The leasing agent in the office named Bea is a sweetheart! She always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and enjoy where they live. Anytime I have a question or concern she is very understanding and helpful. The apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are amazing, maintenance is fast, and the staff is incredible. If you're looking for an apartment look no further, you will not regret your decision to lease here.

    I have been a resident at Westover Oaks since October 2012 and I can't imagine living anywhere else. I love it here and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment. The management and staff are always very friendly and helpful. I recently transferred to a different apartment on site and Nicole in the leasing office made the process very smooth and easy for me. She is always very personable and professional every time I have a question. I love my new apartment and you will too!

      Highly recommend this property. I live on the third floor and love the area. I really love my apartment too :) it's beautiful and not crazy expensive :)

        Really nice apartments. The appliances and closet space sold me on the lease. However very little is done about noisy neighbors. They assured me that noise disturbances are not tolerated when I moved in but now that their is a problem with my upstairs neighbor they are saying there is nothing they can do. They told me I can be moved to a different apartment. I believe the woman upstairs that cannot control her noisy 4 year old and who walks like sasquatch should be the ones to move.

            My fiance and I have been living at Westover Oaks for about 7 months now and I must say we are very happy! From the front office to maintenance, we have not been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. Work orders are always completed in a timely manner. We enjoy going to the resident events that the staff throws monthly. This has been our favorite place to live by far and we cant wait to renew! Thank you for everything that you do :)

                We love our new home! It's a very safe neighborhood. The grounds are extremely neat and clean. Staff and maintenance are very nice and always on top of things. The ambiance is great here and would definitely recommend Westover Oaks a place to call home for anyone.

                  Love my new apartment!! The complex is quiet, clean, and the staff is so friendly. We feel safe and comfortable in our apartment. The apartment when we moved in was clean, perfect size for my family and I, and very modern (ex: refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer). Love the pick up the trash at my door service, very convenient. It also feels good knowing the complex has courtesy patrol on complex (however I haven't had to use them) but it is peace of mind. Another plus is the schools are so close and great schools. Last the staff...great group of ladies....very nice, attentive, and have taken care of all my needs and always with a smile. We feel at home here. Hope things don't change ever!!!

                    Fantastic move-in experience, great apartments, quick service, and the office hours can't be beat. I just love these apartments for their beauty and utility. I live in the Monterrey as a single person and I love having all this space to myself. The kitchen is what sold me originally, there is just so much room and they are so beautiful. My friends often comment how jealous they are of my apartment.

                          When I was looking at apartments online during the last couple months and finally looking in-person a few weeks ago, Westover Oaks first caught my attention due to the top quality appearance and reasonable prices (along with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, activities, etc). However, the ultimate reason I chose to stay here was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Every time I engaged the staff members before, during & after I moved into my apartment, they quickly tried and succeeded in assisting me with any issue or question.

                            This apartment complex is smaller than the other apartments shown to me. Since I moved in I've been so happy with my choice. The management is unbelievably nice, caring and professional. The upkeep of the complex is always on point. My one bed room apartment is perfect for a single young female like myself - i love it! The most important aspect about this complex is I feel at home. And its so nice to see neighbors hanging out, building friendships and watching out for each other.There's nothing bad I could say about living here. It's my home away from home.

                              All I can say is this place is amazing!!! My wife chose this place for how beautiful the units were with Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Truly feels like a Home with out having to maintain a home.

                                So I recently moved to San Antonio less than a month ago for the Navy and was told that I had to find a place to stay off base upon arrival i was shown a few other places (names not important) but, when I came here I was immediately blown away. The area was beautiful it was as if someone had plucked this place from my head (more precisely my wife's head) and put it right in front of me. So i signed a lease as soon as I could and moved in to my beautiful new home which will hopefully remain so for the next two years. But, aside from the beauty of the area and the amenities (who would not love a beautiful pool and fitness center?) the staff here is just incredible they have this way of making you seem like family right when you walk in the door, they are truly an amazing group of women that go out of their way to help others which I have seen them do several times and been a recipient of their generosity as well. Overall because of these amazing ladies and their kindness along with the hard work that maintenance does at keeping our rooms up to shape (which believe me must be tiring) I feel that personnel factor along with the area itself make Westover Oaks one of the best (if not the best) places to live in San Antonio. PS: The only reason that i did not give five stars on all accounts was due to the fact that some parents here can not control the noise levels of their children or themselves not a reflection the organization or its staff by any means, they are great.

                                  I was recently kicked out of a friends house for being too awesome then I decided to get an apartment at westover oaks at another friends suggestion. Getting kicked out of my ex-friends crappy house was the best thing that could've happened to me, this place is great. There's a pretty sweet pool, a keurig machine and the staff is really nice. I don't know what some of these other reviewers are saying, I would recommend this place.

