Overall Westover is a phenomenal apartment complex. The staff are genuinely kind and sincere, as well as accommodating. I have never met a friendlier group of people or felt more comfortable among neighbors. This is a very well maintained little community and my wife and I truly feel fortunate in settling in such a great location.

Great community, we feel very safe here. Easy application process and good communication with the office team. The grounds are very well kept even with the 3 pet policy. Any concerns/questions are handled immediately. Great move in experience.

Very nice apartments. Clean, quiet, and relatively new building. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the maintenance team responded and solved problems really fast, usually it was fixed a couple of hours after I submitted maintenance request. The only downside is the price is a bit above average.

Community people are polite and quiet. Staff is easy to communicate with. Maintenance is quick to respond. Parking is usually not bad but a times can get slim during holidays when tenants have a lot of guest visiting. Over all apartments are very nice inside and well taken care of.

High priced ------, not children friendly, only dogs, dogs and more dogs, if you have children and looking for a child friendly place look elsewhere, no place for kids to play, but lots of fun places for animals including playgrounds for dogs.

I have to travel constantly for work so i've been in a ton of different cities and apartments. This is by far the best apartment community i've lived in. Staff is like family and you will always feel safe!

Do not live here unless you are alright with not getting things you order in the mail. The Office will not notify you that you have a package and it will end up sitting in the office for weeks. If however, you do decide to live here, make sure to tell all of your relatives and loved ones to tell you when they are sending anything that is supposed to be a surprise because otherwise you'll never know you received anything.

For this question: From 0-10, how likely would you be to refer this community to someone if they were looking for an apartment? I would say about a 15! Living at Westover Oaks for almost a year has been a really wonderful experience for me and my son. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to be part of a lovely, quiet, clean community, with great management, beautiful apartments, and zero parking issues (that's important)! :) I hate to have to leave it :(.

After living here 1 month I overall pretty satisfied with this apartment, great area and great staff. Only complaints are some residents do not clean up after their animals, but management does their best to clean up

My apartment is beautiful and I enjoy the open floor plan and large kitchen. Neighbors are really friendly and staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful too! Location is pretty central too. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I've been here almost 2 months, and LOVE the apartment and community. My only complaint is the neighbors dog barking. Parking is great, and the gym is clean and not too crowded most of the time. The office staff it the friendliest I've worked with.

Very helpful staff and great floor plans. Excellent for dog owners! 24/7 fitness center and areas to grill in the pool area. Extremely military friendly and accommodating. The office will work with you if you have any problems.

Such a great complex. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Apartments are practically brand new, well kept. Very clean! Not so noisy but people are aloud to have dogs so be aware of the occasional barking.

I've lived here for a little over a month now and it's been generally positive. I think it's in a great location and parking is never a problem. The gym is nice, as is the pool area. I think the floor plan for my unit is laid out pretty well. The only strike against the place I'd say was that there was an issue with fleas in the carpet upon move in. The staff did a good job working toward getting rid of them after I found them, but it would have been nice to avoid the added hassle of moving around stuff, constant vacuuming, and avoiding the carpet over the course of a few weeks.

I've been a resident for over a month and I absolutely love the location, staff, maintenance, and atmosphere! Management is very responsive to complaints, requests, and compliments. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours, which is great! Hanging by the pool is always a pleasurable experience and I constantly see maintenance working hard with tidying up the grounds. I feel safe in this complex with the lighted parking lot, lighted walk ways, and gated community. The office is always happy and friendly to everyone that walks in. The gym has the basics, and the clubhouse has games, computers, and juice/lemonade! The community itself is nice. Lots of young professionals, young families, and military - both active and retired. Wonderful, friendly, and pleasant people - both residents and staff. The office will host community events, or free breakfast, or have fun little games. The floor plans are great! The units are huge and I don't really ever hear my neighbors walking, talking, appliances, or anything. The kitchens are gorgeous and the washer and dryer is included in your rent! None of that "rental" stuff other apartments do. I've only seen roly polies (pill bugs) in my apartment, which isn't a nuisance since they're easy to sweep up. No roaches or ant problems so far. First floor units have wood floor and there is a service called "Valet Trash" that collects your trash from right out your door almost every night! My only complaint is the behavior of many dogs/dog owners (-1 star). Poop isn't picked up at the dog parks and in large grassy areas by pet owners and there are a lot of dogs that don't seem to like any dog they see on the paths or in parking lots. I feel like I've seen more dogs that don't like other dogs than dogs that are friendly with other dogs... I would say 9/10 dogs you'll see will growl and bark at you if you're within sight. Some will lunge at the end of their flexi-leashes snarling, growling, and barking. However, staff is pretty good at addressing these issues. The dogs/owners in the community are the only downside I've experienced at Westover Oaks, but besides that, this is a wonderful, clean, and safe place to live. I've gotten many compliments on the apartment and community from my friends. I feel that you are truly getting the value for your money at Westover Oaks!

It's been à blessing staying here in Westover oaks, the price is high but the quality of staff, apartment space, features and maintenance time response, I can't seem to find a better services apartment complex
