Very quiet and calm. No drama, no disturbances and staff is very quick to address anything we may need. The apartments themselves are very beautiful outside and inside. We love the pool and the pavillion.

The staff have been accommodating and kind throughout any inconvenience that has come up even with our initial move in comped us coffee money while they fixed the issue for us before move in. I would reccomend this team no matter what property they worked for.

My family had loved the area the staff and maintenance is always doing a great job. I have issues with cars getting broken into still around our apartment area. I wish you could install cameras for safety and more lighting in the night work walking areas.

The community and neighborhood sound amazing! I enjoyed the swimming pool and that the staff and neighbors were so friendly. It can make a big difference when you feel like you're part of a community. Trying new foods from food trucks is always a fun adventure, and chicken pizza sounds delicious! It's great that LA Fitness is so close to your place. Having a gym nearby can make it easier to stay active and healthy.

Beautiful place to live
This apartment complex is one the nicest places to live, come with granite countertops, beautiful dark wood cabinets stainless steel appliances. The staff is very responsive and handle any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently. I have lived here 3yrs and just transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom for my son. Don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. If you looking for your next place to move and call home this is the place !!! Stop by the office and visit with the friendly staff and let them get you into your future home. ??

The complex has been great so far. It is quiet and maintenance works on requests fairly quickly. The only thing I wish is that it had a slightly larger dog park. Not much space for larger dogs to actually run when you toss a stick

I love the community the staff are professional and friendly they go out of their way to make sure people have a safe clean and friendly environment to live in. The maintenance staff are always very friendly and helpful when you need repairs done in your home love living here

Clean Property!
Great property, very clean, quiet and friendly neighbors too! The pool was clean and clear. A lot of shade in the area too, especially with the Texas sun! Can't wait to call this new place home. The ladies in the office were very helpful and said they're pet friendly!

10/10 Very prompt and responsive apartment complex. Office staff is always sending reminders and very attentive when assisting tenants! So far they have been great at responding promptly ! Valet trash comes clutch, and they have food trucks frequently!

Good apartments close to my work. Good amenities. Mrs. Lisa Plata was very helpful facilitating my move-in. I would recommend this to anyone as long as it wouldn't make a terrible commute. Noise pollution is minimal as well.

Im in love so far with the community , quiet and clean staff really friendly and efficient , the apartment was very clean and everything in excellent conditions ,we are really happy , parking lot is great no issues with parking spots, the pets areas are clean

We have had a vehicle stolen, an attempted thefy of another vehicle, and three bicycles were stolen. Last week three vehicles were stolen and one broken into. This property is not safe. The property management refuses to do anything though residents have requested that cameras be installed at the very least.

A very pleasant experience so far. Great location. Great staff and team. Great facilities (gym and pool). Smart technology use is great. The gym equipment could vary more or just consider adding a bigger gym.

I have been living in this apartment complex for about 4 years and now will be 5.. still love the place like the first time I came here. The office staff and ALL maintenance personnel always treat you and make you feel like you belong in here, like a big family.

The move-in was a smooth transition. Ms. Lisa, from the leasing office, is amazing! We felt very welcomed and at ease throughout the entire leasing process, and move-in experience. I have not had the best experience over the years with other complexes, and this, by far, was an outstanding one. Everyone at Westover Oaks is wonderful, helpful, and kind.

The best apartment in san antonio I stayed here for 6 months the apartment was really quiet and the neighborhood was very staff was very kind and helpful with maintainance they responded very quickly and on you very much for the great team.

Quiet and small community, nice place to live just had issues with maintenance response and issues with appliances in the apartment. There are ants everywhere , toilets don’t flush appropriately, my water dispenser in freezer doesn’t work, there was a water leak under my sink that created mold. Too many issues for what I pay for.

Been living at Westover Oaks apartment for 2 years now and enjoyed our stay here. Management and maintenance are amazing always on top of things and making sure residents are always happy. This was our first time leasing an apartment home and glad we chose Westover Oaks !