                                      I have lived at Westover Oaks for over a year, and found it to be a great place to live. Overall: The apartments are well done, both inside and out. The community is a tight knit group, and is well supported by the staff. Noise: The apartments are well insulated for sound, and I have had very few problems with noise. Any time I have had complaints about noise the staff have been very responsive and the issue has been resolved. Grounds and Safety: The grounds are well kept, and the parking lot was just refinished. The pool, which gets a lot of use and therefore dirty, is regularly well cleaned with "emergency cleanings" if it gets too bad throughout the week. The dog droppings issue has shown great improvement recently after a great campaign by the staff and neighborhood interdiction (I may have kindly reminded a few folks that they should clean up after their dogs). Although the surrounding area is not the best, I do feel safe on the grounds due to a tight knit community, the curtesy officer, and the other police/former police that live in the complex. Neighborhood: Easy access to all amenities and major highways. The local apartment community is extremely close and can be found most weeks at the pool sharing stories and an occasional beer. That community has led to almost a neighborhood watch (unofficial) which keeps the place safe/clean/running smoothly. Maintenance: Overall outstanding! One night, when our AC went out they showed up at the door after 9pm to work the issue. All other issues have been quickly handled (under 24 hrs) and the staff have been easy to contact. Staff: The staff is great, I work very well with the staff and enjoy any time I spend with them. I routinely visit them and they always take the time to see how my life is going and what is new. The staff will take care of their residence and even go to bat for them if corporate raises rates. When I renewed my lease, they took several days to get corporate to lower the minor rate increase. Personality wise, they are always upbeat and ready to help. One thing I noticed, they hold people to the contract. Renting is a contract, where the renter and the leasing agent make a deal. If you uphold your end of the deal (pay rent, respect the rules, etc) everything is easy with the staff, if you don't they will hold you too it. Many people get upset at being held accountable, but it keeps the apartments nice and on track. Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a leasing staff.

                                          Way too many issues encountered in the first 30 days of the move in .We were told that all the maintenance related requests would be resolved within 24hours during the first 30 days. This is far from true!! While the apartment looks good from outside , the staff need to put in more effort to make it look from inside.

Daily we strive to provide exceptional customer service in the office and with completing work orders. Our move in policy for the first 30 days is to complete regular maintenance requests without the need for something that may be "special order". Pest control service does not fall under guarantee 24 hours because it is completed through our vendor; Worldwide Pest Control. Westover Oaks has a scheduled weekly day of Thursday. For emergency pest issues we can request an earlier service day but it is not a guarantee that Worldwide has an open. I am available to meet with you to discuss the issues or the items in your apartment that do not meet your requirements and immediately make the needed corrections.                                             Pros: outside property maintained well; management is responsive to concerns Cons: Apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in; shower and molding in master bath had mildew/mold. Caulking was black around shower and door had build up along lining. Apartment was does not appear to have been re-painted- walls have marks through-out. Maintenance staff/manager is not professional or responsive.

If you felt the painting of the apartment was not satisfactory we would have re-done any areas that you requested. If I remember correctly, your apartment caulking color was beige/brown rather than the usual white caulk. The beige/brown caulking was used by our vendor when the shower was re-built under warranty. We immediately re-did the caulking and cleaned up any areas that you were unhappy with. We work daily to provide the greatest customer service to all prospects, residents and guests.                                               My moving experience was great with Westover oaks, I had spent weeks looking for an apartment, I was at the point of giving up walked in to Westover oaks and was immediately shown an apartment, this was my first apartment and the girls in the front where really helpful and had great communication, overall I was very satisfied & would definitely refer a friend.

                                                Did not enjoy my stay here at all. The rent is expensive for a 2 bedroom home. I ended up spending almost 1300 a month! This is due to all the *included fees that goes along with rent. (I.e Trash pickup, pest control, pet rent). Staff was nice, initially. When you explain that you are moving (Which is none of their business as to the reason why you decide to move. Yes, they are intrusive) they get extremely uncooperative and treat you like you don't matter at all. Not to mention, they will try to charge 2 months rent on you. Do they offer Month to Month? Sure. Starting at 3,000 a month. Not to mention that the staff went into my apartment when I was not home. 4 times! I came home, found my dog in his kennel, lights left on, and items moved around. When I confronted them, they always had some BS excuse to give me. They even walked my dog while I was gone without my permission! Noise. Talk about noise. if you want peace and quiet, I would recommend somewhere else. People are loud, and you can hear just about everything. Good luck if you have someone living above you. You can hear every foot step. Now lets talk about carpet removal. If you own a pet, they will replace the carpet regardless. At your expense mind you. Yes, I've been out of there for the past 2 months, and i'm STILL paying this ridiculous fee. Apparently your initial $400.00 pet deposit does nothing but fill their pockets. There is pretty much only 1 good thing about the place, and that's the maintenance crew. They are fast and responsive.

Unfortunately, if you do not re-sign your lease contract month-to-month rental rates can be very expensive and that will be everywhere in San Antonio. We are sorry that you felt we entered your apartment unauthorized. Per your lease contract we may enter your apartment for any reasonable business purpose including but not limited to, making repairs or replacements, doing preventative maintenance, leaving notices, removing health or safety hazards, checking for immediate danger to person or property reasonably suspected and a requested ??well check ?? by a family member. We entered your apartment home for a few of the situations listed above. Thank you for your compliment about our maintenance staff. The guys truly are wonderful and great at their job.                                                   Living at Westover Oaks has been a unique experience. I love all the areas of the complex. The gym is really cool, clean and has all you need to workout. The club house is beautiful and the staff is always providing excellent customer service.
