldn't find my info. They asked for my info all over again.

So far I am very pleased with my new home, staff is friendly and efficient. I've had to put in a few maintenance requests but they are so quick with resolving my issues. The property is nice and clean and also very quiet. I really am enjoying my new home.

The people here are great it's a safe place to live..and to my surprise you can actually receive packages to your door without them coming up missing however my a/c just went out due to a bad condenser per maintenance and it's over 2 weeks now and still nothing has been fixed or have been given a date of when it will be fixed I've just been given the run around they expect you to keep your thermostat 10 degrees lower than the temperatures outside..in SAN ANTONIO!!..Which makes no sense to me especially when you have children....all I say is if you plan to move here make sure you know that the maintenance team are atleast on their job as it seems here there not..sad to say because everything else is good..but in mu opinion comfort and peace of mind for your children trumps all the other good stuff

This place is not somewhere I'd choose to rent again. Very unhappy so far. There is zero communication with office staff. Appliances don't work and the unit is infested with roaches. This apartment is way over priced.

Quiet, but I like quiet. Feels like a safe part of town. I feel like prolonged living here has been easy due to the access of local entertainment and amenities. Gyms, bars, restaurants, and other forms of public activities that have kept us here going on almost 2 years. I can't complain.

It is a place to live close to schools and stores. It will work until we can buy a house. Unfortunately maintenance takes over 2 months to complete maintenance requests which is very frustrating, I hope they can get it taken care of more quickly in the future.

I have only lived here for four months and my AC had gone out four times. The front office and maintenance have completely disregarded me. When I asked for a follow up even the area manager responded with a copy and paste response to me.

The two female staff members are great. Not so much the male staff @ this location. They are quick to help out, with any problems that might arise in the apartment or with any issues really. I've never had a problem with anything as of yet.

My experience thus far has been comfortable. They have responded in a timely manner to any concern I've had. However, the latest work orders were not completed efficiently. Additionally, I emailed ( ) regarding my rent. Because I am a high school teacher. I was brought into contract under the "preferred customer" discounted rate. I inquired several weeks ago to the above email address. But I have yet for anyone to respond. I would greatly appreciate if someone would look into my concern and respond as to whether or not I'm currently receiving the "preferred customer" discounted rate available to teachers. I was drawn to these apartments by an advertisement posted in the breakroom of my school (Douglas McArthur High School). Please respond at your earliest convenience. Respectfully Mr. Hilton

Not bad. Maintenance is horrible. Everything else is fine. Gates don't work ever. Pool chairs are junk. Dumpsters are horrible. Sprinkler system is like splashtown and rivers going through the parking lot.

This apartment is Affordable, the unit is nice for me and my 2 daughters, the patio is big and I also like that there are lots of storage . It has enough shelves in our closet, the patio has a great storeroom.

Unfriendly staff always seems bothered and irritated when questions are being asked. Maintenance does not clean when work is completed if work is completed at all. When requests are made they are not accommodated
