The only major issue I have is that over the past couple years it seems many tenants don't Pick up after their dogs. GROSS! The amazing staff is out EVERY day trying to keep things clean, but it's the pet owners that are the problem it deminishes the property. I hate to say that I will move after this lease solely for this factor.

Westover Oaks is a great apartment. Friendly staffs and fast maintenance responds are two things that get me hooked. When added with clean complex, vallet trash service, quiet neighborhoods, and good insulation, this apartment feels like home. Love it here.

Excellent place to live! Parking is wonderful, staff is friendly and professional, maintenance is great and responds quickly to concerns. Rental rate is high but worth it. No noise from neighbors, great apartment features and amentities.

The move in experience I had here was beyond my expectations. I could not have asked for better service. I looked at a lot of different apartments and went with this one. Most other places didn't have a washer and dryer inside and that was a problem for me. The apartments are extremely nice on the inside. They keep the place extremely nice and the maintenance is very fast with any issues. (Usually fixed within hours) I was concerned about parking before I moved here as I have a very large truck, but have absolutely no issue finding parking. This place is amazing and other residents I have talked to have been super nice as well. I haven't had a single issue here nor have i heard of any either. The one and only issue I have is that I am in an apartment closest to Potranco Rd on the outside which is a noisy street and the windows don't seem to be that sound proof. There isn't much traffic at night, but I always seem to hear sirens, a big rig, or street bike zooming by. If I have the tv on i generally don't hear anything though. With that being said there are VERY few apartments that are right on Potranco Rd, most are on the inner part of the complex or next to the more quite streets. I have never heard any of my neighbors either and I am on the bottom floor. Overall I am extremely happy with my choice of living here.

The staff is very professional; the maintenance staff in particular are extremely hard-working and timely. In September 2015 my AC unit stopped working at about 6:00 pm. I called the front office, who in turn notified maintenance. The maintenance staffer on duty at the time, Luis, came by my apartment that evening, and found that the AC unit would need a part replacement. He set up a portable AC unit for my apartment, and replaced the needed part in the main AC unit early the next morning. The maintenance staff here is fantastic, and seem to take their jobs very seriously.

Westover Oaks is a wonderful community. Maintained scenery and maintained happy residences. The front desk staff is wonderful, helpful, understanding, and will do whatever they can in their power to help. Having lived here once, the military took us away for a bit, but we knew exactly where we wanted to return. Most of the tenants are nice, and easy to befriend. As for the troublesome ones, the front desk is understanding and helpful in bringing some order. Pet friendly is a big plus. Some tenants aren't good at controlling their pets, but the front desk knows most of the pets and is happy to help if there is a problem. Seriously, not enough good things can be said about the front office. :)

The staff here is wonderful and the facilities are amazing. The pool is my favorite--always clean with wonderful seating and a TV! The trash service is an unexpected blessing. Overall the place feels like home.

Rent is too high .The apartments get very noisy at night; you can hear people talking and cars with loud music very late at night. Also, since it's located near a main road, you can hear all kinds of vehicles. The staff is not that great, they seem to lack information and professionalism. If you have children, please think twice about moving here. I was almost striked by a resident that was speeding inside the complex, who didn't even have the courtesy to stop and apologize.

Some of the best apartments you can find in san Antonio, maintenance staff is always on point and the customer service is always great. Very clean all the time and the appartments feel safe. Rent is a bit high but you get what you pay for.

We've only been here for a little over a month but we love it! The apartment has great storage space for what we were looking for and have had no issues with noise. There is always lots of parking and all the residence are so friendly. The only thing I would change is the valet trash. I don't think it's necessary, we are capable of taking our own trash out and it's an extra expense I wish we didn't have to pay for

New apartments. New appliances. Outdoor pool, not big enough for laps. Small but new gym. Noisy if beside street. Needs speed bumps and playground. Not the greatest for children. Parking can be difficult at times. Great office staff and maintenance workers. Forced to pay for garbage collection whether we use it or not. Expensive. Pest control can be weekly, not enough for crazy ants.

I moved into these apartments mainly because they looked nice at first glance and I was in a hurry since I started my job downtown the same week. I am married with two kids, and I figured for the price it was decent. Now for the negatives, if your kid is a dog this place is for you. It has "dog parks" all over the place. I have kids, and from what I see, my family is one of many. This place places emphasis on dogs over people. Not a single swing or slide for the kids. No speed bumps in the parking lot so I worry all the time my kids are out because cars speed regularly in the parking lot and blast their music with impunity. As far as luxury apartments, I wouldn't go that far. I have seen police get called on more tan one occasion, so lock your doors. Not luxury, unless you call prefabricated pressed wood cabinets, fake vinyl floors luxury. As for the moulding in the ceiling, nice try, more like 1x 4´s on the ceiling. No sound proofing at all, my neighbors sound like elephants all the time, and I know them and know they don't do anything out of the ordinary. My windows leak and let in drafts. Pool is pretty small as well. Overall, not bad apartments, but way too pricey for what it is, and definitely not family friendly. But if you can get a good deal on the price, it's a good compromise.

I visited other apartment communities prior to and after Westover Oaks. By far, they are the best in every category. Actually, it was a waste of time visiting the other apartment complexes. Additionally, the staff (Bea, Melissa, Nicole, Vanessa) is one of the best I ever had contact with!

Westover Oaks is a very nice, quiet community. The surrounding area is quickly growing with more shopping and places to eat. The grounds are kept pretty clean. With over 8 buildings, there is only one pool, two small dog parks and about 4 pet stations. The community is gated, you are given one gate remote, additional remotes cost extra. Apartments have a very modern feel with a combination of wood floors and carpeting, modern appliances, and comfortable floor plans. The office staff is very friendly and tries their best to make you feel at home.

The leasing agent in the office named Bea is a sweetheart! She always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and enjoy where they live. Anytime I have a question or concern she is very understanding and helpful. The apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are amazing, maintenance is fast, and the staff is incredible. If you're looking for an apartment look no further, you will not regret your decision to lease here.

I have been a resident at Westover Oaks since October 2012 and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I love it here and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment. The management and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I recently transferred to a different apartment on site and Nicole in the leasing office made the process very smooth and easy for me. She is always very personable and professional every time I have a question. I love my new apartment and you will too!
