My experience at this community has been great. I have no complaints or concerns about anything concerning these apartments. The neighbors are very friendly and I love that it is welcoming of pets. I am highly likely to recommend these apartments to friends.

I moved into my apartment just over a year ago, sight unseen due to Covid and not wanting to get on an airplane. I relocated for work from Dayton, OH. Westover Oaks is a beautiful community with excellent amenities and friendly staff.

Overall the staff is great! I moved from another state and they were nothing but helpful through the whole thing. I was locked into an apartment and was in contact up to move in day..who h they helped move up. Best apartments I lived in by far

Great. Enjoy my apartment very much. The apartment itself is very comfortable, the neighbors are relatively quite, and the grounds are secure and well-kept. The location is great for me as my commute is less than 10 minutes, and I have have excellent access to the greater SATX area.

We recently sold our home and was apprehensive about moving into an apartment. It has been pleasant overall and community is a community of adults that have respect for one another. I would recommend these apartments to those who need a long stay or short, they won't be disappointed.

Amenities are excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept. I feel very blessed to live in this community, and I love my apartment. My children and pets and children are very happy with our new apartment and community.

Great community never had any issues and friendly staff. Maintenance is great and careful with your apartment. Loved being close to everything in the area and always felt safe in the complex. Would recommend to friends or family looking

Ive really enjoyed my stay at these apartments, its been very peaceful and quiet throughout the day and even more relaxing hanging at the pool! Also its just pleasing to always drive through the gates and noticing how clean the community is. 10/10

So far, I've had a great experience at Westover Oaks. The grounds are nice and well-kept. I haven't had any safety issues so far. The apartments are nice. Lots of space in them. The staff is quick to respond to requests.

My experience that Westover always has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is always on top of things . I love the Floorplans and how clean everything always is. The residents here are great everything is always so peaceful and quiet I feel safe and at westover oaks .

Since the day we applied to the day we moved in and now years later, the staff and community have been very amazing!!! They continue to do such an amazing job and they continue to make our living experience a really great one!!! Our experience has been a wonderful one!!! We love the living quarters and all the appliances that come with them!!! The pool, gym, and clubhouse areas are so awesome!!! One great thing living here is that you have transportation areas, restaurants, shopping outlets, and medical facilities near by!!! And its a very safe area to live in.

Great experience and awesome customer service. Great up-to-date apartments. Pool and barbeque grill is awesome for relaxing time with family. Anytime I need a service request it is done promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend West over hills Apartments to my friends and family.

Love this community, the staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt. Ms Evelyn, Ms Bea and Bianca are very sweet and professional. Would recommend this community to anyone. The community grounds and all amenities are always clean smelling good. Definite 5 stars hands down love it here.

Quiet, Calm, Peaceful, And Welcoming. Technology & Appliances In Unit Is Up To Date. Maintenance Request Are Fulfilled In A Very Efficient Time, Property Is Very Clean & Well Maintained. Office Staff Is Helpful & Always Available To Assist If Needed. O And The SmartBox Technology When Receiving Packages Is So Awesome & Very Secure And Convenient!!!

Westover Oaks is a fantastic community with friendly residents and staff. The community is very quiet and provides quality living. The apartments are modern and slick. My single apartment has a rather large bathroom with two sinks in the bathroom.

We love living here! The apartment is so clean and feels like a brand new property. It is super close to our son's school and has easy highway access. Our goal is to buy a house but in the meantime it is nice to have a comfortable place to live.

So Far everything has been Awesome and we enjoy living here in the Westover Oaks Community! We enjoy calling Westover Oaks home! Westover Oaks is a nice place to live. It's hard to tell sometimes whether or not I have neighbors because they're respectful and quiet. The community pool is nice, and folks can be heard chilling out and playing music while grilling.

The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my first time renting. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The community is gated which helps make you feel safe. The apartments themselves look great and have everything one could ask for! The granite countertops, washer/dryer and ample storage really set the apartments above any similar ones in the area!

The only thing that would make this community better is the pest control should be better than what it is. I understand this is a major city which typically has roaches but there should be better ways to handle it.

Westover Oaks is easily accessible to the highway and very easy to get anywhere in town. A short drive to the grocery store. I have also been able to find a good dentist, doctor, hair stylist, and pet groomer in the area. Great location.
