I just moved in but have been very satisfied. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. They are quiet and have a beautiful pool and workout area. They are minutes away from grocery stores near by. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Lisa.

They are quiet and quick to respond to maintenance requests, but they are expensive and don't value you if you've dealt with them before. On the contrary, first-time customers receive better service, especially regarding the rental price.

Wonderful staff. The grounds are well kept. I feel safe in my space and the surroundings. I appreciate the little special days for the treats they provide in the office. Scheduling the different food trucks is a great touch for a change in the routine.

Only complaint I have is the loudness hard stomping on the 3rd floor. It’s constant and since I work from home, it’s hard to work especially when I’m on meetings. I understand I am going to hear walking since I’m living in apartments but the hard stomping is truly frustrating and annoying. I’ve already contacted the front office and got a response stating they will send a reminder to all residents about being courteous and mindful of noise. Even myself living on the 2nd floor, I respect the person living on the 1st floor to not be walking or stomping hard when moving around my apartment. It’s just constant and gets real loud. I even had to record just how loud it is to show proof if office staff needs to hear/see how loud it gets. Other than that, the staff are amazing, apartment complex always looks great, maintenance crew are respectful and provides great customer service. I will definitely recommend family and friends to be residents here at Westover Oaks. Thank you.

The employees here are very professional in viewing. The apartments are very nice. Well priced you like staying here. there is ample parking swimming. Pool is very nice. Very roomy with the barbecue good atmosphere well-maintained.

I have lived here over a yr, I highly recommend Lisa, she goes beyond to help anyone, and everyone is very friendly, stop by if you’re looking for a safe, and clean place to live. Apartment includes kitchen appliances also come with washer and dryer.

These apartments are always kept very clean, and living here is calm and quiet. All resident buildings are maintained well, and office staff is always very friendly and ready to help! Any maintenance requests are finished quickly and efficiently. Overall, I'm very happy living here!

We have had such an amazing experience here. Latoya is incredible, we've appreciated her patience and help through our entire renting experience. She'a very personable, professional, genuine, kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. She is the best to work with. She was always available when we had questions and if she wasn't, she was quick to get back to us. I've really appreciated her so much. The property and apartments are great. Everything is well kept and you can tell the staff here take pride in this place. Neighbors are really friendly. Overall the area is quiet and we really enjoy living here. It's a great location and it's secure and feels safe.

Even with separating from my girlfriend, the property is still the primary reason I chose to stay another year I don’t think I recommend is maybe a playground and a pet grooming station and some pets control for silver fish and water roach due to the pool but that’s everywhere

Great experience so far living here at Westover Oaks. The community is very quiet and the upkeep of the property in particular the grounds & landscape is beautiful. I’ve been here a little over a year and plan to stay here longer. All the staff from the office personnel to the maintenance staff are excellent.

This community is peaceful, accommodating and elegant. Theyre quick with maintenance, groundskeeping and are more than adequately prepared for any situation! I have never had one complaint about this community in my years here!

So far it has been amazing. Top tier atmosphere, beautiful trees and pool. I love waking up and seeing the neighbors at the dog park talking with each other makes it feel like a family. The gym could be better but i have no complaints it gets the job done. Everything is very clean and i have loved living here and im considering extending my lease for those very reasons

I will be staying here for a long time! Such a great place! It is extremely quiet and I feel really safe. The pool is a great scenery too along with the landscape of the apartments. I should've lived here a long time ago.
